Hotel Chicago dengan Spa

I stay there regularly for business reasons. Occasionally, the AC can be loud for certain rooms, not all. Otherwise, the location, room environment, and people are great. My experience has been positive overall.

This is a historical hotel in Chicago, love it very much. I love their restaurant & bar, good atmosphere and serve with good foods (see my pictures). I will definitely choose this hotel again by the next time to Chicago

I would spend my money elsewhere. Yes, this hotel is in a nice location, and yes, the rooms were nice. That's about it. I was quoted a price for a room that INCLUDED taxes and fees. The customer service representative confirmed twice with me that the rate included taxes and fees, and then we checked out, and taxes and fees were added to what we were told was the total charge. The manager tired of looking into it I guess after one attempt, because she wouldn't listen to my second call with customer service to rectify the issue. Also, the ”rooftop” bar on the 4th floor allows DJs to play blaring music until all hours of the night. There was a wedding the weekend we were there, and we called the front desk who said there was nothing they could do and the music would stop by 3. So, in a hotel, where you go to rest, we were just told to deal with it and I guess not sleep. This is a HOTEL that happens to have a bar. It is not a bar, and I would expect better consideration for guests who are good money to stay here. My room should not have had the windows shaking from the music. Also, we asked to speak to a manager and were told there would be no manager until Monday. What hotel has no manager on duty on the weekends when most people are staying? They did give us half off our room for the night, but it would be better if they would require private events to end at a more reasonable hour considering they are a hotel or tell DJs they have to turn the music down at a certain point. Finally, when housekeeping came by, we were getting ready to leave for the day. We asked them to come back around 12:30 to make up the room, and they wrote it down and never came back. We got some fresh towels, but the garbage was left and the beds were not refreshed. I can get better service and a better experience for a much better price at another hotel, which I will do next time.

This was perfect one night staycation. Superb location, friendly and attentive service. Appreciated acknowledgement of my Titanium Bonvoy status with a complimentary upgrade, and a small gift, as well as free breakfast. Common areas are well designed and all decked into holiday decor, a lot of small and pleasant touches throughout. Great spacious room with awesome views, and understated luxury atmosphere. Bathroom was also quite nice, needless to say. Well, the best part: it was complimentary stay for us, as I was using my free night benefit. It would be expensive otherwise, but this is typical of excellent St Regis brand. Highly recommended! Well, particularly if the price is right.

An excellent hotel with clean and large room. The cleaning lady is much kind and helpful. Hotel is located in the Center of Chicago. The transport is very convenient.

Great location as it is the only hotel inside the airport. The decor inside the rooms are dated with the beige painted walls and an old musky smell in the room. We only spent the night so not a big deal. The service on the lobby at reception is first class though and walking to the terminal is pretty quick (about 3 minutes).

Recommended! Feeling of Marriott quality (under their theme ”Residence Inn”). Large fresh rooms with separate living room and bedroom and the possibility to cook yourself if necessary. Micro, large fridge, crockery and hob. The hotel is centrally located in the area known as the ”Loop”. Close to the subway that goes to/from O'Hare airport (blue line), close to Millennium park (Cloud) and Willis tower. The street outside is a fairly quiet street with high-rise buildings opposite. A Seven Eleven is on the street corner and it is close to Mc Donalds. The hotel also has a restaurant with a separate entrance from the street or via elevator from the hotel (the elevator at the far end of the corridor). The street level entrance has a smaller lobby with a caretaker. Says hello sometimes but otherwise doesn't make a big fuss. Elevators take you up to the reception. The staff at the reception are nice. There are plenty of lifts next door which then take you up to the rooms. In the reception there is also a very small kiosk with snacks and some soft drinks, wine. If you continue from the reception you come to larger areas where you can sit down and just outside there is a bar. Even further in are tables and chairs where the breakfast buffet is also served. The breakfast is bigger than in most hotels (though not up to Scandinavian or English standards). The breakfast was nice and the staff refills all the time. The hotel corridors are well-kept and carpeted. We had booked a ”1 bedroom suite, 2 queens” (40 square meters), as the room is called on the hotel's own website, but on hotels.com (Expedia) it is called ”suite 1 bedroom, 2 queens”. The hotel has slightly different rooms and different bed types. Although all with a kitchen and sofa (praise). Remember to have a credit card because the hotel, like most, takes a deposit that is released within a few days. The room feels fresh and well-kept. Goes in light colors, white, light beige, better than many other American hotel rooms which can be very dark. Brown furniture interspersed with light colors on the sofa and red color on armchair. Inside the door is the kitchen, large refrigerator, stove (2 pieces) with fan, kitchen cupboard with crockery, dishwasher, sink, Micro and a bar counter where you can sit and eat. Then the room (the living room part) continues with a sofa, coffee table, armchair, floor lamps, desk and a chest of drawers on which the large flat screen TV stands. From the room there are sliding doors into the bedroom area, which in our room consisted of 2,160 cm beds with accompanying bedside tables. Here, too, there is a flat-screen TV attached to the wall. You can connect the sound from your phone to the TV. The beds are comfortable and there are plenty of pillows. From the bedroom area towards the bathroom there is a wardrobe with iron and ironing board. Opposite mirror and a low dresser. From here is the entrance to the bathroom, which is modern, with white tiles and a beige tiled floor. Lar

I was in this hotel for a conference so my need is quite minimal. Generally speaking the hotel is in a great location that is easily accessible. The room itself is fairly simple , I think for this price though the service should be a little better. My room has couple of occasion that the tea and coffee wasn’t top up after cleaning and soap as well. The bathtub is a bit stained but it is cleaned. Wifi - there were multiple times that it was a bit slow . If I have to rank based on the price as well I would say above average

Excellent room, housekeeping skipped our room though. We called and they came with fresh towels. It was only a 2 night stay. Great location, easy to get to everywhere. Chicago 360 was right next to it.

We stayed for a night, upgraded to a lakefront room. Great location, great rooms. The only issue I had was the AC was not working that well. We didn’t even use the sheets or our blanket we got so hot. Also the bar is a little over expensive. Other then that great stay! I’d stay again but bring a fan and our own bottle next time :)
