One of the best hotels that I stay at is Genting, The service was nice and easy to check in, I just have to go to the mailbox and take one access card. Before entering the security guard will guide us where to access and be so friendly. When I enter the lift. No need to press because it might not appear your number just scan and lift will automatically go to your floor.
If they can provide more plastic garbage for those staying 2 nights will be easy for us.
Other than that, nice view. Comfortable bed and provide cookware too so it's so convenient for those who want to cook.
I will definitely be coming back when I come to Genting Highland.

Bangunan itu sangat usang, bau penyegar udara terlalu kuat dan dari lobi ke koridor dan ke lif, semua bau berbeza. Bau di dalam lif tidak tertanggung.
Untuk harga dan nama Hyatt, saya menjangkakan kualiti bilik dan kemudahan yang jauh lebih baik. Gimnasium itu lama, gelap dan siling rendah. Restoran itu terlalu kecil untuk bilangan bilik. Anda perlu beratur untuk pergi bersarapan. Makanannya biasa-biasa sahaja. Tiada rasa dalam lodeh sayur, dhal. Kopi dari mesin kopi itu teruk, terlalu pahit dan berasid.
Saya pasti tidak mengesyorkan hotel ini. Ia terasa seperti 3 bintang dan bukannya 5 bintang. Satu-satunya perkara yang baik tentang hotel ini ialah ia terletak di sebelah pantai.
Bilik Ok,cuma,minta katil queen tak bagi tak pe la,katil ada bunyi,boleh dengar orang bercakap dari bilik sebelah,kebersihan bilik air perlu diperbaiki. Perabot kena tukar yang baru,perabot lama. Terima Kasih.
The homestay was beautiful, and the moment we opened the balcony, we were greeted with a stunning sea view. We arrived in the afternoon, and the tide was low at that time. We saw some tourists walking along the beach, so we joined them for a stroll. On the next day, just before checking out, we noticed that the tide had come in, and we even saw fishing boats heading out to sea. We were very satisfied with our stay.
Ini adalah bangunan baharu (M3) di bawah Ion Majestic. Bilik-bilik bersih dan luas tetapi belum lengkap. Walau bagaimanapun, bau pengubahsuaian yang kuat dapat dilihat di seluruh kawasan, dan tandas lobi hotel mempunyai bau yang tidak menyenangkan. Selain itu, aliran air di dalam tandas bilik adalah perlahan. Secara keseluruhan, ia adalah hotel yang baik. Terdapat perkhidmatan bas ulang-alik ke taman tema pada selang waktu setiap jam, tetapi ia perlu ditempah dan dibayar secara berasingan untuk setiap perjalanan. Saya cadangkan untuk mempertimbangkan semula penarafan 5 bintang, kerana hotel ini belum memenuhi standard itu.
Tempat yang sangat cantik sejam memandu dari Kuala Lumpur! Perkhidmatan yang sangat baik, udara yang sejuk, sarapan yang pelbagai. Chef memasak untuk anak kami bukan dari menu, ia benar-benar hebat! Tapi lagi bagus kalau ada menu kanak-kanak. Kami sangat gembira. Terdapat bilik kanak-kanak. Saya ingin kembali ke sini untuk berundur
Kami mempunyai penginapan 2H1M yang indah untuk hari lahir Ibu. Seronok dapat menonton orang ramai melayari pantai persendirian. Bilik ini agak luas dengan pemandangan laut yang menakjubkan. Walau bagaimanapun, pintu masuk ke vila agak mencabar untuk warga emas atau mereka yang berkeperluan khas kerana anda perlu menaiki tangga ke vila anda dan kemudian naik untuk perkhidmatan kereta. Sarapan pagi juga hebat! Pasti akan menjadi tempat penginapan utama kami di Cherating! .
Penginapan saya di hotel ini sangatlah hebat. Bilik bersih, luas, dan sangat selesa, dengan katil empuk yang memudahkan saya berehat setelah seharian. Saya amat menghargai susun atur yang kemas dan suasana yang segar dan menyenangkan sebaik sahaja saya melangkah masuk.
