Very clean comfortable place to stay. Owner is delightful and very helpful. It’s a convenient location and on several bus routes so easy to get around. Shower was great and it was good to have fresh coffee available in the room. Cafe is just around the corner for a delicious breakfast.

Nice clean accommodation, with a good size room. Good location, close to the city, and conveniences are just over the road. The unit itself was clean and tidy, and the washer & dryer would be great for longer stays. Free wifi is good. The shower has been poorly built, and water escapes in big lots out onto the bathroom floor. Not the worst place I've stayed in. However, I wouldn't stay here again because of the lack of air conditioning, and the road noise.

3 ladies stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment upstairs on a girls trip. First night my friend was kept up with noise from the motels next door. Cars in and out constantly and loud music. I didn’t hear it. Next night 11.15pm loud music started from the motels next door (managed by the same lady) we couldn’t sleep because it was so loud. I decided to ring her and she said she would investigate it. Few minutes later the music stopped. In morning I woke to a txt message from Manager reading… There was no music! This implied we had lied never stay here again or recommend to anyone.

We visit Christchurch quite often but this was our first stay at this motel. Its on a main road going into the city and is a fair way for walking into the CBD. Cranford Street becomes Sherborne street as it gets closer to town before intersecting with Bealey Avenue. Our unit was on the first floor at the rear of the property so we did not notice any traffic noise. It was a one bedroom unit but the king size bed was in the main lounge/kitchen/dining and two single beds were in the bedroom. This ended up being our overflow room for our suitcases. It would be a bit crowded for four people for an extended stay. Everything was clean and comfortable; kitchen is kitted out for rustling up a simple meal There is a great butcher shop Peter Timbs, around the corner on Edgeware Road that is worthy of a mention together with the Fresh Choice for stocking up. Service is very friendly and helpful.

The owner was very friendly. The room, while a little dated, was great for the price - especially with the spa bath included. The room was also spotless. Town is a little bit of a walk away, but the spa made it all worthwhile. Handy to Edgeware village if you need to do any grocery shopping.
