超級滿意，物超所值的感覺。威斯汀酒店地理位置極佳，正對着的沙灘非常乾淨，海邊也沒有腥臭味，乾淨清爽適合玩樂。酒店內基礎設施也非常好，值得一提的是早餐超級好吃，品類非常豐富，各大菜系也把握的非常好，反正我湖南人在這裏吃得很嗨，而且各種西點和海南特色美食也有，味道都很不錯，還是強烈建議大家買帶早餐的房間。 我訂的是海景房，在五樓，視野非常好，能夠眺望沙灘和大海，觀景位置一絕，陽台很大，可以躺在沙發上看海。房間內部非常豪華，從圖中就可以看到，兩個人度假非常舒適。另外，小冰箱裏麪的酒水飲料都是免費的（如果要續的話就收費）。 酒店還送了10張免費的簡修旅拍，如果需要精修或者要更多底片是需要加錢的，不過我沒花錢就帶回了美美的十張照片服務人員態度也沒有變差，挺好。 酒店晚上固定時段會有半個小時的演出可以觀看，舞蹈和魔術表演等等。挺熱鬧的，好玩。 最後非常重要的一點，預訂房間之後會有專屬管家添加微信，超級貼心，從酒店的各項服務到周邊有哪些美食，以及免税店的折扣等等，都會一一解答，情緒價值拉滿。後續有機會還會繼續來住的！

This hotel comes highly recommended. Upon arrival, the staff were incredibly accommodating and even upgraded my stay to a villa, which was fantastic. The food at the Horizon Beach Bar was outstanding, and the staff were attentive, always anticipating my needs. The cuisine at the Western restaurant was also excellent. Overall, this hotel provided a wonderful experience.

The hotel is beautifully situated with its own beach. The landscaping and grounds are picturesque as are the ocean views. I have previously stayed in big hotels in Sanya that involve long walks to the facilities and the beach. However, this hotel is really nicely sized. The lagoon pools and infinity pools were great, though I did wonder a bit about the cleanliness levels. I was initially concerned about reviews saying the place looked aged, but in person the rooms seemed fine, spacious and clean. The service was excellent on every level. They did not have a business center but they helped me out with some business needs. The breakfast was diverse and they made sure to keep the buffet filled up despite a large number of diners. All in all, it was a very refreshing and enjoyable stay. Note that taking a train from Sanya Airport to Wanning is not difficult and economical if the timing works well for your flights.

風吹柳花滿店香，吳姬壓酒喚客嘗。——李白 我和老伴退休了很多年，一直在祖國的大江南北雲遊，有緣路過此地借用洗手間，工作人員對我百倍照顧問候，這是一家有温度的酒店，索性我們夫婦體驗一把。 我的祖籍山東老鄉小李對我們像自己家人一樣，所以説這是一家值得體驗的酒店，處處充滿了驚喜和愉悦，超前的服務、還有衞生方面我和我太太都非常滿意；在辦理入住時，還把我們帶到房間，給我們一個當天摘的椰子，當天也是我太太生日，於是提前跟酒店的工作人員聯繫幫忙佈置一下房間，想着給我太太一個驚喜，房間佈置的很漂亮，入住時房間裏提前放了水果和酸奶，管家細心的跟我們介紹空調開關幫我們調好温度，迷你吧的飲品也是免費的，還有海南當地的飲品，用晚餐時，餐廳的工作人員也為我們佈置了燭光晚餐，除了我們選的餐食，還送我們一份長壽麪，菜品也很美味，真的每一位工作人員都非常的熱情也很用心的去服務，加管家微信後，會給我們分享一份酒店周邊景點的攻略，還跟我們説需要去哪個景點都可以聯繫管家，都可以開車送我們過去，於是跟管家説送我們去一下燈塔，酒店離燈塔就五分鐘，回來時跟管家説一聲，很快就到了目的地接我們了。 真的是我六十五年來，最能讓我感動最能讓我驚喜最讓我喜歡的地方，朝林松源酒店真讓人舒心！

Clarifying I am not a Robert. Beyond Expectations, great spirit and services. But In fact I m not really expecting anything while I decided to stay this hotel at the first beginning. However, FD Manager - Cristina and her team changed my mind. Good feeling and experience in staying 2 nights which upgraded to lake view with high floor. And the welcome coffee biscuit that my daughter loved it the most. Appreciated at all arrangements!

時隔一年，再次入住，放鬆愜意的一次體驗。 服務：入住和退房非常人性化，無須排隊等候。管家回覆熱情及時、有問必答。 設施：完善、貼心、一應俱全。點外賣很方便，足不出户也可以享用大餐，附近海鮮、本地特色、咖啡甜品一應俱全。 環境：得天獨厚，出小院步行兩三分鐘就可以直達海灘，很喜歡這片海域，沙灘人少、乾淨；大海海浪洶湧、拍照出片，晴天更是景色宜人。 衞生：負責清潔的阿姨們仔細有禮貌。房間面積大，有些衞生死角可以理解，整體還是乾淨舒適的。
