Hotel Makati dengan Spa

This truly a five star and beyond. From the moment you enter the hotel you can fell the luxury. The rooms are very big and spacious and super clean . Bed is so comfortable. The service is an ice and beyond . The pool area is very clean and have an awesome bar and music. Service and food is also excellent. The pool has sun all day from about 11.30am until at least 5pm. Coffee is very nice at coffee shop and lounge. The hotel is very well located. Breakfast buffet is until 10.30am and is very nice too. Tgere is a big selection of food They also include all coffee selections at breakfast. Totally recommend this hotel in makati .

Ini adalah kali kedua saya menginap di *****anjung Manila. Saya telah berada di sini sekali dalam 18 tahun dan bilik telah diubah suai, tetapi tidak banyak yang berubah. Perkhidmatan meja depan masih cekap dan mesra. Kualiti sarapan pagi juga agak baik, tetapi terdapat banyak makanan Barat dan sangat sedikit makanan Cina. Yang menghairankan, perkhidmatan di ruang legar yang mengagumkan pada masa lalu, adalah harga yang rendah Selepas kereta kami tiba, ramai kuli di sana, tetapi tiada siapa yang membantu kami menarik pintu atau bagasi topi besar di pintu Okay, tetapi sekarang orang itu telah berubah, saya hanya bercakap dengan diri sendiri dan tidak membuka pintu untuk tetamu. Kemudian, seorang lelaki keselamatan membantu kami membawa bagasi kami. Masalah perkhidmatan yang sama juga berlaku dengan wanita muda yang mengambil tempat duduk semasa sarapan pagi. I had an exceptional stay at Ascott Makati. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Makati with direct access to Glorietta Mall, making shopping, dining, and exploring the city incredibly convenient. The rooms are spacious, modern, and very well-maintained. I especially appreciated the fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living space, which made it feel like a home away from home. Housekeeping was consistent and attentive, ensuring everything stayed spotless throughout my stay. The staff went above and beyond in every interaction. From the warm welcome at the front desk to the efficient service at breakfast, everyone was friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The amenities are top-notch, with a relaxing pool, well-equipped gym, and great dining options. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of choices, all fresh and delicious. Overall, Ascott Makati delivers the perfect balance of comfort, luxury, and convenience. Whether for business or leisure, I would highly recommend staying here and will definitely choose it again on my next visit to Manila.

I stayed in Horizon Club for 4 nights. The club lounge offered excellent services and food variety. Love the staircase link between 2 floors. The hotel location is excellent. However, the hotel overall are bit dated. . Need renovation. The cleanliness of the carpet in the room need to be improved. Overall, the service, food and staff are excellent, above and beyond Shanghai-la reputation . Again, need major renovation to keep up the competition around Makati area.

This is a classic hotel, well located, full service (though a little slow at times) and it was very busy when we were there at Chinese New Year. The staff are friendly and helpful. This room was small but comfortable. Breakfast is fabulous but be careful of the queues (as well as when checking in and out). The gym is well stocked and the pool area is pleasant although the pool is a little small. The food is good all round. It is conveniently located next to the giant malls of Makati where there is plenty to eat and shop! I enjoyed our stay and would stay again. The lobby is lovely.

Sorry i forgot to take a picture inside my room.. but the room is pretty comfortable for 2 person, i booked the twin one. Also there's a refrigerator for store some food/drink, for the amenitites unfortunately there's no toothbrush & toothpaste. Drinks are provide by refill. Glad to stay here because there's so much food & restaurant in this area. I arrived in the morning and they said the room is still full so i can not check in early, but don't worry we still can store our luggage there. Overall i enjoy to stay at Lub D Makati ☺︎

Pool on the roof with a great view and sent help right away when front desk contacted! Very comfortable for a family. We stayed over new year and enjoyed a great fireworks show through the window. Walking distance to great restaurants and Century Mall. Extremely helpful, polite and friendly staff

I had a great stay in the Deluxe Queen Studio Suite. The room is incredibly clean, minimalist, and functional, featuring a very comfortable queen bed with fresh linens. It includes all the essentials for a seamless stay, including a strong AC, a flat-screen TV, a spacious work desk, and a cozy little seating area. The bathroom is spotlessly clean with modern fixtures and a reliable water heater for the shower. It is a perfect, hassle-free choice if you want a straightforward and comfortable place to stay. Highly recommended!

I have travelled a fair bit and feel that I have a good handle how things are. This hotel has Best Western as part of the name so I expected a certain level. I could see that the hotel was probably a higher end hotel, the lobby showed high end finishes and this was probably a 200+ room hotel when built. It has suffered a fair bit of age related issues and the room finishes are quite tired. I noticed on floor 9, 3 rooms together had obviously been flooded and not repaired. The smell of damaged materials was quite strong (lower parts of the doors were heavily water damaged and there were towels damming the thresholds). My room on a different floor was fine but I did have multiple legged friends in my room and the sheets were grey from multiple washings and lastly, the area is the seamy side of Makati (Manila) and is not the best. Okay, that is the list of cons, now for the pros, price was very reasonable, the staff was good in any interactions I had and if you want the seamy side, the location....is excellent. There are lots of bars nearby and multiple actually quite good restaurants including directly across the street, The Filling Station, a throwback to the 1950s us type Diner. Lots of fun and the food is quite good. I will mention that the gym is quite good and I did use it. The gym Airton has apparently had the refrigerant leaked off so it doesn't work. I was told a lot of the rooms have been sold as condos so I found the hotel to be quiet, good amenities for a good price but it is tired. Overall I'm going to rate this a high three star hotel because you kind of get something a little bit more for quite a reasonable price so it is a bargain and is not the slum that other cheap hotels often are. Yes, I would definitely stay again.
