Cari Hotel 5-Bintang di Cancun

I've been to dozens of Cancun all-inclusive resorts but there is no place like Temptation. We are American Asians in our late 20's and had a total blast at this place. Vibe- high energy party vibe with sexy employees and a topless optional pool. A totally carefree and relaxed environment for couples to getaway. Food- I read mixed reviews on food, but I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and options of food available! I had plenty of amazing dishes to try everyday. I loved their steak burger, octopus, shrimp cocktail, sushi and more. Drinks- also pleasantly surprised that there were a TON of choices and quality options like Don Julio, black label and more. Service- excellent service as you can expect from all inclusive hotels. I would give a shout-out to POLO who works the quiet pool bar. Everyone else was friendly and helpful too. Entertainment- yes to the SHE restaurant. Have a 5 star quality meal while watching talented dancers work the stage and pole. What an experience! Everyday in the late afternoon there is a show at the pool, and they are funny AF but very naughty. The crowd loved it and were totally down. Tips and Notes -its a naughty place. Sensual and sexual themes, smells, vibes are pervasive. There are attractive couples of all ages, many who may be open to naughty experiences together. Of course everything is up to you and everyone is respectful. But anything goes here, as long as it's in your own room. -tip everyone. It will enhance the workers life and enhance your service as well! -in bash tower balcony rooms you may see couples putting on a ”show”. We wanted to see something crazy so we booked this room and sure as heck, we saw plenty of action! -bash tower rooms give you access to the rooftop pool and hot tubs. Great for lunch and to getaway from the rowdy sexy pool. -bash night club is always poppin. It's an outdoor Vegas style club with a huge bar, led stage and amazing nightly performances from talented dancers. Don't miss it! -2 to 5 nights is sufficient here, or you might get partied out -there is a timeshare type of pitch at the beginning, we didn't do it but that's up to you. You get some freebies and there's no commitment so just depends on your time. -while there's a fair amount of younger people, the average is definitely in the 40s. I do wish there were more Asians at the resort as it skews white/Hispanic. They should make the prices on trip.com better in order to boost the Asian demographic presence. That's my only suggestion!

We had a wonderful experience at La Luce Italian restaurant. The food was delicious, authentic, and well-presented. I enjoyed every bite of my meal. The service was excellent as well. Our hostess, Diana, greeted us warmly and seated us promptly. Our waiter, Ismaiel, was very helpful and interactive, checked on us frequently, and made us feel welcome. He also had a good sense of humor. The chef, Sergio, personally came to say hi and thanked us for dining at his restaurant. He was very friendly and professional. The manager, Rizo, also stopped by our table and asked us about our experience. He was very courteous and attentive especially to our dietary restrictions. Hats off to him for going all the way to Maxal to get 3 milk cake for us. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a cozy and satisfying Italian meal. It was one of the most memorable dining experiences I have had in Cancun

I stayed at the Secrets the Vine to celebrate my birthday May 27, 2022- June 01, 2022. Overall, I'd give the hotel a solid 3.5 out of 5. It honestly didn't live up to either me or my boyfriends expectations for the big price tag. The facilities were nice and my room was nice with a nice view of the ocean. Pros: staff came and cleaned every day. Shower got really hot. Bed was comfy. Cons: Only 2 pillows on the bed. I like at least two each for proper neck support and comfort. I've stayed in nicer hotels for less. The food overall was just okay. The breakfast buffet lacked in variety and the food could definitely use more seasonings and flavor. The staff in the restaurants were mostly friendly. The one thing I didn't like the most was the lack of activities on the hotel site. It rained for like 3 days straight over my vacation and the hotel offered very little to keep us entertained. There were towels, buckets, and puddles all over the lobby area from the rain water seeping in. I'm sure that was a safety hazard in its self. Bottom line: Oftentimes I found myself quite bored and had to leave the premises in search of a good time. If you're just looking to relax and kick your feet up, then stay here. If you want entertainment and fun, please continue your search.

