It was four fantastic days at the Hilton Tashkent city in the middle of the silk road mixed very carefully between the traditional hospitality of Silk Road in the modern Hotel very warm welcome team the breakfast choice was incredible I would never try all of it in one week very fresh delicious food bit slow service but great experience the room and the view I stayed in my room half day very relaxing watching the park and the mixture of the city history very clean room you can have all the time the fresh free fruit at the lobby then they add candy on big round table I really Enjoyed my stay reception team so nice. Thanks to the GM as well

How much check in was done by Feruza with a little help of what seems to be her superior. Though it took a while before somebody came to collect our luggage checkin procedure was really welcoming. Cold towels, welcome drinks, while getting the administration soughted out. After we settled in the room, we went to the lounge, given access to due to the fact that we reserved a suite (room 1405). Sharif (or charif?) was there to welcome us and made sure our needs were met. Breakfast is a feast. Suite was spacious and comfortable. We had dinner in Ember located on the 17th floor of the hotel serving great Japanese food. See our separate review for our findings over there. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was that they do not have a souvenir shop so that you can buy a quick present for your loved ones. This venue just opened last March and is great to see how much effort staff is putting in to give you a wonderful state.

We stayed here 3 separate times in 15 days. The staff throughout were helpful, personable, and always had a smile. There was an exchange machine (Som to dollars and vice versa), and an ATM. The location was good for us; close to the market, shops and several restaurants. The restaurant in the hotel was very good but a bit expensive. As others have said, breakfast was second to none! There was everything you could wish for, including freshly cooked eggs. All in all, we enjoyed our stays here very much.

I am disappointed. One reception boy with glasses was completely incompetent. When I called to reception they even could not solve my problem. They said that they would call me back. But they didn’t. Therefore I had to go out of my room. When I was talking to the reception the boy was not able to answer my question and it was easier to him refer to hotel rules this looked lik I was talking to a robot and his manager’s face was furious and they didn’t like my complain. Perhaps they were not ready. What about the room: Room is out-dated. Bathroom really needs a new shower cause water is everywhere after. The floor was covered with unpleasant spot and the furniture as well. Despite these things, they were willing to take money for stay at hotel. Guys, you should solve these problems. Because The International Hotel Tashkent used to be my favorite one. Location is perfect. Housekeeping, swimming pool staff, bartenders and waiters are nice.

The location of this property is in a rather narrow street. The reception of this hotel is modest. The room had an LCD TV, minifridge, and an electric tea kettle. The bed was comfortable and the environment quiet. There were ample electrical sockets. The free wifi was slightly problematic. The toilet was somewhat rudimentary. There was no hand-shower and to add to it there was no water in the morning. There is no health faucet near the commode. The buffet breakfast had a good layout. We were impressed by the quaint European touches in this property.

I stayed at the Crocus Tashkent Hotel in Uzbekistan from July 31st to August 7th, 2023 for a training course organized by the IIHF. Overall, the hotel provided a pleasant experience during my one-week stay. First and foremost, the cleanliness and tidiness of the hotel were well-maintained, although I changed my room twice because of problems with the ventilation system and bathroom hose problem. The rooms were adequately spacious and had decent amenities. The hotel also had a small pool, which was a useful spot for relaxation, and we had memorable nights there. The hotel's food was average to good and of satisfactory quality. The location of the hotel was not particularly interesting, but with a short walk of at least twenty minutes, one could reach sightseeing and recreational areas, although Tashkent itself doesn't have many tourist attractions. The hotel staff, especially during morning shifts, spoke English well and were helpful in many situations such as obtaining a SIM card and arranging taxis. The people of Uzbekistan are known for their hospitality. If I were to visit Tashkent again, this hotel would likely be among my top choices.

Nice small hotel for everyone who is on a budget but needs good accommodation. Breakfasts are nice, with a variety of Chinese and local dishes. The rooms are nice and clean, room service is daily with replacement of towels and amenities. Good variety of cafes and restaurants around the hotel for lunches and dinners. Also, the hotel provides fresh-cooked Chinese dishes on request. Would recommend it not only for Chinese businessmen but everyone who needs property in this district.

PPengguna TetamuI stayed for a little over a week and was very happy with the experience. The nicest, most helpful staff ever. Everyone speaks Uzbek, Russian, English. Great breakfast, with a variety of fruits and berries, local sweets, as well as salads, fresh local dairy, eggs and a selection of meats and cheeses. Quick laundry service. The clothes were brought back clean within hours when turned in by 11 am. The hotel is located next to Amir Temur Square and a Bazaar, as well as within the walking distance from The Great Prince Romanov Palace. A block away from the hotel is a very nice coffee shop called Beans and Brews. Great food, great coffee. There's also a KFC right next door. One little wrinkle is that when you order a cab via local app Yandex Taxi, the drivers don't always know they should come to the hotel entrance; they tend to stop at a KFC or across the street. It's useful to message them separately about where you need to be picked up.

