The hotel is one of the first five star places in Surat. So it’s got history. It’s showing in a few places but no more than expected with a property this age. Service was extremely good and attentive. Overall, a good place to stay in Surat.

I recently had to stay here for business the place is very comfortable , the rooms are spacious & the service is excellent. The food at the restaurant was good & the choices offered was appreciable. The check process was quick & smooth . The team was very attentive , polite & helpful.

Location- bang on vip road. Very spacious rooms. Nice decor. It’s a new hotel. Counter staff is helpful and courteous. Nearby options for choice of food. Support staff - needs training in behaviour, as most of them are from north india and have no manners. The cleaning guy decided to scrub the lobby carpet at 12. 00 in the night and sing bhojpur songs also. That was initially hilarious but then became very irritating.

The property is located in vesu which is the new city center. The hotels are kept clean and the rooms are good too. Overall a good value for money.

Very glad to write this review. Got very good place to stay in surat in very reasonable rates. At center location. Malls, restaurants, transport all r nearby, even airport. Very clean, neat room, bathroom too, daily cleaning and changing of bed, bath linen. As my stay was for 7 days there i experienced this too, staff is very nice and helpful. Overall very nice experience in reasonable rate.
