EE AbanicoThis was genuinely one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptionally warm, professional, and accommodating. Being personally driven to our room added a unique and memorable touch to the stay.
When we entered the room, we were honestly amazed. It is rare for a hotel to exceed its promotional photos, but this one truly did. The room was immaculate, beautifully presented, and thoughtfully designed. The complimentary minibar was a generous inclusion and added even more value to the experience.
Service throughout our stay was outstanding. The front desk team were always available and quick to assist with any request. The restaurant delivered high quality meals for both dinner and breakfast, and the onsen and sauna facilities were incredibly relaxing and a fantastic benefit to have included at no extra cost.
Considering the overall experience, the value for the price point is exceptional and well worth it. My only regret is not booking this property sooner. If I return to Pattaya, I would not hesitate to stay here again.

PPengguna TetamuA very nice place but i had expected more. The massage and spa was not offered within the resort but at the spa which was in front of the hotel on the main road. Grab tends to drop you at the spa entrance instead of the hotel. Rooms are huge with balcony but amenities are basic. Contrary to some of the reviews of the breakfast buffet being great, i think you can skip it and order grab. Its normal for the price not excellent. I will come for the spa but to stay again maybe not.

The deluxe room features two beds (queen and single) and modern AC, plus large bathtub, working area, robes and large fridge
The pool is clean and well kept
The fitness is small and basic but well maintained and has free weights.
The location is good for those who want to be in Jomtien, close enough to the bars and beach and it’s not too noisy despite being close to a busy road
The most impressive thing about this hotel is the breakfast which is worth opting for. There’s a variety of hot and cold dishes that are changed every day. The hotel clearly prides itself on this

Everything here is beautiful: the excellent beachfront location with stunning views, the peaceful atmosphere, and the sense of privacy and calm. But most importantly — it’s the people. The hotel team. When you stay somewhere for such a long time, you really feel it. And here, you get the amazing feeling of being at home.
From the very first day until the last, we experienced genuine care, warm smiles, and thoughtful attention. From the security staff who always greet you with a smile, to the pool attendants who check in every morning and evening to ask how your day has been.
A special thank you to the Club Lounge team — the level of service they provide is truly exceptional. There is always a light, friendly atmosphere, with humour and sincere attention. You don’t feel like just a guest — you feel like a friend. Each morning you greet the staff, chat with them, and gradually guests begin to connect with each other too. It creates a very special and warm environment.
This hotel is perfect for a calm, adult-oriented holiday. It is not a place for loud parties or busy entertainment — it is for those who truly want to relax and recharge. That is exactly what makes it so unique and valuable.
We would also like to highlight how professionally and discreetly the entire team works. This is especially noticeable during events: sunbeds are quickly removed and returned, spaces are prepared and restored almost invisibly, without any noise or inconvenience for guests. In the evening there is an event — in the morning everything is perfectly clean again, as if nothing happened.

HHieuLQ1I recently stayed at Royal Cliff Terrace and had a wonderful experience. The hotel offers excellent food, a breathtaking view, and a fantastic swimming pool that’s perfect for both relaxation and fun. Its convenient location near the beach makes it an ideal spot for beach lovers.
The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. While the overall experience was great, I feel it could be even better with more recreational activities for guests. Adding amenities like arcade gaming machines, ping-pong tables, and billiards would provide more entertainment options, especially for families and groups.
I would also love to see more retreat activities, such as yoga classes or guided tours, and more promotions or special packages to make the stay even more enticing.
All in all, Royal Cliff Terrace is a fantastic destination, and I look forward to returning!

Our room was absolutely stunning, featuring a private balcony with a breathtaking view. It was thoughtfully appointed with every amenity we could need. A particular highlight was the luxurious bath bomb provided—a must-try for any guest.
The complimentary breakfast was superb, offering an impressive and delicious spread that exceeded all expectations. The on-site café and restaurant continued this standard of excellence, serving delightful cakes and beverages throughout the day.
We are especially grateful to the hotel staff for making my husband's birthday so memorable. The surprise of a beautiful complimentary cake was a truly thoughtful touch that meant a great deal to us.
Combining a stunning beachfront location with impeccable service and genuinely friendly staff, this hotel is a true gem. We cannot recommend it highly enough and look forward to returning.

The bell mens were really helpful , we are happy with the service provided by Mr Naing .The Exterior and the lnterior design of this hotel is very Beautiful , a real work by the engineer.The lobby is Always busy , you need to get in the line to talk with them even thought they are 4 or 5 receptionist there . There is two swimming pool , and one more pool bar , where we had some good cocktail by enjoying the music by that pool.

The room was spacious, well-appointed, and very comfortable — exactly what I needed to unwind after long days out. The outdoor pool was a highlight, perfect for cooling off in the afternoon, and the spa and gym were great additions that made the stay feel like a proper getaway. Staff were warm and attentive throughout. Excellent value for the price, and I'd absolutely book again.
