Was a pleasant stay, a little noisy with people in the hallway, but that stopped at around 10:30.

The night staff was nice. When we arrived, it took a minute for anyone to realize we were standing at the desk, but once noticed, they were nice to deal with. Breakfast was horrible. No sausage or bacon with the powdered eggs. Biscuits and gravy was terrible. No meat in the gravy, no flavor either. The biscuits were undercooked. No fresh fruit options. The bread items were a bit hard. Had to ask where the butter was. The coffee was so weak, it looked more like tea. Couldn’t drink it. The morning staff, again, once I got their attention, was friendly. The beds were a bit worse for the wear. My daughter and her husband had to fight rolling into the middle of the bed. My bed was comfortable, but I was able to sleep in the middle. Overall, not terrible, but also won’t stay there again.

Not the place to go!! The service was not helpful. No guide for tv, room actually dirty not vac, and the worst was no toilet paper backup, had to go to the desk to get it. The so called free breakfast on friday morning was a joke--they explained only weekends have full breakfast. Have no clue how this hotel got a good rating on trip.com--my kids tried to have flowers ordered to our room (they were paying for it) for our 40th anniversary and they were totally unhelpful and said no to her--she almost told us to cancel our booking--she should have--this will go down as the worst hotel experience we have ever had.

Its cheap, but also old and in need of upgrades. The cleaners do a good job however...but...there is a problem with this hotel...I have bites all around my nipple and under my arm and down by side and in the small of my back from what I can only guess are bed bugs?...tiny welts that itch and burn...never ran into bed bugs before so I am not sure...last week I had a few bites but this week (I stay for 4 days at a time) I was eaten alive...I have isolated by clothes and everything will need to be washed... Other than bedbugs and the occasional loud noise at 2 AM...its ok...

Very friendly for a medium size town. Love the clean towels and showers

We checked in our room, bed wasnt made, floor and bathroom were dirty, TV wouldnt work. They walked in on us without knocking. We got moved to another room which was cleaner but then someone opened our door and turned on the light in the midsle of the night. We are expecting a full refund

The hotel room left much to be desired during my stay. The lack of fresh towels and poor cleanliness were notoriously negative points. In addition, the unpleasant odor in the hallways contributed to an unwelcoming experience. Clearly, maintenance and attention to detail are areas in need of urgent improvement at this establishment.

Was not a good syay.had to go to the hospital due to my diabetes and when I returned to my room my medical supplies was stolen from me...

Front desk lady was very nice. Put me in a nice room. And helped me with what ever i needed. Very good people person.

The stay was amazing. Hotel clerks very helpful and responsive. Great area, quiet, and peaceful.

The bedding was not changed. There were hairs and food crumbs left in the beds. You could tell the staff just remade the bed and didn’t change out the sheets for clean ones. The ground was not vacuumed and felt gross to the touch. The lady at the front desk was very friendly though and did go get us a new change of sheets for the room.

This place was pretty decent for the price. Everything and I mean everything is within walking distance. breakfast was mediocre. American ran for sure. pool was down. rooms were ok but pretty clean.

Only three stars on the property condition because they are doing a lot of work to the hotel. Seems to be some needed upgrades. But its not an annoyance or problem at all. Overall a decent stay

I was a little confused as to why there were no lamps beside the bed until I plugged in my phone charger. The recepticals by the bed did not work. Even with the two lamps that were in the room, it was kind of dark and dingy. I have no confidence that the carpet was clean. The bathroom and the bed seemed to be clean, however, both my husband and I woke with wierd bites. No critter found. Also, you could feel the springs in the bed. I guess they have a standing poker game in the lobby. There was one on both nights we were there. It is off-putting. The restaurant attached was not clean and our food was lukewarm at best. I do not recommend this hotel and restaurant.
