Very clean and comfortable room

Around 5-7mins walk to the bus station. The room and spacious and clean. The bed is huge and amazingly comfortable. The shower is also clean and well-equipped with a hairdryer. They have a cupboard with cups and cutlery. Looks exactly like the pictures shown here. They have a TV but not sure how to play Netflix on it.
The staff are nice but sometimes dunno where to find them at night time.

The room was great and close to town, and Marco was so helpful. He picked us up and dropped us off at the airport and gave us recommendations on what to see. I highly recommend this place!

We had a great time at House Sandra! Marko and his family were very accommodating and provided additional rides and whatever else we needed. We stayed with a young child and the rooms were nicely renovated and clean and just what we needed. Very close walk to the center/palace.

Superb apartment- Very close to shops ,restuarants, bars, cafes, points of interest, sea, and away from immediate noise . A larger than average room. With heating and AC, kettle, iron, towels, toiletries.
A wonderful family owned and run business. Marco (son) was polite professional welcoming and helpful. I would definitely recommend it .

House Sandra is near to the main bus station. It is also within walking distance to the old town of Split. The internal is also beautifully decorated. Would recommend it.

Lovely top floor apartment with a good amount of windows and a ridiculous number of lighting options. The check in was nice and the guy was courteous and helpful but this was self-catered so didn't see them again. Everything was nice and clean and the apartment was spacious with a well stocked tea station. Close enough to the main ferry and bus terminal as well as the old town historic sites and restaurants.
