My fiancée and I stayed at this gorgeous resort for the first time and we were absolutely blown away by everything. The room we chose was the private pool villa which also had a view of the resorts pool on a beautiful balcony. The room was super clean and included a free mini bar. The bathroom had a his and her sink with a beautiful shower area. The bed was a really big one that could probably fit about 4 adults, but we really enjoyed how comfortable it was. The breakfast buffet was amazing with everything you can think of, including a kiddies section. They also had free golf carts that can pick you up from your villa and take you around the resort to where you need to be. The resort also had lots of other amenities such as a gym, pool bar that was accessible through the pool and free use of the electric bicycles for 30 minutes. We loved our stay so much that we have already booked our next trip!!!

Exceptional Return Stay – Personalized Service Beyond Expectations! This was my return visit to the hotel, and I must say I am as impressed as I was the first time. The consistency in quality and service is truly remarkable. I would like to highlight the exceptional service I received regarding my special requests for this stay. I had requested a complimentary birthday cake and a pre-booked Pavilion, both of which were handled perfectly and honestly exceeded my expectations. Special thanks to the following team members: Khun Pakakan (Reservation Office) & Khun Somporn: Thank you for the seamless coordination and for securing the Pavilion booking for me. The communication via email was prompt and professional. Khun Kaw (Front Office): It was a pleasure to be checked in by Khun Kaw again! The service was outstanding. She provided a very clear explanation of the facilities and all the exclusive privileges with a warm, genuine smile. Having a familiar face provide such high-level service made the welcome feel very special. For the breakfast, I noticed a significant variety of Indian cuisine during my stay. While it was more prominent than usual, it was completely understandable as there seemed to be an Indian group in-house at the time. The quality remained good nonetheless. Overall, it was another wonderful stay. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for attentive service and a memorable experience. I will definitely be back!

I would like to share my experience, focusing primarily on the customer service. While the room itself was acceptable and the facilities were reasonable for the price—despite the lack of a Smart TV—the check-in process at reception was completely unacceptable. The staff member was unfriendly and lacked basic hospitality. While they seemed pleasant with other guests, their attitude shifted completely when it was my turn. I felt a clear sense of discrimination, perhaps due to my nationality or passport. Even though I asked simple questions, they responded with visible impatience. What they might not have realized is that I also work in the hotel industry here in Thailand, holding a senior position in the Front Office. I am fluent in Thai and understand the culture well. Choosing to check in using English shouldn't result in such a cold and dismissive attitude. It was a highly unprofessional encounter that has left a very bad impression. I don't know how this hotel manages its service standards or what actions will be taken, but I will certainly not be returning. ผมขออนุญาตแชร์ประสบการณ์การเข้าพัก โดยเน้นไปที่การบริการลูกค้าครับ ในส่วนของห้องพักถือว่าโอเคและสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกสมกับราคา แม้จะไม่มี Smart TV แต่สิ่งที่ยอมรับไม่ได้เลยคือการบริการตอน Check-in ของพนักงานต้อนรับครับ พนักงานไม่มีความยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใสเลย ในขณะที่เขาบริการลูกค้าคนอื่นด้วยท่าทีที่ดี แต่พอถึงคิวของผม ท่าทีกลับเปลี่ยนไปอย่างเห็นได้ชัด ผมรู้สึกถึงการเลือกปฏิบัติ ซึ่งอาจจะมาจากสัญชาติในพาสปอร์ตของผม พนักงานแสดงอาการไม่เต็มใจตอบคำถามและไม่มีความอดทน สิ่งที่พนักงานอาจไม่ทราบคือ ผมเองก็ทำงานในอุตสาหกรรมโรงแรมในประเทศไทยเช่นกัน และดำรงตำแหน่งระดับบริหารในแผนกต้อนรับ (Front Office) ผมสามารถพูดและสื่อสารภาษาไทยได้เป็นอย่างดี แต่การที่ผมเลือก Check-in เป็นภาษาอังกฤษ ไม่ควรเป็นเหตุผลให้พนักงานแสดงท่าทีที่เย็นชาและดูถูกเช่นนี้ เป็นการกระทำที่ขาดความเป็นมืออาชีพอย่างมาก ผมไม่แน่ใจว่าทางโรงแรมมีการจัดการมาตรฐานการบริการอย่างไร หรือจะมีการดำเนินการแก้ไขอย่างไรบ้าง แต่สำหรับการเข้าพักครั้งนี้ทำให้ผมตัดสินใจได้ทันทีว่าจะไม่กลับมาใช้บริการที่นี่อีกแน่นอนครับ

This hotel is very nice, but it needs better maintenance. Rooms are formidable, huge, comfortable and clean. The swimming pool is big and full of palms and trees. The staffs were very friendly and helpful!! There's a small gym, although in a poor maintenance, but with AC. The breakfast was excellent, every day new dishes and lots of varieties!!! Location is not so good, far from every place! I was walking towards to the coast 20 minutes, from where I could catch public transport to downtown for just 10B.

