Hotel Stone Town dengan Tempat Letak Kereta

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights while we ventured around Stone town during our visit in October 2024. One of the reasons we had preferred this hotel was that it is in the heart of the Stone Town that makes everything easily accessible. A very well curated hotel which used to be a palace earlier; it has variety of rooms with different views. The hotel has all the necessary amenities and can support in getting ground transportation, guide as well as an itinerary during your stay. They a nice buffet but does not provide liquor. Would definitely recommend at least a couple of days stay here.

Room, Balcony, View from the room and Restaurant is really nice. But only one thing they need to improve in their reception customer service. Room I signed when I check in and Room I really received was different. They changed the room without notice. I asked why they said it's same room inside. But it was totally different. Changed room has no privacy at all. We have to close the window during the stay. And I asked for late check out when I check in. They told me to check last day in the morning. In last day, I asked again for 2hrs late check out. They refused my request even didn't check the system. Just say NO. I am very disappointed with their attitude. And when I checked the site there were plenty room left. As everyone knows Zanzibar is the holiday place. Most of 5 star hotels in holiday place, they run check out time very flexible due to flight time. No deserve to have 5 stars in customer service.

碰巧住到了queen主唱Freddie mercury的故居裏，真的是太神奇的一個體驗。酒店外觀不錯，但是內部設施一般，床和枕頭都不算舒適，早餐口味也一般，勝在地理位置好和這次奇妙的名人故居體驗。

Very nice hotel. Conveniently located to all Stone Town attractions. If there are any issues the front desk manager will do her best to rectify the situation. My only issue unfixable was the food or maybe It was the water they refill for the rooms. I recommend be on side of caution and drink only bottled water. Don't eat anything uncooked (salads juices made with ice etc.) And you won't spend most of your time in bathrooms.

Megan is the absolute best manager we have ever dealt with in hotel experiences. We love Zanzibar and this is definitely a place we would stay in again. Super clean, although not directly on the water, the view on the rooftop was amazing for the sunset. 5 min walk from nighttime food market and 2 mins from the port. We had 14 pieces of luggage and we were tended to perfectly. We got engaged here and they made us feel really special.

What a beautiful and well located place. Our only regret was to stay there only one night, we would gladly have stayed longer and we will definitely come back. The building, the rooms, the pool and the restaurant are charming, the staff is extremely kind and helpful. From the first communication to the last minute, everything was perfect. Thank you for this lovely stay!

We slayed at this hotel for almost two weeks. It is next to water front and one can enjoy the beautiful evenings at water front without loss of time. Further, one can make frequent visits in the streets of Stone houses. The Manager Mr. Abdullah was very helpful. He was always out to help us in any matter from finding a taxi or any other assistance needed. As one is next to the coast, a boat could be easily find to visit Prison Island. All sort of restaurants are next to the hotel Hotel itself offers good breakfast.

The location is perfect. Short walking distance from the main areas in Stonetown. The pool is lovely and the breakfast rooftop view was really nice in the morning. The only downside: i upgraded us to a suit and it was a mistake. There was only an old bathtub and it was really gross. The normal rooms would have been much better to stay in, so don’t upgrade. Other than that, we had a lovely stay.

Utterly enchanting- from our 5am arrival until our departure 3 days later we were looked after so incredibly well. The hotel organised our airport pickup and opened up with a gentle tap (you may need help to find it as it’s in the narrow streets of old Stonetown). The front of house was superb and Peter took care of us. The hotel has so much atmosphere, full of antiques and lush vegetation. Breakfast is in the roof balcony. Excursions can be organised. I had read a few unpleasant reviews but I can’t think why, cleanliness was first class and the hospitality was outstanding. I hope you are lucky enough to find a room - we stayed 3 nights it was so well located.

I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. However there is a bit of disturbance from rats running around during the night which is make me more scary but it’s not big deal we have been experiencing it even in other hotel in big city. Nice amazing staff and food is good. Points is very closer to the ferry which is also very nice. Super thankful for my lovely chef abillah he made my stay perfectly. Hakuna matata
