Ulasan Voco Strasbourg Centre - the Garden

All services are excellent. But the location is 15mins walk from tourist centre, a bit too far.

As a family of 3 we don’t have many options jn Strasbourg. Most designer properties only accommodate 2 in one room. Good sized, modern rooms by European standards. Efficient, lovely housekeeping staff. Walking distance to Strasbourg old town and train station. A comfortable stay with all the usual amenities of a four star property.

Room was as advertised. Gets a bit noisy with a frequent knocking sound. Not sure where that came from.

The room is more spacious than I think and it’s with a balcony, value for money! The staff are friendly

The reception was calling for 15 minutes and ignoring there is someone waiting for her. Her college is helping another man checking in right away and saying sorry to the man just because I asked why she didn’t check in for me first. There is no hairdryer waiting for 20 minutes for a dryer believe or not.

Great hotel. Close to main station. Walkable to all main attractions. Great breakfast buffet. Bilingual staff. Clean modern rooms.

酒店距離火車站挺近，步行可達，去主城區步行20分鐘，房間衞生乾淨，沒有異味，就是酒店前台人員不夠專業，從我們信用卡里刷走了幾百歐，後發現誤操作解除了，至今錢還未到賬。

入住check in的時候有些小問題，但房間整潔乾淨，設備很新，非常好

價格上經濟實惠，品質上還絕對有保證，雖然不是什麼豪華型但絕對在品質上有一拼，出行方便，在此居住旅客落繹不絕

房間小而精緻，打掃得很乾凈。房間窗户外面就是酒店的花園，特別漂亮。 離斯特拉斯堡中央火車站步行大概7-8分鐘，不算太遠。

Je suis agréablement surpris de cet hôtel. L'accueil était parfait avec un personnel souriant et toujours à l'écoute. La chambre était propre et bien pensée avec tout le nécessaire. J'ai pris l'option détente pour le spa, il est composé d'un petit hammam, deux cabines infrarouges et d'une petite piscine amplement nécessaire. Pour le petit déjeuner, il y en avait pour tout les goûts. En ce qui concerne le parking, il faut le réserver à l'avance pour s'assurer une place mais dans le cas contraire des placements libres à l'extérieur sont disponibles. Je viendrai séjourner dans cet hôtel avec plaisir !!

服務：前台都會説英語，服務還可以。酒店裡的spa還要另外付費，桑拿的機器也有一半壞了。 衞生：還算乾淨，不過床單上有污漬。
