Excellent value hotel. We stopped for one night on the way down to Cornwall. We weren't expecting much for £59 but this hotel was great. Very clean, good sized room and bathroom. Very comfortable bed. Nice and friendly reception. Quiet and plenty of parking even in July. A bonus for us was that it's pet friendly. Also right next to the M6 Stafford Services which are also one of the better ones. A hotel definitely worth staying at that ticks all the boxes.

The welcome was great, staff were friendly and knowledgable. They made recommendations and had local knowledge. The room was clean and I didn't mind it being basic (no bath) as i was mostly looking for a good location for some work i had the following day, however it was not as good as any other Premier inn i have stayed in. Requested a family room but got a standard twin. two very small beds barely a gap between them. springs twanged as you go in and totally gone in the middle so i had a horrid nights sleep, waking several times in pain. It was late when i realised the poor quality bed so did not want the hassle of complaining to get another room (noone wants to be a Karen, and businesses get away with poor service because people don't want to make a fuss) and chances are the beds would be just bas bad. plus repacking everything and when traveling with kids you don't want the upheaval. As we were only there one night I just put up with it and will know not to go here in future. The lighting in the room was terrible too. No bulbs in the main part of the room, just dingy lamps on the bedsides and a purple head board light.

I stayed at this hotel for a trip to Alton Towers. Throughout the stay staff were amazing any issues I had were taken care of right away, Staying on site gave me a discount at the bar on site a welcome extra. The room itself was great while a little hot the window was able to be opened quite a bit. While the building was on the older side apart from a few creaks I had no issues sleeping here. The bathroom was a small wet room the shower while small the pressure was great. I would not hesitate to stay here again the reviews don’t add up to what I experienced here.

I stayed at this hotel for a trip to Alton Towers. Throughout the stay staff were amazing any issues I had were taken care of right away, Staying on site gave me a discount at the bar on site a welcome extra. The room itself was great while a little hot the window was able to be opened quite a bit. While the building was on the older side apart from a few creaks I had no issues sleeping here. The bathroom was a small wet room the shower while small the pressure was great. I would not hesitate to stay here again the reviews don’t add up to what I experienced here.

Excellent value hotel. We stopped for one night on the way down to Cornwall. We weren't expecting much for £59 but this hotel was great. Very clean, good sized room and bathroom. Very comfortable bed. Nice and friendly reception. Quiet and plenty of parking even in July. A bonus for us was that it's pet friendly. Also right next to the M6 Stafford Services which are also one of the better ones. A hotel definitely worth staying at that ticks all the boxes.

The welcome was great, staff were friendly and knowledgable. They made recommendations and had local knowledge. The room was clean and I didn't mind it being basic (no bath) as i was mostly looking for a good location for some work i had the following day, however it was not as good as any other Premier inn i have stayed in. Requested a family room but got a standard twin. two very small beds barely a gap between them. springs twanged as you go in and totally gone in the middle so i had a horrid nights sleep, waking several times in pain. It was late when i realised the poor quality bed so did not want the hassle of complaining to get another room (noone wants to be a Karen, and businesses get away with poor service because people don't want to make a fuss) and chances are the beds would be just bas bad. plus repacking everything and when traveling with kids you don't want the upheaval. As we were only there one night I just put up with it and will know not to go here in future. The lighting in the room was terrible too. No bulbs in the main part of the room, just dingy lamps on the bedsides and a purple head board light.
