A great hotel with excellent service. Rooftop pool has great vibes, sauna, ice room and steam room are great too. Gym is of sufficient standard with enough equipment but not outstanding. Razors and toothpaste in the rooms wasn’t the best but I can’t fault anything with my stay. Staff were great, environment and atmosphere was good. They went above and beyond particularly in allowing us an early check in after a 13 hour overnight bus from Tashkent. Highly Recommend staying here

ENG: I had a very pleasant stay at Layan Hotel. What impressed me most was the excellent service and genuine hospitality of the entire team. The Guest Relations, booking and reception staff were extremely helpful and attentive. The kitchen and housekeeping teams were also very kind and professional, and I would like to thank the owner as well for creating such a welcoming atmosphere. Housekeeping was very attentive — every day, the staff checked what was needed in the room and made sure everything was comfortable and in order. The reception team was particularly helpful. They even assisted me with exchanging money so I could pay my taxi driver, which was a small but very appreciated gesture. The location is another strong point. The surrounding area is comfortable, convenient and cozy at the same time. It is quiet, with no traffic noise or unnecessary bustle, which makes it a perfect place to relax and clear your mind. Overall, I really appreciated the personal attention, kindness and hospitality of everyone at the hotel. Thank you to the whole team for making my stay so comfortable. Our stay at Marmaris Saray was more than we expected. We were greeted by a fine gentleman who spoke excellent English. Even though our booking was last minute it was a great decision. The location was perfect- walkable to the centre but also only 10ish minutes from the nearest metro station. There are a lot of restaurants nearby and shops to buy everything you need. The free breakfast was abundant with a lot of sweet and savoury options. Also there is an espresso machine and loose green tea to use. The room was clean and had all of the needed necessities.

Not much amenities but the location and the whole place is REALLY nice. The neighbourhood is good. Location is good. Bed is good. Toilet is fantastic. Lounge area is good too. Just that I think there could be a little more amenities given how good things already are? But that's just me. No issues staying here at all. Service people were really nice. I miss the bed, it was really comfortable

Room was very clean, bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was modern and the shower was nice. Amenities like soap and toothbrushes available. Also coffee and tea. The furnishings were modern and clean. The TV had lots of international channels. I booked with the breakfast option; the food was really good. Lots of different items, fruit, yogurt, vegetables and eggs, steamed buns, tofu, other nice things. Many types of fruit juice and tea and coffee. I enjoyed the food very much, everything was fresh and delicious. The staff at the front desk speak English. Very good service in the restaurant and the hotel. I will stay here again.

It’s a nice hostel in itself, but the lockers in the room couldn’t be locked and the Wi-Fi in the room didn’t work. Luckily, I only stayed for one night, so it was okay, but staying any longer would have been very stressful. If you have to catch an early morning train, though, the hostel’s location is unbeatable – that was a real plus.

This was my third stay at this hotel. I was in room 616. I had a good room with a large sink and good bathroom. The room was very hot on the third night and the air con struggled as it was just too hot. It reached 45 degrees today so hot everywhere. The lobby area is cool and there is cold water to drink so you can stay cool. What I liked the most about this hotel is the centrality of it, you can get everywhere on the tube and lots of museums are close by. The centrality park in the square is lovely to sit and enjoy the city and take a picnic. I’ve been pretty detailed in my previous posts so you can view the images and suggested ideas for visits. The hotel had a lot of groups in while I was visiting. The breakfast areas were very busy in the morning but the hotel itself is very quiet and I had a great nights sleep on my whole stay. The staff are very helpful and considerate. They have a very good and safe left luggage which I used on my final day. I really enjoyed the cosmopolitan feel of this city hotel and I would definitely stay again next time I visit Tashkent! I’m uploading some images of the lobby and the markets I visited today. To escape the heat I had long rides on the subway and admired the art!
