This was genuinely one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptionally warm, professional, and accommodating. Being personally driven to our room added a unique and memorable touch to the stay. When we entered the room, we were honestly amazed. It is rare for a hotel to exceed its promotional photos, but this one truly did. The room was immaculate, beautifully presented, and thoughtfully designed. The complimentary minibar was a generous inclusion and added even more value to the experience. Service throughout our stay was outstanding. The front desk team were always available and quick to assist with any request. The restaurant delivered high quality meals for both dinner and breakfast, and the onsen and sauna facilities were incredibly relaxing and a fantastic benefit to have included at no extra cost. Considering the overall experience, the value for the price point is exceptional and well worth it. My only regret is not booking this property sooner. If I return to Pattaya, I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Exceptional Return Stay – Personalized Service Beyond Expectations! This was my return visit to the hotel, and I must say I am as impressed as I was the first time. The consistency in quality and service is truly remarkable. I would like to highlight the exceptional service I received regarding my special requests for this stay. I had requested a complimentary birthday cake and a pre-booked Pavilion, both of which were handled perfectly and honestly exceeded my expectations. Special thanks to the following team members: Khun Pakakan (Reservation Office) & Khun Somporn: Thank you for the seamless coordination and for securing the Pavilion booking for me. The communication via email was prompt and professional. Khun Kaw (Front Office): It was a pleasure to be checked in by Khun Kaw again! The service was outstanding. She provided a very clear explanation of the facilities and all the exclusive privileges with a warm, genuine smile. Having a familiar face provide such high-level service made the welcome feel very special. For the breakfast, I noticed a significant variety of Indian cuisine during my stay. While it was more prominent than usual, it was completely understandable as there seemed to be an Indian group in-house at the time. The quality remained good nonetheless. Overall, it was another wonderful stay. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for attentive service and a memorable experience. I will definitely be back!

Nice place! Little old, but clean. Very friendly staff, taxi service to 7/11 at any time, good breakfast. We booked a standard room, but they have free rooms and hotel management was kind enough to upgrade our room, so we have big room with bathtub! That was amazing, thank you!

Excellent Stay with a Great Vibe – Highly Recommended! I had a wonderful and truly relaxing time at this hotel. It is the perfect place to unwind and escape the hustle and bustle. What I loved: • Amazing Atmosphere & Peace: The hotel is incredibly quiet and peaceful. If you love sunbathing, I highly recommend the swimming pool on the 2nd floor. It offers a great view, a super refreshing breeze, and a totally serene vibe. • Outstanding Service: The staff were lovely, always smiling, and more than happy to answer all my questions. Plus, a huge bonus: they allowed me to check in before 3:00 PM since my room was already ready! • Wellness & Facilities: I unfortunately missed trying out their ice bath wellness experience this time, but I am definitely coming back to try it next time! A few notes: • The room has a charming, vintage style. • In terms of cleanliness, I did find a few stray hairs in the bathtub when I arrived. It wasn't a dealbreaker, but worth mentioning for a quick double-check. Overall, it was a great experience with top-notch hospitality. I will definitely be back!

A very nice place but i had expected more. The massage and spa was not offered within the resort but at the spa which was in front of the hotel on the main road. Grab tends to drop you at the spa entrance instead of the hotel. Rooms are huge with balcony but amenities are basic. Contrary to some of the reviews of the breakfast buffet being great, i think you can skip it and order grab. Its normal for the price not excellent. I will come for the spa but to stay again maybe not.

The hotel is close to a central street with excellent massages, fruit carts, etc. The pools and the beaches are wonderful, beautiful views. The staff in the pool and in the reception are friendly. They serve with love and a great smile. We will come back with no doubt.

I recently stayed at Royal Cliff Terrace and had a wonderful experience. The hotel offers excellent food, a breathtaking view, and a fantastic swimming pool that’s perfect for both relaxation and fun. Its convenient location near the beach makes it an ideal spot for beach lovers. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. While the overall experience was great, I feel it could be even better with more recreational activities for guests. Adding amenities like arcade gaming machines, ping-pong tables, and billiards would provide more entertainment options, especially for families and groups. I would also love to see more retreat activities, such as yoga classes or guided tours, and more promotions or special packages to make the stay even more enticing. All in all, Royal Cliff Terrace is a fantastic destination, and I look forward to returning!

Really a good resort , we  love the room they provided to us . The room was really big and had a perfect view . The bell mens were really helpful , we are happy with the service provided by Mr Naing .The Exterior and the lnterior design of this hotel is very Beautiful , a real work  by the engineer.The lobby is Always busy , you need to get in the line to talk with them even thought they are 4 or 5 receptionist there . There is two swimming pool , and one more pool bar , where we had some good cocktail by enjoying  the music by that pool.

A particular highlight was the luxurious bath bomb provided—a must-try for any guest. The complimentary breakfast was superb, offering an impressive and delicious spread that exceeded all expectations. The on-site café and restaurant continued this standard of excellence, serving delightful cakes and beverages throughout the day. We are especially grateful to the hotel staff for making my husband's birthday so memorable. The surprise of a beautiful complimentary cake was a truly thoughtful touch that meant a great deal to us. Combining a stunning beachfront location with impeccable service and genuinely friendly staff, this hotel is a true gem. We cannot recommend it highly enough and look forward to returning.

The hotel may need to improve its advertising and provide more accurate information. I went to the 7th floor, but unfortunately it was not accessible because it had been completely damaged by a fire. The swimming pool was also disappointing. There were no towels available, and if you asked for one, you had to pay extra. Overall, the hotel was not bad, but it definitely needs more work and improvement.
