Outstanding Hotel, clean and quiet, warm pool , great view. Even the hotel had no own kitchen they organized all the food from surrounding restaurants hot and fresh on nice plates. Very professional staff, service minded and always very friendly and helpful attitude, whatever we needed, they organized. Enjoyed this place a lot! Definitely a good place to be, great for foreigners and locals.

Had a really enjoyable stay at the hotel. The staff are very courteous and helpful. The service was absolutely impressive where free laundry service and daily afternoon tea with fresh fruits and cakes were served. They also helped to arrange free transport between the harbour and the hotel. The door gift is particularly thoughtful which contains a nice UV protective umbrella, mosquito repellant and sun block. The room was spacious, clean and tastefully designed! Ours was the ground floor room with the garden view. Though the hotel swimming pool is right outside, the lush greenery offered great privacy. The air-conditioned and pleasantly perfumes room was literally my oasis during this short island trip! And it is quite budget friendly!:) Absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone who’s planning to visit the island! Overall A+ experience! (Though it’d be a plus point if the laundry could be ironed.)

Very quaint and aesthetic bed and breakfast. Situated in a small village that is a 8-10 minute walk to the five colours volcanic beach. The room we rented had a beach house feel with high ceilings and white washed beams. The pool is beautiful and clean. The beds are very comfortable and the deck looks out to the ocean and the village. The breakfast is noodles or congee with assorted condiments and side dishes and very delicious. The downsides may be that as a foreigner, you cannot rent a small car, only a small scooter if you have experience and they don’t have didi (like uber) service on the island only tuk tuk like cars that the hotel has to call for you. The shower room in our specific space also needs upgrading although the pressure is adequate. Staff is helpful but would need translation if conversing in languages other than mandarin.

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. Our room was very comfortable and immaculate. The hotel is convenient to the central area as well as to the train station. The breakfast is quite a spread. The hotel provides free laundry service. The staff is amazing. They are friendly n attentive. They recommended us the restaurant and massage where their locals patronize. We love the food and the massage services. Big Thank to 小谷，小元，李李 and 小王 to give us such a memorable and enjoyable stay in your hotel. 谢谢你们🥰.

It's very nice little hotel. Staff at the hotel are super friendly and helpful. Room was modern and stylish with a comfortable bed. nice simple breakfast in the morning including eggs, noodles, fruit, bread, dumpling, etc. They have tea, milk and coffee, which is nice. the rooftop pool is big and clean with a view of the beach. the location is quite good, short walk to the beach, many seafood restaurants and cafes around the hotel, and also close to a mall that has a ton of restaurants, mostly on the 4th floor. close to the high speed rail station and also to old street, downtown, and other attractions.

We just had a wonderful stay at this beach resort! From the friendly reception staff to the kind Ayi who cleaned our room, everyone made us feel truly welcome. Our room had a mini pond, which our baby absolutely loved playing in all day. It was such a relaxing and refreshing getaway. The location is just a short walk to Silver Beach. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Beihai for a beachside escape.

Amazing stay with Changfeng! Hotel takes initiative and set up a group chat to help me ensure a smooth journey to the hotel. Shout out to our butler 小增! Thank you for being so responsive at all times and helping us arrange activities for our entertainment. Car/ Electric scooter rental is available right in the hotel. The hotel is also super photogenic and a popular spot even for outside guests come to take photos. Remember to prepare sunblock and insect repellent before coming. Overall strongly recommend! 谢谢前台和小增管家为我们服务！ 服务态度太好了 ☺️

這次來北海入住海悦酒店真的選對了！酒店位於市中心，離高鐵站、老街都不遠，出行遊玩、覓食都特別便利。房間採光好，空間寬敞，乾濕分離的衞浴乾淨清爽，床品柔軟睡得很安穩。酒店配套有健身房、免費停車場，自助早餐口味也不錯。前台小李服務貼心周到，全程入住體驗感極佳，不管旅遊還是短期停留都很合適。
