Perfekte Lage für einen Urlaub mit Musical Besuch. Auch das SI Centrum mit guten Restaurants ist sehr nah. Freundliches Personal, geräumige Zimmer mit bequemem Bett. Für mich alles Top!

We spent two nights in this hotel in one of the suburbs/villages of Stuttgart. The hotel is fairly easy to reach by public transport (U- or S-bahn) and a short (5min) walk and is located in a quiet office area. After having checked in, we were given a room but when we arrived at the room the bathroom was full of dirty towels, so we went back to reception and were given another room. This second room was clean from the inside, but its balcony was dirty, including a dirty ashtray. In fact, we would prefer to not have any ashtrays at all, also not on balconies (as smoke from one balcony can still easily blow into a neighbouring room). After some time, our balcony was cleaned though. The room itself was spacious and the bathroom was clean and modern. The bed was comfortable and the airco worked well without making too much noise. Staff were friendly and helpful, but at times it felt like the hotel was understaffed (for example reception was often not staffed, also during the day). We also had breakfast at the hotel, which was okay with a reasonable selection of foods and drinks. It would have been nice if there had been a bit more choice of food and drink items, including some more local specialties. A nice gesture was that all guests received complimentary ice-creams upon check-in.

We loved this hotel in park like setting. Great location for us in Mohringen Stuttgart. This is a bit far from downtown Stuttgart but worth the trip to stay here. We had a car for most of the stay, easy access to highways for day trips. Train about 3 block walk away, 2 stops, transfer to direct line to downtown Stuttgart and Central Station. Had a suite, big room, nice balcony, nice view, comfortable bed and great water pressure. Staff super friendly and helpful. Room stayed pretty comfortable even in 80+ degree weather. Breakfast at $16 was very good with lots of choices and champagne included. Bar was busy every night, great drinks and provided blankets if you got cold sitting outside. Did not find any restaurants really close by, but many good choices about 1-2 miles. The setting of the hotel was amazing. Park like setting with all rooms facing that way. Loads of beautiful walking paths through fields. Went 7 miles a couple of days, felt totally safe as female by myself. Huge supermarket 1 mile walking or two train stops. If you go to Stuttgart this is a great, reasonably priced hotel away from downtown but well worth the distance for a quiet, serene setting with great staff.

Well I went back to this hotel after a visit last year I also wrote a bad review the manager had the manners to reply to my review and said things would improve I am sorry to say they haven’t the breakfast was cold the shower try had mold round the edge, the price of beer was just a rip off 9 euros for a supposedly pint which was half froth 7 euros for a glass of lemonade I am sorry to say I hope never to visit it again but I will have to as unfortunately I have no so we’re we say for 4star hotel it is bad the only good thing was the rooms were clean. I must praise the young barman worked his socks off working on his own

The staff at this hotel are amazing! You can tell they genuinely love their jobs and are just meant to be in hospitality. Two extraordinary individuals stuck out to my family and I - Sarina merz - front desk and Sophia Armandine - host. Thank you for the excellent Germany experience and warm hospitality daily. Would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Due to the pandemic we had to cancel other New Year's Eve plans and chose to stay a bit closer to home. This was an excellent choice! Unfortunately I can't attest to the salon, spa, or pool (all are off our to-do list until Germany's numbers are down), but everything else about this hotel was amazing. Everyone spoke excellent English, were very accommodating, and the restaurant requires a review all its' own (magnificent!!). If we had to find anything that didn't deserve a five-star rating, it would be the streaming service (lost Netflix connection frequently), however, everything else at this hotel made up for that. You couldn't ask for a better location; it's across the street from the Hauptbahnhof, and one block away from more shopping than you can do in a day! Every hotel in the world should offer an ”Olaf”! Olaf is the most outstanding of this hotel's very service-oriented staff; he is everywhere you need him to be right when you need him there!! If we owned a hotel chain, we would be trying to hire him away from the Graf Zeppelin - he's that good!! This hotel also has an elegant cigar bar. Although I'm not into cigars, it's so elegant that I did not mind accompanying my husband there. My husband's exact words were ”this place has the very best cigars I've ever tried, and an exquisite class of whiskey!” And thanks to Olaf, our preferred table was reserved in the restaurant and in the cigar bar every evening; We will definitely return to this hotel! Oh, I forgot to mention.......we've traveled a lot and have been in a lot of hotels; this was the first that offered a WALK-IN closet with ample storage storage! The two sinks in the bathroom, both a tub AND a shower were also a plus....comforts of home! (We were in a junior suite)

What an exceptionally located hotel and incredible staff. Emily and Ana… thank you so much for all of your help during our stay and also many thanks to the fabulous breakfast team as well. We cannot say enough good things about the location and the service here! So, if you are still figuring out which hotel to pick in Stuttgart, look no further and choose the Hampton Inn. You will be so glad you did… the beds are super comfy and you get fresh air, an amazing breakfast, and the Wi-Fi and water pressure are excellent too.

