Cari Hotel 2-Star di Beppu

I like this hotel it is nice and good onsen that it is  nearby food street and it is opposite with You Me shopping mall. The price is quite costly but it worth it. I recommend all of you stay here when you visit Beppu.

В отеле приятное общественное пространство на первом этаже, с ресепшен и кухней. Персонал очень приветлив и готов помочь. Спасибо за рекомендации по заведениям с едой. После 22:00 вход по пин-коду на ключах. Номер огромный, с тремя кроватями, большая уборная и душ. Все довольно аскетично, но комфортно и чисто. Лифт на этажи очень быстро закрывает двери, успейте зайти) В целом хороший бюджетный вариант переночевать 👍 если не искать изысков.

Until the day of check in, I never receive any check in procedure and I had to call customer service and wait for the line transferring. They did not limit the parking for every unit and I had no parking available but I saw one of the unit had parked 4 cars there. I called for help on no hot spa water coming out but they answered they could not do anything for me. Overall experience was good

お湯・ロケーション最高です！また入りたいお湯です！地獄めぐりには最高のロケーションで、5ヶ所は歩いて行けます。地獄めぐりの駐車場はすごく混むので、宿に車を置いて歩いて行けるのはとても便利です。古い小さな旅館ですが、風情があって、好きな方はたまらないと思います。強いて言えば、敷布団がちょっと薄いかなと思います。

The staff is friendly and speaks English well; the place is quiet and cozy, and the location is perfect. It’s almost a distance to Beppu tourist attractions, especially the Beppu tower and Beppu JR stations. The hostel is also located near the port area, where you can relax and take a break. The hostel also has a cafe, a spacious kitchen, and an artificial hot spring. Although some amenities are not included, you have to purchase them at the front desk, the accommodation cost is relatively cheap, so that’s okay. It's a good thing I have my own towels and other amenities. I will definitely be back here when I return.

We booked 2 rooms with family of 7. The room itself was very nice and clean and the bed was comfortable. However, the projector in room was in Japanese and we can't use. Another thing to note if travelling with elderly or young kids, remember to ensure you have a ground level room as there's no lift. Another con is you need to carry your luggage from car park to check in reception which is tedious if your luggage is heavy. The wet weather make it worse. The nearest onsen in Hell of Beppu is difficult to book and don't accept reservations for family bath. Guests do not have any privilege too. We tried going 3 times and gave up.

We loved the Japanese style room with tatami mats, incredibly spacious room, amazing Japanese breakfast included in (low) price, great location that was walking distanc to Hyotan Onsen and the Beppu Jigoku (Hells of Beppu). The owner was super friendly and helpful and gave us a hand-drawn map of local onsens and restaurants. To note: Showers were only 7.30-8.30am (same time as m breakfast at 7.30am) or 7-10pm in the evening, but you had to request to shower, because most people shower at the onsens instead.

全般的にはとても良かったと思います。JRの駅に近く、周りには温泉も複数あり、スーパーや飲食店にも徒歩圏内です。卓上ミラーを誤って落として片側を割ってしまいました。すいません。代わりになるものを１００円ショップで購入しておきました。機能的には劣るかもしれませんが、お使いいただければと。 ２点、改善いただきたい点があります。 1. エアコンの掃除をした方が良いです。中の熱交換器が埃に覆われているため、効率が悪いです。掃除することで電気代も下がると思いますし、もっと冷えると思います。 2. 長期滞在なのにゴミの無料回収が１回のみでした。夏場の暑い時期なので、せめて週に１回は回収していただきたいです。または分別方法、捨てる方法を教えていただければ対応可能ですので、そのあたりは宿泊者や宿泊数に応じて臨機応変に対応いただけると助かります。 以上です。大変お世話になりました。もしまた別府に行く機会があれば、利用したいと思います。ありがとうございました。

The location is very strategic, right in front of Beppu Station, which makes it very convenient for getting around. However, the experience at reception was quite frustrating. The front desk was handled by an elderly staff member who could not speak English, making communication difficult. Even after I showed my check-in voucher and passport, he repeatedly said he could not find my reservation. I suspect this may have been because my name was written in English characters while their system uses Japanese or maybe he’s very old and cannot see the name clearly from his computer. I also provided my reservation ID, but he still couldn’t locate the booking at first. To make matters worse, he was the only staff member there and was frequently answering phone calls, which delayed the process further. In total, I spent almost an hour resolving the issue, and it was only after some back-and-forth that he finally managed to find my reservation. Additionally, the hotel had informed Trip.com that parking was available in the same building, but upon arrival, I was given a map and asked to park elsewhere. The instructions were unclear and difficult to understand. The cleanliness could be improved, as the toilet was slightly dirty and the room had an unpleasant smell, possibly due to the traditional Japanese-style tatami flooring. However, the room itself looked nice, and they did provide towels and all the necessary toiletries, which was a plus.

Замечательный рёкан прямо в центре района Каннава. При заселении нам предложили апгрейд (брали самый дешевый номер) за деньги, согласились. После заселения переоделись в юкаты, но хозяйка решила, что обычная юката для жены слишком велика и достала другую, которую, вместе с поясом, красиво надела на жену. Очень благодарны за это. Кайсаки был очень приятный (две фото кайсеки, еще одно - с яичницей - завтрак). И то и то ели в номере. Онсенов 4 штуки - два внутренних (не ходили), два внешних (очень красивых). Мы забронировали один из внешних на час после ужина. Вода в онсен затекает очень горячая (98 градусов), ее надо периодически перемешивать и разбавлять холодной водой, если слишком жарко. В целом очень приличный рёкан, нам понравилось.
