A well located 5* hotel close to a beach and within walking distance of the old town centre. Breakfast had a wide choice of food and our evening meal there was delicious.

Excellent location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is very clean.

再也不貪便宜了，酒店好小好舊，真的很差…

酒店非常不錯，環境安靜，也在海邊，去老城沿着海邊走路十多分鐘就到了，早餐很歐式，水果豐富，其他吃的品類小但都精緻。房間小而精緻，值得推薦。 餐廳消費不貴，服務也好。

感覺這個酒店非常棒，衹是價格有點小貴！

Nice location the hotel have , rooms good , service good , friendly service , its nice place 2 relax and have a time out . The kitchen is very good and not expensive . All in all 9 from 10 points . The breakfast also top wifi u have parking u have . Pet friendly .

My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights. The rooms are great and beds extremely comfortable. The location is excellent in a quite residential area but still only a 15 minute stroll to the Riva. And also quick access to the seafront and kilometres of sea side paths. Most importantly the staff are all brilliant, nothing is ever a problem. They are all very attentive. Would definately recommend that you stay here when visiting Split. It will evelate your time in this wonderful city to a grand experience. Conor and Valerie

Absolutely loved everything about this hotel. The staff were so welcoming and helpful. From delicious dining options, especially the variety and choice of the breakfast menu . The rooms with stunning views, everything exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend the Park Hotel to anyone visiting the area. Hope to go back soon. Mary and Michael

Small, Quiet, Beach Front, Impeccable service and Beautiful Property! Breakfast Buffet was amazing. Easy walk to Old town and many amazing restaurants. Small beautiful bar, we got there in the morning and the staff made everything possible to get us in our room since we were jet-lagged...THANKS GUYS!! Recommend without hesitation if in Split!!

Overall OK experience, perhaps a bit disappointed for a upscale 5 star hotel and will likely consider other hotels in the area when we return to Split. Positives: - Location is good with around 10 minute walk to Split Palace and ferry terminal, although the walk to those is not very exciting at all - Overall the hotel appears clean and maintained (it is an old hotel, renovated retaining that old stuffy feel) Areas of Improvement: - Hotel hosts a lot of wedding, while that is nothing new, the noise and chaos it brings is another issue. First wedding during our stay, musicians were testing out their instruments 10 meters away from the pool (around 3PM), which is just ridiculous from noise perspective so no, it was not a relaxing afternoon at the pool with a bottle of wine. Next day, next weeding, this time it was actually outside on the terrace, so if you have a room that is facing sea, you are screwed from noise perspective. - Service: for a hotel that puts a façade that it is high end 5 start hotel, this area needs some serous improvement. We attempted to get a drink at the pool for no around 30 minutes, waiter was doing everything else, bringing towels, cleaning etc. even after we asked him for drinks. Then when I walked over to the bar to order there (there was already another lady that was complaining about the service there), the bartender and waiter pretty much sent me back to my pool seat and told me that waiter will come over. They didn't know that I speak a bit of Croatian, and they were saying not to allow people to come to the bar and line up there (mind you that there were barely any folks around, few at the pool and couple on terrace to serve). Needless to say, the waiter finally came over to us some 15 minutes later, or full 45 minutes since we first tried to order a bottle of wine from him. - Breakfast: while it offers most of what you need, although nothing special at all, 2 of the mornings, we found it juice machine broken, empty plates (we waited a long time for food to come despite bring empty), and rotten fruit. Free brealfast is not worth the hype at all One additional thing, while rooms were clean and enjoyable, there are too many small things that bothered me: broken trash can, half hanging loose magnifying mirror, light bulb out etc.

We really enjoyed our stay at Park Hotel. Very clean and decorated very well. Standard room was very nice. Staff was kind and courteous. Air Conditioner was very comfortable for August heat. Breakfast provided was delicious and plentiful. Only short and easy 10-15 min walk to down town Split.
