Hotel dengan WiFi di Spiez

Spiez is a pretty town and this is a pretty hotel. We travelled as a family and had two adjacent rooms. Our purpose was to take part in the triathlon in Thun and it’s very hard to get hotel rooms so we were lucky and had the last two rooms, facing the street rather than the lake, but we could go to the roof terrace to relax and enjoy the view. It was quiet and comfortable, the food was very good (the owners are Italian and Swedish) and the staff are very friendly.

Best and biggest hotel in Spiez, all the employees are nice and friendly service except someone works at the reception. When I after spend 3 nights and checking out but past the check out time, he said you need to charge 50 extra fee I said ok, but by the way your bed is two beds combo together a little bit uncomfortable, he was prostrating and holding up his chin at the reception, said I don’t need you to inform that because of your bad leave …blabla… I was like excuse me??? Is that a kind of sentence could’ve said from a hotel reception employee? Anyway, after picking my luggages , I went downstairs and ask to check out but changed others seems like management level to serve because “I don’t like his attitude ”, he gives no commentary or asks, ok you have a very nicely work environment, good for you: ) And that impolite person is really friendly to serve other German speak couples, But if you have racist problems to Asian people, at least show some professionalism attitude at work in a hotel service industry, especially in Swiss have very famous expertise about “Hotel management ”,ok? 可以说是Spiez最好最大的一个酒店，但是前台有个叫Kass的员工，简直是目前见过的服务最差的前台，也不知道是racist还是什么的，退房时候说超时了要付钱，好，没问题，我就说了一下所谓的大床房是俩床拼一起的，不大舒服，他撅着屁股趴在前台，托着下巴说I don't need you to inform that because your bad leave我整一个黑人问号脸???作为酒店服务行业你******?再下来check out我说要换个人服务，I don't like his attitude旁边看起来经理模样的人也没有问发生了什么，表现的好像有病的人是我，我的好同事辛苦啦的样子，然后这位Kass马上非常开心的服务旁边说德语的人，anyway，除了这位Kass妥妥的 racist，其他人都很Nice，受不了这种情况的人，慎选！！

The Belvedere Strandhotel in Spiez was a great hotel for me and my husband during our time in the Interlaken region. Upon arrival, the hotel kindly sent a shuttle to pick us up at the train station, a true perk when you travel with luggage (the hotel is a 10 min walk from the train station). We loved the pool/spa areas, which were great for relaxing after a long day of hiking/tourism. The spa overlooks the lake and we even sat in the sauna while it rained to take in more of the view. The staff was friendly but there was a bit of a language barrier. We would have given the hotel 5 stars but the room was terribly hot and opening the windows would attract bugs (plus it didn't really help cool down the room). Otherwise, the room was clean, comfortable, and spacious.

第一次在Trip上冩評論。圖恩湖是非常美麗的，接待人員也很好，但是這應該算在瑞士體驗最差的一個晚上。現在是6月，氣溫開始變熱，沒有風扇提供的我們在屋子裡像蒸桑拿，和在瑞士景區住的前幾夜形成鮮明對比。地理位置的優點是它靠在湖邊，除此以外在週末如果你在施皮茨度假，所有超市幾乎都關門，如果你想有更多食物選擇，你必須前往因特拉肯。 另外，如果你不幸運選擇了基礎房型，那麼你會被分配到猶如車庫的一樓，窗外就是馬路，除掉隔音效果極差，凌晨2點還能聽到酒吧的搖滾樂，作爲來瑞士旅行的人，你一定不希望晚上失眠打擾第二天的行程。你還會遇到時刻需要擔心外麵的人扒拉你的門簾(注意:我無法想像注重私人隱私的瑞士會有這樣的房間：能將我們和外麵隔斷的從裡麵到外麵隻有透明薄紗，透明玻璃落地窗和能扒開的門簾)，這是最讓我難以理解的設計。 不幸的是，當晚我們隔壁一個對印度情侶而沒有意識到這個一點，講話聲音猶如掛在窗外的loudspeaker，還在我們之後後知後覺的情況下敲擊我們的玻璃。這意味着那位印度男生很有可能掀開了我們的金屬門簾敲落地窗，而我當時穿着內褲坐在床上，被冒犯到了。 To put it midly, 基礎房型和官網提供的參考圖案沒有一點關繫，所付價格能夠有更多更好的選擇!

Fantastic 10 night stay at the Vitalresort in May 2023. We booked through TUI from the UK with easyJet flights and train transfers. Could not have been easier to get to the hotel as the Swiss trains and buses are amazing - clean and on time. The hotel is special. The location is very peaceful next to the Lake. We upgraded to a Lake view room which was worth the extra money. The rooms are generously sized with lots of storage space and bed is very comfortable. Cleaning very good - everything is spotless. WIFI in the room was great - we did video conferencing calls throughout the stay with no issues at all. Wonderful gym with a range of equipment and an exercise studio, as well as a spa and sun deck overlooking the Lake. Food was excellent at breakfast and dinner and the service was outstanding at all times. I am a fussy eater and had no issues at all, with staff happy to assist. The a la carte Thai restaurant experience and food was exceptional. Location and transport infrastructure are excellent. The hotel gives you a free bus pass for the local area which was a bonus, as well as a free pass for the paddle steamer on the local lake which means you can do a 2 hour cruise to Interlaken (for free!). We went out and about all over the area for day trips, including Zurich and Lucerne from the hotel very easily. Bern is within 30 minutes on the train and should not be missed. I celebrated my birthday when we were there and was given a surprise gift and handwritten card, which was a lovely touch and not something that most hotels do. Would definitely come back and have already recommended to others.