It was the most traumatizing stay I ever had! The receptionst lied to me about being able to stay the next day even it was booked out on booking. She said they still have rooms and it’s still enough time to pay the next stay. I trusted her words! At 11 am when I was still asleep suddenly the housekeeping aggressively knocked on my door even the don’t disturb sign were out. They yelled in front of my door telling me I have to leave immediately!! I quickly put on some Clothes and told them that I already extended my stay. Of course I thought this incompetent receptionist blocked my room when she guaranteed me my room for the next day?! But instead those cleaners said it’s not possible to stay bc they are fully booked!! I first still thought it must be a misunderstanding, telling them what the receptionist told me the other day. She than even showed up herself. But instead of being apologetic she showed a total different face and even threatened me in an bossy tone that I have to leave by 12 pm which were in 40 min (!!) otherwise they would call the police!! 😳🤷‍♀️ I was SO shocked and disappointed but her super f*ed up behavior. I already extended the room on booking for another five nights (!!) bc she were so nice before! Everything were paid in advance!! I felt so fooled & trapped. I got only 40 min left to shower, dye my hair and to pack all my stuff!! When I just got out the shower like 20 min later and still in time (!) it started knocking on my door again. I was like wth 🤦‍♀️ When I opened the door in a towel, I couldn’t believe my eyes : IT WAS THE POLICE! like why? for what reason?? I totally didn’t get it! I was the one who got crazily trapped and degraded as never before and they are doing this to me? like why?? I calmly explained the officers what happened and Im pretty sure they themselves were thinking like what the hell are we even doing here.. I also told them that, of course I won’t return after everything what just happened and that I except to get a refund. The receptionist agreed. I promised to be out at 12 if they would let me go now to keep packing. The police left. I was never as stressed as I was in that moment! I even offered the staff some chocolate the day before..I really couldn’t believe this all just happened.. Bc I was rushing everything like crazy, I didn’t pack things properly as I normally do, so it was a challenge to close my suitcase. When it turned 12 p I was panicking like never before! I couldn’t close my suitcase.. It turned 1 after 12 and the terror immediately started again, knocking on my door/ yelling.. I just kept focusing on my suitcase. At 2 after 12 I finally got it. I went down to the front desk and were expecting my invoice and the refund as discussed before with the police. BUT, the same narc receptionist suddenly acted like she never told me so and refused to give me my money back. They obviously tried EVERYTHING to provoke and punish me for .. what exactly..? 🤷‍♀️ I asked for the manager. He called

Resepsiyon gayet ilgili pazar günü her yer kapalı olmasına rağmen bize pastane bulmamıza yardımcı oldu. Odalar gayet temiz, oda düzeni gayet iyi,lavabo tuvalet temiz.Biz 4 kişi kaldık. Oda gayet yeterliydi. Otoparkın ücretsiz olması da büyük bir avantaj.Fiyat olarak da gayet iyi. kahvaltı hakkında bir şey diyemeyeceğim çünkü kahvaltıyı otelde yapmayı tercih etmedik. Tavsiye edilir.

Very nice decorated place at the reception We have booked a Christmas special for a very good price and expected a small room, but when we opened the door, it was a big surprise: It was a spacious and well furnished room with a nice balcony in the upper floor. The Bath room was very big, too Beds were compfortable. The area is quiet. the only problem: the elevator did not work during the night Hours after 23:00 but no real problem, You can take the stairs. With the key you can go out and come back all night Parking in the area is for free only during the night. During day time, you have to pay for the parking ticket. But we managed to find free parking 3-4 streets further down. There is a vending machine In the Hotel so that you can purchase beverages for very fair prices Wifi worked well Staff in the evening was very friendly. Staff in the morning was adequate. For breakfast an additional payment and a new covid Test would have been required for an additional fee, therefore, we did not Eat there in the morning. We would book again Enjoy the stay!
