"We had an overall wonderful experience at Henann Crystal Sands Resort. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and always smiling. Everyone was genuinely helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
The airport transfer was very smooth, and the team helped us with our luggage from start to finish. Early check-in was kindly permitted, which was extremely helpful as we were traveling with our 11-month-old baby. The baby cot provided was the cleanest we have ever seen, which gave us great peace of mind.
Breakfast was decent with a good variety, and the seafood buffet dinner was absolutely amazing—we enjoyed it twice during our one-week stay. The pool bar had a great atmosphere, and the food there was also very good. The sky pool offered a beautiful view, especially at sunset, and was one of the highlights of the resort.
The massage service was excellent. We tried both the poolside massage and the in-room massage, and both were very relaxing and professionally done. The beach in front of the hotel was the cleanest and whitest we saw on the island, making it perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sea.
We would definitely stay at Henann Crystal Sands again on our next trip to Boracay and highly recommend it, especially for families with young children."

"Our stay at Feliz Hotel Boracay was generally pleasant. The hotel itself is nice, and the front desk and overall service were good and accommodating.
However, I was deeply disappointed with how our concern was handled by the housekeeping management.
We checked out of Room 318 on January 7, 2026 around 11:30 AM. Unfortunately, I accidentally left an ampao wallet with cash on the table, medication in the bathroom, and some personal face essentials on top of the TV.
We returned to the hotel around 6:30–7:00 PM for a room transfer and were assigned to Room 308. At around 2:00 AM, I remembered what I had left behind and immediately reported it to the front desk.
The following morning, I was informed that nothing at all was found — not even the medication.
I could understand if the items were mistakenly thrown away, but being told that absolutely nothing was seen is extremely frustrating. What made this even more disappointing was the feeling that our concern was not being taken seriously, as if our integrity as guests was being questioned.
The hotel and its services are good, but the way this situation was handled by housekeeping management needs serious improvement. Lost-and-found cases should be treated with more accountability, sensitivity, and respect for guests.
I truly hope management reviews this incident so that no other guest has to experience the same frustration and disappointment."

"The hotel room and bed are smaller than advertised, accommodating fewer guests than stated. The pool is stagnant and frequently dirty, and there are significant damage areas and safety hazards. The pool water lacks circulation, and rats have been spotted on the staircases. Overall, it is an average hotel. If you require assistance from staff, it may be suitable, but it is not the best or a 3-star hotel. It is also quite old.
The staff is friendly and accommodating, but the breakfast option is not worth the cost. I recommend dining outside in the front to enjoy food and coffee.
The staff is very friendly and easy to speak with. However, if you need to call them, you must use a mobile phone or Viber. It can take some time for them to serve you.
Wifi is bad and signal as well."

From the lovely welcome drink to the thoughtful gesture of giving kitchen-made cookies in the afternoon, we appreciated every detail. The staff are always smiling and helpful. The hot shower works perfectly, and the mattress and pillows are the best!This villa is located in Station 3, making it peaceful yet close enough to walk to the lively Station 2. The beach is literally right in front of the villa, it’s heavenly. The breakfast is delicious too. I truly hope this villa continues to thrive for another 100 years, because I’ll definitely return if I visit Boracay again. The staffs deserve some bonus!

From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding — every staff member was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to assist with anything we needed. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, effortless, and memorable.
The food at the hotel was absolutely delicious, with every meal exceeding our expectations. The private beach and the variety of activities offered made our experience even more enjoyable — everything was convenient, well-organized, and worth every cent spent.
Overall, it was an excellent stay in every way. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be returning to Crimson Hotel again soon!

My concerns are add more meal options for dinner and lunch, upgrade your television, some channels are not available and no YT and Netflix and also fun activities since the place is far from restaurants and entertainments. The facilities are old, some are damaged, and the doors and beds rattle; the bedding is old and torn. Breakfast is good with a wide selection, but it‘s very crowded and disorganized; during peak hours, there’s no one to seat you and it‘s difficult to find a table. The restaurant is stuffy. The price is moderate, offering good value for money.

DDarina Muradyant’s a good hotel but a little bit tired. We had big room with 2 comfortable beds. The view was so-so- on the roof, but one day we saw monkeys there - it was fun ! The territory of the hotel is very beautiful- a lot of plants, trees and flowers. The staff is very polite, friendly and helps with any questions. The breakfast is quite good - eggs, pancakes, vegetables, fruits, fresh juice, coffee- in common we had all what we need. We like swimming pool - it’s big and beautiful. The beach of Movenpick is good too, but it was bad weather, so unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy it as well. And of course we liked chocolate hour - it was so tasty !

PPengguna TetamuAfter checking in we have informed front desk about the air condition not working. Took couple of hours to fix the problem. We request compensation due to air conditioning not working on the day of arrival and overnight on the next day. But they only offered us room transfer which would have been inconvenient with us since we have a lot to things to pack especially while traveling with two kids. With this weather air conditioning is essential for our kids comfort. We weren't able to sleep due to this problem.

The staff were all very accommodating and friendly. The place was spotless, with daily room cleaning, and the beachfront location was perfect. We also appreciated the complimentary drinks upon our arrival. Most of all, thank you for granting our special request for my father’s 70th birthday — it meant a lot to us. PPengguna TetamuThe only access is through the beach front and their restaurant . No partition or different path to the frontdesk. You have to walk pass by people eating. When I first came, the vibe is not inviting. It looks abandoned, and messy.I booked for a garden view, I was guided to a secluded part. No garden view either. And pretty dark. The way to the room,plants are dead. It’s feels scary for a solo traveler. The room was clean but no basic amenities. I have to go to the front desk to ask for towels cause there is no telephone. The towel were hard, it feels like sand paper in touch. The beach towels are more like a rag. Specifically the green ones.the threads are falling off. The sheets are like rags, many holes. The door is hard to open. I really didn’t sleep there. I just left my bags and went to my friends cause so many mosquitos in the room. I tried their bfast and dinner, the refills are pretty slow so when we came there is almost non were left. The employees were nice but the hotel needs some renovation and upgrade.