Hotel was great !!!! But booking with Trip.com was a mistake and you need watch out Since you book on e thing and you get to hotel is a different thing . Liars and scam

Where do I start from? Daniel , Erik and the whole squad were exceptional. SLS Cancun is situated in the Marina which is probably the most expensive and most luxurious place in the whole of Cancun. There are loads of restaurants and a big shopping mall literally 7-10 mins walk from the hotel. The Marina is amazing with loads of fine dinning and descent priced restaurants. I stayed in one of the suites which happens to have 2 bathrooms and a full ocean view. The best thing about this hotel and the area (the Marina) is how private, secure (tho Cancun is safe) and affluent the area is. I call the area little Miami. If you want a loud noisy area, this is not the place for you. But if you want a bit of class and then drive into the noisy area and back to peace then SLS is for you. People pay to come to the beach so it’s a private beach but obviously free for hotel guest , so you will never see a rowdy group of people. I rented a car during my stay through the hotel without even paying a deposit to the car company and obviously you get Valet parking every time. The guys are attentive and always happy to help.Ask for Daniel and Erik, those guys are everything you need. I’ll see you soon.

Fantastic property in terms of commons areas. The rooms are pretty outdated and have an adjoining room which feels very unsafe. The pool and beach and breakfast is very good. If I was to give rating in terms of rooms no more than 3 star common areas are a 5 out of 5.

坎昆之旅事後感覺心累，萬豪的神奇操作出乎我的認知。第一晚訂的俱樂部91特大床房，第二晚續訂漲了1500，換到海景豪華特大床房： 1）訂的海景豪華特大床房，入住發現是雙床房，很潮濕。嫌麻煩就算了沒找前台換； 2）俱樂部91送個SPA，去預約時被告知僅僅是手，大概幾分鐘，沒有身體，空喜歡一場，手不要了； 3）退房時先退海景房，清單一拉連房費和各種税6行，全在賬單裏，還好自己能説點英語，多問了一句前台，説自己在攜程已經付款了除度假村費之外的其他費用，為啥還要付款？然後就是check； 4）再結俱樂部91賬款時，已付款的不在賬單裏了，卻又多出了mini bar的消費，那一天忙得其實衹喝了房間的2瓶免費水，然後又是check； 5）問酒店如果幫叫個出租到機場，要多少比索？回覆是700，剛好出門一個爺爺輩的出租車司機等客，一問是500，果斷上車。 6）退房時一件心愛的連衣裙忘在了房間，離開後發現忘了再致電酒店，都説沒看到，發誓這件連衣裙衹在酒店裡穿過，沒出過酒店大堂。問了一天了，還是説沒有，心還在疼。 回頭看一眼，不知這些是坑，還是巧合？ 酒店前台、俱樂部91工作人員倒是很友善、設施環境、室外泳池、專享沙灘都還不錯。

Excelente hotel , no le falta nada …. Mucha diversión

Hotel is located at the north east point of Cancun *****, which allows to have an access to the beach at the northern side as well as at the eastern side. Both of the beaches are hidden from big waves by the piers. Turquoize suites are spacious and well maintained with an amazing view of the sea. Hotel territory is big enough for walks around it. Sea view from different spots is really beautiful. Hotel has several pools so that the clients can choose one suitable for them. There are several restaurants and bars in the hotel as well, which brings some diversity of options. Hotel staff is very friendly and polite. Service is really good. Overall nice impression of the hotel. Turquoize suite also has a separate building, which is more quiet and a separate swimming pool with a good view of the sea. Definitely recommend this hotel to all sorts of visitors. The only thing that can be better is the food. I would give 4 points out of 5 for the food, it can be more delicious and special as well as the cocktails in the bars, but maybe it’s because of the “all inclusive” type of the service.

호텔 서비스 매우 좋습니다. 직원들은 모두 미소로 대하며, 전문적입니다. 제가 영어나 스페인어에 능숙하지 않아도 무슨말인지 알아들으려 꽤 애써주었습니다. 24시간 룸서비스 가능한 것이 인상적이며, 항상 알러지가 있는지 체크합니다. 편의시설도 충분합니다. 식사도 호텔 어플을 통해서 예약할 수 있으며, 매우 편리하고 친절합니다. 아직 한쪽편이 완공되지 않았지만, 앞으로가 더욱 기대되는 호텔입니다. 카리브해가 보이는 비치클럽 셔틀을 운영하며, 그곳도 친절합니다. 호텔에서 버스정류장까지 골프카트로 데려다만 준다면 위로는 호텔존이나 아래로 버스타고 다니기 더욱 좋아지지 않을까 기대합니다. 편안하게 잘 쉬다가 갑니다.
