Hotel Makati dengan Spa

Great stay at Fairmont Makati. The location is excellent and very convenient. The staff were super friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. Housekeeping did a fantastic job every day. The gym and pool were both great as well. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Saya menempah suite Biliknya besar, hiasannya berwarna merah terang, bufet mempunyai pelbagai jenis, dan kebanyakan makanan laut adalah sejuk. Saya menekan butang pembersihan pada hari berikutnya tetapi tiada siapa yang membersihkannya.

I love just sitting here at the Residential Club Floor living room and looking out the window and seeing trees everywhere around the Greenbelt Mall just across the hotel.

The hotel review: My experience at this Shangri-La property was not as good as others in the region. The building and facilities feel noticeably older, which affects the overall stay. In the room, the air conditioning was not adjustable. I do appreciate that the team promptly sent a technician to check it, but the unit remained very loud throughout the night, cycling on and off every few minutes, which made it difficult to sleep. Traveling with another friend, her room also encountered an issue with the bathtub water appearing brown, which technician conclude that is due to sediment buildup. Overall, I would recommend choosing the Shangri-La in BGC instead, as it offers a better experience.

Staff were very accommodating and helpful, the room was very cozy and clean. Lots of food options for the breakfast buffet at the Pantry. Definitely would come back.

For a 5 star hotel, the service is very annoying. They would call me randomly to ask for feedback a few hours after I checked in. They would knock on my door early in the morning while I'm still sleeping to do a ”room check”... On the day of my check out, I had a knock on the door a bit past 9am, I ignored it as I was still in bed but they kept ringing the bell. I finally got up and the lady asked ”is there anything I can help with?”. Yes leave me alone. I went back to bed to rest and then got a phone call soon after as a reminder that check out is at 12pm. It's not even 10am yet and your staff already interrupted my sleep twice. Trying to get the room clean involves multiple phone calls. Once I left it to see how long it would take but at 6pm, I had to call since they never came during the day. Another time they cleaned, the cleaners said they ran out of towels so there would be someone who would deliver soon. I forgot about it until we went to have a shower and then it took almost an hour for the towels to arrive so we had to wait to use the bathroom as they took away the dirty towels so we didn't have anything to dry ourselves. Don't order room service. The food is very bad. I actually gagged on a drink they prepared. The TV is very old, they are still using cable technology. WiFi is patchy. Trying to get up and down the lift is a nightmare if you come at the wrong time as the line gets backed up all the way out into the street. My girlfriend was stopped by over eager security staff when she was trying to leave to buy some snacks as the room service meals were so bad even tho she had a room key and they would not let her up to the lobby on the 6th floor without me. Instead, I had to go down and pick her up from the ground floor where she was sitting in the corner like she was in trouble.

good quality hotel. allot of ladyboys rooming around the area if you are into it, I'm not. my friend suggested this hotel but he didn't know this area is full of ladyboys. again, if you are into it, this area is for you . the service at the hotel is generally good.

Sorry i forgot to take a picture inside my room.. but the room is pretty comfortable for 2 person, i booked the twin one. Also there's a refrigerator for store some food/drink, for the amenitites unfortunately there's no toothbrush & toothpaste. Drinks are provide by refill. Glad to stay here because there's so much food & restaurant in this area. I arrived in the morning and they said the room is still full so i can not check in early, but don't worry we still can store our luggage there. Overall i enjoy to stay at Lub D Makati ☺︎

We stayed for our 14 hour layover in Manila. Location was ok, but took a bit of time to arrive due to traffic. First of all, thank you for the free upgrade. The staff were friendly and helpful. Room we got was spacious although a bit outdated. But I would like to suggest preparing floor mats/towels to be put in front of the bathroom door to prevent damaging of the floorboards. Otherwise, everything was ok.

No telephone...to call reception need cellphone, we ask for chair no available,shower heater not functioning well, location hard to reach faster its inside small street, view not good and no elevator only stair...for the price of 950 at its location not reccomendable and only hotel i know ask for deposit...please specify that it is security deposit...Thank you
