Hotel berhampiran Pad Bridge, Strasbourg

地處strassbourg斯特拉斯堡老城中心，附近景點步行特別方便，酒店設施齊全，法式風情，簡單但有品味。晚上還有自動升降鐵簾，不錯。房間挺大，有可調節暖氣，衛生間也大、舒服。 酒店大廳小挺溫馨，服務不錯，工作人員會說德語、法語、英語，早餐沒用，無法評論。 酒店有自己的停車車庫garage，一開始就以為是很小的3-4個停車位，晚上關閉車庫門，早上一看嚇一跳，我的個乖乖，車庫裡麪是立體的，小小空間立體三層，每層很矮的空間，覺得考量車技。漲見識了，不錯Yyds，存車費為每晚28歐，不便宜，但是在寸土寸金的老城還是可以的！ 特別的是房門二道，差點鬧出烏龍，門卡無從下手，呵呵，有機會你們試試～ 總體酒店不錯，目前價格也合適，特別贊👍

I stayed there two nights in June because I had an interview in Strasbourg. The staff was very nice and allowed me to be less stressed out. Thank you to Emilie, Raphaël and Melissa ! See you soon ! Maël

We never stayed in an Adagio before but if they are all like this….. We had no water in the room on the first afternoon and were not told when we checked in. The room was very small and had a smelly carpet. One of the lights in the bathroom was broken. My reading light was half loose from the wall. The bathroom was terrible, old and with stains. To park the car you need a code for the gate. When you arrive one person needs to go to reception to get this while the other needs to stay double parked outside on a very busy street. What a horrible system. Checking in took very long because the reception took a phone call the middle of it. Very rude. There is no cleaning, only after a stay if a week or more. There was only one roll of toilet paper. How does this work when you stay longer? The airconditioning only goes as low as 24 degrees and shuts off when you open a door or window. It does not go on automatically, you need to turn it on yourself. This was nowhere described in the room. The location is not too great either. 15 minutes walk to petit France and 30 minutes to the cathedral.

It was fine. The staff was very friendly and always did the best to help with queries. The room was spacious and clean. There also was a huge wardrobe. The kitchen is tiny but cute. The fridge was sometimes very loud, but not too bad. Maybe the shower could be bigger. It's really tiny and I am a tiny girl, so not sure about bigger people. Overall I had a pleasant stay there. Tram stop is only a few minutes by walk, which is very convenient.

We had a twin room. It seems like all twin rooms face the train track so we could hear the sound a few times in the evening. Good quality toiletries are provided. The tram stop is 500 metres walk and we prefer to take Uber or bolt which is just about 10 euros one way. Strasbourg is well known for its gastronomy. Eat well here! I highly recommend L’eveil des Sens! Take a day trip to Colmar or stay a night there. Hotel let us leave our luggage overnight and we packed a bag pack to Colmar for a night.

Seul point positif de cet hôtel : un accueil très sympathique aussi bien le jour que la nuit. Sinon : Chambres vieillottes, sans double vitrage alors que situé contre une rocade. Évitez les chambres finissant par 13 à 17. La serrure électronique de ma chambre ne fonctionnant pas, malgré un signalement fait, n’a jamais été réparée. Il a fallu qu’à chaque fois la personne de la réception vienne m’ouvrir avec sa clé. Pratique… Certains oreillers et matelas sont complètement défoncés. L’état des meubles n’est visiblement pas une priorité. Des collègues ont eu des cafards dans leur chambre, certains ont éprouvé d’immense difficultés à passer du mode « robinet » au mode « douche » via le sélecteur qu’il fallait soulever. Il y a même eu une chambre avec impossibilité de passer en mode douche. Pas très sympa quand on rentre d’une immense journée de travail à minuit. Mes WC étaient sales (cf. photo) et l’attache de la lunette des toilettes était cassée. Quant au petit-déjeuner, c’est minimaliste et de qualité assez moyenne. J’ai eu de la chance d’avoir des baguettes le premier matin, puis seulement des tout petits pains décongelés les deux suivant (à 8h du matin). Un seul choix de thé : du Lipton jaune bas de gamme. Enfin, c’est peu plaisant d’être réveillé dès potron-minet par l’équipe de jardiniers faisant usage avec force de leurs outils bruyants tels que coupe-haie, souffleur et autre tondeuse.

Удобно расположенный недорогой отель с очень уютными свежими номерами и внимательным персоналом. Хороший недорогой завтрак - приличный ассортимент и все очень свежее. Рядом с отелем остановка трамвая до Страсбурга, большой маркет Lid, McDonalds.... По мосту через Рейн до Страсбурга можно дойти пешком за 20-25 минут))) На авто до Европапарк - около получаса.

we loved the reception, the rooms, the breakfast. The reception was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and spacious, the shower with the essential oils was great The breakfast quality was 5 stars to say the least THe location was not far from strasbourg, 7 mins by car. Great value if you're looking to do the christmas market and you have a car. It was a superbe experience

This hotel location was very clean calming area but 11 minutes far from the centre by train,the staff were friendly and helpful,the room was clean with good breakfast in the morning,but the only problem I really didn't like it was the toilet,the toilet was extremely small, very very small that we couldn't take shower at all because the water was getting outside of the toilet to the sleeping room,I wish if we had good toilet to feel comfortable in the place, otherwise it was really good experience as it was first time to Straßburg,we really love the city and we enjoyed alot. It was our first visit just some days ago in the Chateau de L'ile and we will surely stay here again if we visit the area again. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The whole place seemed to be quite out of time and space in a positive way. Very quiet inmidst a park and close to the river yet close to the tramway (7 min walk) to go into the city of Strasbourg. The breakfast was very good for France, witth variety of sausages, eggs, cheese and salmon as well as youghurt, jam, sweet things, cereal. Breakfast until 10:30 a.m. was also very much appreciated;-) The rooms were tidy and clean and there was even a refrigerator. Bathroom with shower and bathtub and all amenities. Check out until 12:00 a.m. is also very nice for vacationers like us. We did not eat in the Restaurant this time but heard from other guests that it is very good. The only thing which we didn't like is that we could not open the window in the night due to many moskitos. Which was a pity as the air outside was so fresh and cooling. However they told us at check-out they will have a solution for that very soon.
