In a time when many hotels inconvenience their customers with rigid check-in and check-out policies, The Park in Surat is setting a new benchmark for hospitality. One of my business associates was traveling from Mumbai to Surat, and due to an unavoidable schedule, he was arriving at 10:00 AM. I explained the situation and requested assistance from the manager, Mr. Guna. Despite the hotel being fully booked the previous night, he assured us that he would do his best. To our delight, they arranged a room within 10 minutes of the guest’s arrival. The staff’s courteous, accommodating, and welcoming attitude truly enhanced the experience. The hotel is one of the first five star places in Surat. So it’s got history. It’s showing in a few places but no more than expected with a property this age. Service was extremely good and attentive. Overall, a good place to stay in Surat.
