Overall, it was a good hotel, but I wouldn't consider it worthy of a 5-star rating. The room was excellent, especially the bed and the air conditioning. Bathroom was a bit outdated for a hotel claiming to be 5-star. Despite this, both the room and the hotel were clean and well-maintained. I particularly enjoyed the private beach area in front of the property. It was a great perk to have access to complimentary beach chairs and towels. The surroundings were lovely, and it added to the overall experience. Breakfast was a disappointment considering the size and standard of the hotel. The breakfast selection was limited, and the quality was not up to par. For example, the fruits were not fresh, and there was no freshly squeezed juice available. It fell short of my expectations. The other restaurants within the hotel were quite expensive, and there wasn't much else in terms of dining options within walking distance. Dinner for two persons (main course with wine glasses) was 70+ euros. The Italian restaurant Conlemani offered delicious pasta and risotto dishes and was by far our favourite restaurant, but Gooshter and Port 74 left us disappointed. Gooshter was decent but one time the food we ordered to the beach never came. Port 74 was disappointment because we thought it would be more fine dining based on the advertisements and photos. It would have been convenient to have a shuttle bus service to Split city center, so guests could enjoy dinner or explore the area. Unfortunately, this service was not provided. The distance between the hotel and the center of Split is not long, but can take up to an hour depending on the traffic. In addition, there is a huge difference in the prices of Uber and regular taxis, as Uber costs around 15 euros and a regular taxi costs 30+ euros. In conclusion, the hotel was decent overall, but it would be a bigger disappointment if you tend to use your time exploring the destination and use the hotel mainly for sleeping and breakfast. The true value of the hotel lies in utilizing the beach and other facilities and amenities such as the restaurants, although they come at a highish cost. So if you're looking for a place to relax and take advantage of the amenities, this hotel could be a good choice. However, if you expect a truly 5-star experience in all aspects, you might want to consider other options.

The Hotel is nice, clean, and comfortable. The staff were very helpful. I enjoyed the homey atmosphere. However, there are a few things one should be aware of before booking: The hotel is in the historic district just about 5 min walk west from the Prominade area. Taxis cannot drive in, so it is necessary to walk in with one's baggage. Also, any excursions will start with a walk out of the area to the main taxi stand. Navigating the area can be a challenge the first couple of times; one MUST have the ability to use their maps app. T-mobile - America has an international plan that give you up to 2G speed unlimited data and texting, but I highly recommend getting a local sim card. Look at the map of the city before choosing this hotel. There are a lot of nice restaurants within 2-5 minutes walking. Furthermore, the office closes from 11pm till 7am. Most importantly, they DO NOT take credit cards. IF you did not pay for the room online, you will need local cash, and you will need it to pay the taxes on the room, and for a taxi if you booked it through the hotel. Cash only. (They do have a zelle option, but I could not get it to work. I recommend cash. Speaking of cash, one should get it from an actual bank ATM as the rates 11% vs the 22-25% some private ATMs charge.) I give the hotel 4 of 5 for comfort, 5/5 for cleanliness, 3 or 5 for location. I'd give this hotel

Best bits: small boutique hotel - only 47 rooms set in well manicured gardens; friendly staff throughout the hotel; fantastic pool/jacuzzi/spa and comfortable loungers; excellent breakfast and snack menu for lunch and good evening a la carte menu; small supermarket/bakery /pharmacy opposite; located 20 minutes outside Split but easy access by local bus (stop outside hotel €2.50/person) or Uber €8 (cheaper than taxi); beside one of the main archaeological sites. Bad bits: none really but more clothes hangers in wardrobes would help!!

Très joli hotel à 20 minutes à pied de la vieille ville. C'est bizarre de trouver un établis*****t de cette qualité dans un quartier si moche. Ce n'es pas grave, mais ça surprends au début. Avec Trip j'ai eu un tarif exceptionnel et la chambre était très grande et super équipée. Très bon petit déjeuner également. Qualité prix imbattable. Bravo.

This review is a tale of two Radissons. One good, the other.... The MOST important thing to note is that the are 2 very different buildings. One is OLD (RHS of the lobby and run numbers below 999.) Very disappointing. We stayed in the new block (premium rooms) which is delightful and 5 star in look, feel, Aircon, view and all. Pay the extra!! The buffet restaurant is ok, choice a bit limited for dinner and not much fresh fish or seafood as you might expect from a Hilton resort or Riu palace hotel. If you book your meals up front you will get a much better price and at this point they are competitive. Given that there isn't much around the hotel restaurant wise, I'd eat there again. Evening entertainment at 8pm each evening is a chilled out duo that changes. Sometime very good, never bad. Beach... Sadly the private loungers are used by the public at a cost of euro 35 perday each. These are free to hotel guests but all full by 10.30 in high season (by many euro 35 pubic). Seems a bit money grabbing that they don't keep them for guests in this 400 to 500 euro a high-season night establishment. Beach is stony, take swimming shoes. If you want to stay in it near Split this a a very nice hotel, probably the best, but split isn't anything special and we stayed to use the ferries. About euro 6 Uber away. And the elephant in the room... It's an expensive city and hotel.
