Lifts are poor and waiting times long at peak times such as Breakfast. Food choices are very limited in the bar and restaurant  Service extremely poor in the bar area but one lady apologised and did her best but 30 minutes waiting time for drinks is not good enough.  Rooms comfortable and clean

There is no nothing in the room, no toothpaste and tooth brush, no comb, and no slippers. There is only 1 bottle of water for 6 days. 24euro for parking/day!

The room was clean and felt good to stay in, location wise: walking distance not much to do.

I forgot my watch here , and then they said no any record … this is the worst hotel i ever seen in my life , the service from foreign stuff was okay , white peoples? No thanks

Amazing place! Decided to stay there 3 months. Great location. Close to city center. Direct bus connection and Ubahn and metro stations are 15 mins walk away.

非常不滿意華人不友好吹風機是壞的打給前台的機子也很難用，被子非常臟正反兩面都很臟 有不明綠色幹掉的青苔狀污漬在被子上 還有黑點等。然後被芯也是跑出來的。 晚上入住的沒發現 早上一起來發現是墳墓對面的酒店。而且酒店非常的舊。 我個人覺得前台對我們中國人不是很友好，服務也很敷衍，很多東西還需要我去追問才有。 早餐很難吃，地理位置也不太好 去鐵橋羅馬廣場也有段距離。 太老舊了這個酒店，反正讓我對法蘭克福的有了不好的印象。電梯太小太擠，我覺得就是國內村裡的2星不能再多了，以及一進去感覺很陰森酒店房間。反正我是一秒都待不下去在這個酒店。 牙膏牙刷沒有 還要自己買。歐洲其他酒店一般都會説客户説了就會免費給。 我發現還不少中國人住，哎反正如果我報團旅遊讓我住這裏，我真的會滿臉黑線。