Kakitangan ramah dan membantu sepanjang penginapan saya, sentiasa bersedia untuk membantu dengan senyuman. Kemudahan juga diselenggara dengan baik, dan semuanya berfungsi dengan sempurna, yang menjadikan pengalaman saya lebih menyeronokkan.
Lokasi juga sangat strategik, dengan akses mudah ke kedai-kedai dan tarikan berhampiran. Secara keseluruhannya, ini adalah pengalaman yang hebat, dan saya pasti akan mengesyorkan hotel ini kepada sesiapa sahaja yang mencari penginapan yang selesa dan menyenangkan.

I love my terrace pool room! Can access directly to kids pool and infinity pool. Will repeat later as this hotel was perfect for family with kids!
One-night last-minute stay at The Kasturi Resort, Cherating with my husband and two kids. First time here and overall satisfied. Calm, relaxing resort and we enjoyed the spa. However, there is no kids’ club, so it may be better suited for couples or families whose kids enjoy quieter activities. Still a pleasant and refreshing short stay.
This hotel is a good choice for families visiting Genting Highlands. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing enough space for both adults and children. The family-friendly layout made the stay convenient and relaxing. The hotel offers useful facilities such as a swimming pool and reliable Wi-Fi, which were enjoyable for children and practical for parents. The surrounding area is peaceful with pleasant mountain views, making it suitable for families who prefer a quieter environment. Although the hotel is slightly far from the main Genting attractions and requires transportation, the overall experience was positive. The hotel provides good comfort, cleanliness, and value, making it a suitable option for a family stay.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Hyatt Regency Kuantan, especially the ambience and hospitality. However, there are a few areas that require attention. Cons / Areas for Improvement: 1. Water pressure was quite slow, especially for the shower. When turned to hot water, the pressure increased, but once switched to cold, it became extremely weak. 2. There was water maintenance work happening during our stay. Although the hotel assured that everything was under control, it did affect our comfort while on holiday. 3. We noticed a small clump of dust on the floor. While it was minor, as we were staying with a 2-year-old toddler, it raised concerns as children tend to put things into their mouth. Housekeeping may need to be more thorough. 4. There should be better control of wild monkeys, especially around the parking area. I was chased and nearly bitten, which was quite frightening and unsafe for guests. Pros / What We Appreciate: 1. Excellent service recovery — I forgot to disable the “Do Not Disturb” sign but informed the front desk to clean the room. The housekeeping staff called first to ask for permission before entering, which shows professionalism and true 5-star service standards. 2. The hotel’s surroundings are beautiful, clean, and very calming — truly breathtaking. 3. The beach is very clean and conveniently located right next to the hotel. 4. Large swimming pools (two pools available), so it never felt crowded. 5. Staff were extremely friendly, polite, and always willing to help. Conclusion: Hyatt Regency Kuantan has great potential with its beautiful location, facilities, and outstanding staff. With improvements in water system management, housekeeping checks, and wildlife control, the overall guest experience would be even better.
”Stunning Views and Warm Hospitality” I recently had the pleasure of staying at Royale Chulan Cherating for a short staycation, and it was exactly the refreshment I needed. The View: The highlight of the stay was undoubtedly the breathtaking ocean view. Waking up to the sight of the sound of the waves right from the suite was incredibly peaceful. Whether it was sunrise or sunset, the scenery provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation. The Service: The staff truly made the difference. From check-in to check-out, the service was top-notch. Everyone was attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable. It’s rare to find a team that balances professionalism with such genuine warmth. The Vibe: The villas has a unique architectural charm that feels authentic and serene. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well maintained.
Great value for money, and the facilities are comprehensive. The view from the rooftop pool is absolutely stunning. The staff are also very friendly and always willing to help. I'll definitely be staying here again next time!
