Ulasan Roker Hotel, BW Premier Collection

What a lovely and peaceful spot to reside in.

We just had a flying visit to see family so didn’t actually use the restaurant or bar. The location is perfect, opposite the beautiful beach. Appreciate that if you’re staying for as couple of days you don’t need housekeeping daily but I was surprised when I asked for the bottle of water to be replenished in the room I was told you can only have that on check in day! As an older building there was some expected creaking of floor boards from the room above and noise from the water system. Overall it fulfilled our needs and would stay again.

Fantastic suite lovely double spa bath and views of the sea beautifully clean and very spacious. The decoration of the hotel is excellent. The breakfast choices were very good  definitely recommend the full English

Very disappointed to find on checkout that the supposed £50 swipe they demanded of my card for health and safety was in fact to cover possible damage to the room and would not be refunded until my room was cleaned and inspected if they don’t trust me then I don’t trust them I refused to leave until room had been inspected and my refund authorised

The hotel location is good, the environment and rooms are clean especially the bathroom. The breakfast is not very good, it's just warm and not much variety to eat. The fruits doesn't look fresh

Room , hotel and staff were lovley .But cleaning staff from 6am and a corridor door outside our room going 24/7 from 6am :-( .TV remote wouldn't work.thought it was battery's. Staff came up with in minutes with new battery's but remote still wouldn't connect

Absolutely love the junior suite. Had a fabulous night and a lovely breakfast.

Beautiful seafront location with a decent sized car park. Choice of two restaurants and a gin bar on site which all look amazing. Staff were very friendly and hospitable. Room decorated tastefully with a nautical vibe. Loveky stay!
