The staffs are very kind, polite and accommodating. Thanks you to the managers, receptionist, the cleaning lady and even the guy at parking area who assisted us.
The restaurant crew and staff are very attentive, the food are great. A hidden food haven at the center of Tagaytay.
We had fun in this hotel.
We will surely come again.

The ambiance of the entire place was fantastic—very relaxing, clean, and beautifully set up.Most importantly, my daughter really enjoyed every moment of our stay, which made the experience even more special for our family. The atmosphere was perfect for unwinding, and the service was excellent.We had such a great time that we are already planning our next visit. Highly recommended for families looking for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway!

Pengguna TetamuI had a wonderful stay at this 4-star hotel. The front desk team was friendly, professional, and very accommodating from the moment I arrived. They made everything easy and comfortable.
What impressed me most was how willingly they assisted with a special request. I needed to interview the Food & Beverage Supervisor, and the staff quickly helped arrange it. The interview went smoothly, thanks to their support and coordination.
The F&B Supervisor was kind and informative, and the overall experience was better than expected. The staff’s warm attitude and willingness to assist made my stay truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for both comfort and outstanding service.

It was indeed an amazing stay!🥰 . The staff were all so kind and accommodating ❤️ . I love its concept -- being an eco-friendly hotel using containers for the rooms with empty bottles, tree branches for the rooms interiors and lots of hand paintings and own grown up plants all over ❤️❤️❤️ . Love that they are also pet friendly hotel ( a pet playground with waiting area was provided). My family enjoyed games of billiards and table tennis at the roofdeck too!🥰
The place is very instagrammable and unique! We also enjoyed our breakfasts at their Bahay Kafe. They also have function room for intimate gatherings and restos and a spa.
Location wise - very near the major road, the first Starbucks in Tagaytay and the nearby tourist attractions!

Location is a bit secluded from the city center. Staffs are accomodating though not going beyond and just provided whatever requested for instance we requested to retrieve the cake and they didnt offer utensils or think about whenever we would consume it for my partner's birthday,
The room lacks refrigerator which might be a necessity. There's only one swimming pool.

We had a great time of short stay here and smooth processing of my last minute booking. The location is great and nearby malls, church and along the highway. Personnels are friendly and accommodating. Our one night stay is value for money with free breakfast included. My son enjoyed the view from the rooftop restaurant because of overlooking view of Taal Lake and Taal Volcano.🥰

Allan CY YapWe decided to check out this property and has a pleasant experience; Viewpark is a gem of a hotel with own charm. It is complemented by Siglo, it's restaurant that serves delicious Filipino food,
As a suggestion and not a complaint, perhaps the size of Siglo as a breakfast place can be expanded and offer say buffet breakfast instead of a set menu choices.
The reception people are very warm and attentive to details, they take time to engage their clients in a wonderful manner.
It has a lot of amenities, mostly in good order, although the games and gym room has some room for improvement where some maintenance are in order.
It's hard not to like Viewpark, needless to say we will be back and very likely for a longer stay!

It was a good thing na malamig ang panahon or else babaha ang buong unit due to aircon leakage. Pagna-on leak agad at ang lakas pa, basa buong floor. Reached out dito at sa caretaker but was provided mga basahan only kasi wala daw maintenance at wala nang ibang unit na mapaglipatan. We were also told na di dapat ioopen ang unit but due to high demand, they did. Wala namang problem if you want to earn but make sure hindi macompromise andmg stay ng guests. It was waaay beyond inconvenience at may kids pa which is delikado ang madulas na sahig. Never again and will never recommend.

We enjoyed our staff at the hotel. The rooms were clean, the staff were polite and helpful and the entire resort was safe and secure. Some of the amenities can be improved like the door locks and the wi-fi in the rooms, but generally the staff responded to these matters immediately. The food at the restaurant was excellent. Will return again soon.