Really great hotel..for everything from the services ,and just walking distance surrounding by restaurant,market,atm,pharmacy and shopping mall ( mega planet).. The breakfast everyday with different menu + don't forget to try the hotel Laundry services are excellent and reasonable price. Really appreciate thank you for the service from Mr Sukhrob from the sales: Front Office: team Mr Said Mr Asad Mr Sergey Mr Abdullah Ms Yasmina and the housekeeping Manager Ms Elvira and Mr Ahmad tidy up my room.. AAlixWonderful location and great quality service. Large room in contemporary style furniture. Warm and comfortable beddings. Great 24hr access to a Hot water and central heating is kudos to this hotel during this winter season.
Hotel Personal is helpful and open for assistance at any time upon guest request.
Cons: Circulating security guard in the main lobby with swinging car keys in his hands is unfortunate site seeing.
Wishing bar could stay open past midnight. During my stay the hotel pool and spa center was not operating and closed.

Если попросить - сварят кофе. Еды много, но выбрать трудно что-то ,что можно поесть на завтрак. Фруктов нет совсем. Расположен не очень близко к центру. Минут за 20 можно дойти до Мэджик Сити. Но идти вечером придётся по тёмным безлюдным улочкам. До станции метро (ближайшая ”Космонавтов”) тоже неблизко.

LLeemaHonestly, the service was good. Be it day or night, the staffs were very helpful and always there to help you. I appreciate very much! Their service is similarly where you will get from a renowned hotel. However, if you want to be in the centre of the city, then you might want to consider because the location is quite far from the touristy sights. As for me, I am a solo traveller, and I always like to wander around further from the city whichever country I’m in, hence I chose this hotel. But worry not, if you have or download Yandexgo (similar to Uber), then you could just travel by taxi from the app. It’s cheap and affordable. You can even order food or engage a delivery service. There’s also a local fastfood Evos beside the hotel and also a convenience store across the road. Overall, I am satisfied during my 4-day stay.

PPengguna TetamuUpon arrival at the hotel, I was happy to hear the familiar Mandarin in a new destination from the friendly manager/owner. After seeing my booking's printout, the manager mentioned that I had booked a wrong room, to be exact, a single room. I told him that my printout clearly stated a double room for two persons and with breakfast for two. His local worker went through the printout and confidently said I had booked a single room. Finally, it was my turn to explain to them in both Mandarin and English. I told them the amount of payment may look small(over RM170), which is almost equivalent to RMB280. Now, the manager must have woken up from his sleep that my friend and I were not mainland Chinese but Malaysians. Immediately, he said my booking was now correct. Soon after, he asked for another 110,000 Som/about RMB63 for local taxes, which I duly paid. The App, Trip.com, had never mentioned this amount when I did the booking. Perhaps Trip.com had overlooked this matter. This post is not to insinuate something negative about the hotel reception on the day of my check-in but to point out that don't judge a book by its cover, namely a smaller amount of a currency may be very deceptive if the reader jumps into conclusion that a Mandarin speaking guest is always from China.

PPengguna TetamuYou stay here for the experience not the quality of the hotel! This place is kitsch and a wonderful relic of the cold War! Stayed here twice as part of a group tour and was charmed by the haphazard nature of the place! Reception is a vast space with plenty of seating and a bar at one end. You can get cold beer here that you can take away to your room. Both rooms we had were large with twin beds at one end and a loungue type area at the other. The major bonus was we had a balcony each time; great views from the higher floors and a good place to hang out some washing! The first room the balcony was accessible from two doors, the second room had one door blocked with a chest of drawers and the handle removed! Bathrooms are a bit dated and you sometimes have to wait for hot water! Not all rooms have balconies so you might need to request. The money exchange was really useful, although they wouldn't change local currency back again. The rooftop bar is actually the top floor as opposed to on the roof but the windows open in and you get great city views. Breakfast buffet is excellent, especially the omlette chef! Location of the hotel is also strong, metro just to right of entrance and lots of attractions, bars and restaurants in walking distance. A couple of reviews say Reception staff don't speak great English - you can get round this with Google translate so not a big deal. We also had two people on our two given each others passports - the onus is definitely on you to check!If you don't mind quirky this hotel is for you!

Rooms are small but functional 3. it is an old property but functional in a good manner 4. Helpful staff, Reception will help to book Yandex taxi 5. Large and decorative lobby with ample seating 6. Recommended if budget is a concern - MId segment 7. Breakfast - Nice one with clear demarcation of VEg and non Veg items 8. In-house Indian restaurant - ”Rajkapur” 9. Lots of parking and located on the main road - Easy to access by walking or taxi or public transport Cons: 1. Nothing since we consider it to be a basic but functional and clean premise for a couple of nights We stayed one night and it worked for us, we may return for short stay again
