اولاً غالي جداً جداً ومبالغ فيه بالنسبه لخمس نجوم كان عادي جداً ولا يوجد بيش خاص للنزيل لايوجد اماكن فالفندق ترفيهيه للنزيل مقابل هالسعر المبالغ فيه ولا يوجد مطاعم كافيه للاختيار ولا يوجد طعام متنوع وكانت وجبه الافطار محدوده مافيها تنوع وارجو اخذ تعليقي على محمل الجد الميزه الوحيده فالفندق ان الموظفين ودودين ومحترفين والفيو جداً رائع وارجو خفض سعر الاقامه

I stayed almost one month (February 2024) in this very nice placed (ocean-front) Hotel Serena. All the staff, Manager, Receptionists, Chief Cookers, Waiters,Cleaning- and Security-People, lets say everybody was so friendly to me and also competent. I felt very comfortable, secured and treated like I am a family-member. Special thanks goes to Mister Sunil Dutt, the Chief cook (and his team), which helped me with very healthy food while i had some health issues.

Great place in stonetown, Zanzibar. Lovely rooms, with clean, well equipped washrooms. Small but nice rooftop pool, great breakfast buffet with an excellent fresh fruit selection and good location- close to the ferry stations and to the night market. Only complaint is the live music at the rooftop restaurant. It’s loud and distracting from an otherwise great experience. I hope to stay here again!

Cet hôtel est idéalement bien placé dans le vieux stone Town,au milieu des petites ruelles avec ses petites boutiques,près du bord de mer et de ses bons restaurants et du port pour les excursions,nous y sommes restés 2 jours entièrement suffisant pour visiter la ville où on est vite fatigué d être sollicités sans arrêt par des vendeurs des boutiques ou autre …L accueil est très sympathique,on est venu nous chercher à l aéroport pour 20 dollars,15 minutes de transfert .Les chambres sont spacieuses et très originales nous avons beaucoup aimé nous avions une chambre supérieure,bon rapport qualité prix ,bon petit-déjeuner sur le toi terrasse.L hôtel organise des transferts a bon prix.Pour nous les points négatifs :la literie très dure et la douche :peu d eau .

Located next to the fortress, close to the park and center. There is a noise from the street early in the morning. Restaurant is offering local dishes for breakfast, little suitable for us who are used to European cuisine.

Really excellent stay. We were there 7 years ago and had the same room. Yes, it could use a bit of an update but it also stays within the authenticity of the hotel. The room and bathroom were very clean and maintained. The location is perfect (for us). The breakfasts were truly wonderful and delicious. Huge variety, freshness of products was exemplary (as the couple of lunches we ate there as well). But the cherry on the cake was the staff. Each and every one could not do enough for us and were so helpful and full of good humour and kindness. Thank you. We are looking forward to returning soon and well before 7 years!

Excellent place. You would come back because of - the awesome 360 degree view roof terrace - the excellent coffee - the a**osphere - good food - the style - near Secret Garden, a top notch restaurant Considerations: Lack of Pool or Beach: Those looking for water-related activities might find this aspect lacking. You can of course eg rent a boat+captain at the beach (5-10 min walk, currently around USD 20) and go to a nearby island or snorkeling. Decent chance of seeing dolphines too. Access: Situated in a labyrinth of narrow streets, the place isn't directly accessible by car, requiring a short walk. This minor inconvenience is easily outweighed by the charm and ease of navigation once you're familiar with the area.

Tidak banyak tempat untuk membeli-belah di Stone Town di Pulau Pasir. Bilik-bilik di sini agak kecil. Sekiranya anda fikir anda ingin hidup pada tahap harga ini, terdapat banyak kawasan sekitarnya, tetapi keadaannya lebih umum dan nisbah harga / prestasi tidak terlalu tinggi. Hotel di Afrika umumnya lebih baik daripada hotel di Asia Tenggara. Ia agak mahal. Meja di dalam bilik berdebu. Sebagai Hilton, saya tidak sepatutnya. Nampak sangat hotel ni berbelanja dulu, tapi hiasannya sudah lapuk. Hanya katil dan bantal yang sangat selesa, kerana di pulau itu, masih terdapat sedikit Lembap, hotel ini mempunyai baunya sendiri, tetapi saya tidak suka, dan tidak ada kolam renang di hotel ini.

I traveled to Zanzibar after climbing Kilimanjaro this past July and decided to stay at The Seyyida. I had originally booked this trip for 2020 but we all know how that story ended…The staff at The Seyyida were generous enough to move my booking to 2021, andddd then again to 2022 when my trekking group postponed the trip a second time (still due to Covid). The hotel itself is beautiful. I had a room with a ocean view and I felt like royalty. The bed was HUGE, the bathroom lovely, and the balcony (albeit small) offered a *STUNNING* view. They offer to spray mosquito repellent every night and, although I do highly recommend taking them up on this offer, it does have quite a lingering smell. So plan to be out of your room for dinner or a tour for a couple of hours. The rooftop restaurant is beautiful and offers an amazing view of the city and ocean. The hotel staff was nothing short of amazing. When my hair dryer broke, they found me another. When I needed more towels, they brought me them immediately. When my driver never showed up for a a tour I had booked, they arranged for a new tour and a driver was there in 5min. They mailed a postcard for me when I asked where the bearer post office was! They let me leave my suitcases there after I checked out because my ferry wasn’t until the afternoon—and they even helped me carry my *very* large duffel (from climbing the mountain) all the way to the ferry!!! I also had an amazing massage here on a rainy day when I wasn’t sure what to fill my day with. The front lobby is unreachable by car, but it is perfectly located, and quick/easy by foot to meet a driver on the road. Within walking distance of so much. I didn’t use the pool, but it looked lovely as well. It’s not very big, but big enough to sit and relax. Cannot speak highly enough about the wonderful front desk workers (and all other staff) and this beautiful place.
