Where the heart is, everything shows. That happens with each and every one of our trips with the Accor Group. The one with Movenpick Surabaya is no exception. The heart was there, from the moment we stepped into the front door. FOM Amalia was there - all smiles, open arms to greet us. GM Eksi was a step away to get us started on our great Movenpick experience once more. It was all hearts, from each and every one we met from the ground floor More Lounge to the 21st, the Patito on 7th. Executive Chef Vanda was there in person to attend to us, whipping up the best meals we've had this trip, ensuring the right level of sweetness or saltiness, just right smoothness and spiciness; perfect as perfection should be. HM Lucky Idris was not far behind to add cheers to every encounter, making light every conversation. And, our room on the 21st was magnificent; couldn't ask for more - every amenity of creature comfort was there - comfortable bed, long bath, mini bar, you name it, they gave it. Through every detail, the heart shows; every greeting, personal and close by name, not from one member, but by every staff that came our way. Clear as daylight, this Accor Movenpick property is all hearts 💕. We were all welled up in our hearts. Thank you, Ibu Eksi; thank you, Pak Lucky, Pak Vanda; thank you, Ibu Amalia. You gave us a fulfilling close to our six days in East Jawa. Be assured we'll be back for more Hearts. Don't lose heart, if we take a little longer to come. Blessings.

Terima kasih, mendapat peningkatan percuma di grand deluxe plus bathtub, hotel ini selesa, terdapat kemudahan penggera pembesar suara ihome, bersambung ke Ciputra world mall, sofa lembut dan estetik, kolam renang tanpa batas dan jakuzi ada di tingkat 22 ada juga ruang eksekutif dan sudut gim di sana. pekerjaannya cukup luas tetapi tidak ada nota atau pena yang disediakan seperti hotel lima bintang pada amnya, dan terdapat sedikit kekurangan di bilik mandi seperti bunyi orang yang datang dari bilik sebelah, pintu bilik mandi yang rosak tidak dapat ditutup dengan betul dan air dari mandi mandi berbau. Staycation with my family for 5 nights. Cozy rooms with very good view and free minibars. Semi indoor swimming pool so we can swim anytime without worry about hot sunshine. Sauna room next to swimming pool makes more pleasant experiences. Good breakfast with many variations. There are some branded restaurants, coffee shops and minimarkets near from hotel and only 10 minutes go to center of city. Health protocol applied in this hotel but the crews shouldn't hesitate to remind the quest who doesn't follow the protocol well for example: not use plastic glove and face mask is lowered in restaurant. So... I recommend this hotel very much especially for staycation with family.

Check in: 05 Dec 2021 Check out: 11 Dec 2021 Room: 602 (upgraded ALL Platinum Status) Check in 10/10 Pros: Very Efficient and welcoming Cons: none Room 602 Cleanliness: 9/10 Bed : 7/10 (theres small spot on linen and bed cover) Bathroom Cleanliness: 9/10 Hot water : 10/10 Water pressure: 10/10 (strongest pressure among accor hotels i have visited) Laundry 10/10 Laundry staff very polite and attentive to our needs Valet Parking Very polite and fast response Streat Resto (breakfast) Cleanliness: 6/10 (dirty table, chairs and some floors) Food Variety: 9/10 Service: 7/10 Best Food TERONG BALADO: 10/10 (MUST TRY!!) Nasi Goreng: 8/10 Mie Goreng: 8/10 Worst Food (need improvement) Soto Ayam : 5/10 Pecel : 5/10 Please pay attention to level of cleanliness in the resto area especially chairs and table where some left over still there.. Special mention to Mr. Kiky (Duty Manager) and Front Office Staff thank you for looking after us during the duration of our stay! I will definitely be back to this hotel just because of the location, bed quality and excellent service demonstrated by some Staff department i mentioned exclude resto which definitely need much improvement. Thank you for making our stay memorable!

We booked two rooms, the check in process was efficient even though there was only one staff, a lady I forgot the name. She was really helpful, when we reported that the AC was leaking, she immediately offered us to move room. When we requested to borrow 4 dinner forks, she was the one who brought the forks to our rooms in less than two minutes In the night, when we requested for additional mineral water, again she immediately brought two bottles of mineral water. When I asked, whether there was any other staff who was supposed to handle these requests, she said, that evening only she and one security staff on duty.. no other staff available. Overall, she had done excellent jobs, kind, friendly and efficient! Keep up the good work!

I have been to PrimeBiz several times and will keep on coming back. Why? The rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff are there to serve. The restaurant for breakfast and room service is simply put YUMMY! The hotel has improved in visit to the last visit even providing to the staff in being able to produce Barista coffee.