We stayed at this hotel for more than 30 days — in fact, over a month — and we can confidently say that we are leaving with the warmest and most wonderful memories. This is truly one of the best hotels in Pattaya. Everything here is beautiful: the excellent beachfront location with stunning views, the peaceful atmosphere, and the sense of privacy and calm. But most importantly — it’s the people. The hotel team. When you stay somewhere for such a long time, you really feel it. And here, you get the amazing feeling of being at home. From the very first day until the last, we experienced genuine care, warm smiles, and thoughtful attention. From the security staff who always greet you with a smile, to the pool attendants who check in every morning and evening to ask how your day has been. A special thank you to the Club Lounge team — the level of service they provide is truly exceptional. There is always a light, friendly atmosphere, with humour and sincere attention. You don’t feel like just a guest — you feel like a friend. Each morning you greet the staff, chat with them, and gradually guests begin to connect with each other too. It creates a very special and warm environment. This hotel is perfect for a calm, adult-oriented holiday. It is not a place for loud parties or busy entertainment — it is for those who truly want to relax and recharge. That is exactly what makes it so unique and valuable. We would also like to highlight how professionally and discreetly the entire team works. This is especially noticeable during events: sunbeds are quickly removed and returned, spaces are prepared and restored almost invisibly, without any noise or inconvenience for guests. In the evening there is an event — in the morning everything is perfectly clean again, as if nothing happened. A very special thank you to our beloved Nunnapat Wongpipit (Lyn), Executive Assistant Manager. She is a true example of inspiring leadership. Thanks to her, you can feel how united and positive the whole team is. She is always in touch with guests and genuinely tries to make their stay even more enjoyable. This was not our first stay here — and it certainly won’t be our last. We return because this is exactly the kind of отдых we are looking for. Wonderful Stay with Beautiful Sea View Cape Dara Pattaya is one of the hotels I truly enjoyed staying at. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and offered a stunning sea view that made the stay very relaxing. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and all amenities were thoughtfully prepared and complete. The service was excellent from every department. The staff were warm, friendly, and attentive from the valet parking team, reception staff, and throughout the hotel. The beachfront restaurant had an amazing atmosphere, especially during the evening. The food was delicious, and the wine selection was very well curated and enjoyable. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely love to come back again.

We had a good time staying there. The pool is huge and the view is outstanding. The beach is right at our backyard. But the location is a bit far from downtown.

Really a good resort , we  love the room they provided to us . The room was really big and had a perfect view . The bell mens were really helpful , we are happy with the service provided by Mr Naing .The Exterior and the lnterior design of this hotel is very Beautiful , a real work  by the engineer.The lobby is Always busy , you need to get in the line to talk with them even thought they are 4 or 5 receptionist there . There is two swimming pool , and one more pool bar , where we had some good cocktail by enjoying  the music by that pool.

Our room was absolutely stunning, featuring a private balcony with a breathtaking view. It was thoughtfully appointed with every amenity we could need. A particular highlight was the luxurious bath bomb provided—a must-try for any guest. The complimentary breakfast was superb, offering an impressive and delicious spread that exceeded all expectations. The on-site café and restaurant continued this standard of excellence, serving delightful cakes and beverages throughout the day. We are especially grateful to the hotel staff for making my husband's birthday so memorable. The surprise of a beautiful complimentary cake was a truly thoughtful touch that meant a great deal to us. Combining a stunning beachfront location with impeccable service and genuinely friendly staff, this hotel is a true gem. We cannot recommend it highly enough and look forward to returning.

The hotel may need to improve its advertising and provide more accurate information. I went to the 7th floor, but unfortunately it was not accessible because it had been completely damaged by a fire. The swimming pool was also disappointing. There were no towels available, and if you asked for one, you had to pay extra. Overall, the hotel was not bad, but it definitely needs more work and improvement.
