Confortable bed and bedding. Need electrical adaptors for devices, but there's a hair dryer provided. Room and hotel are equal to what a US hotel provides. However, rooms don't have A/C, so you need to prop open the big window for air. Bathroom is big enough, toilet and walk-in shower are US-style, and water pressure is strong and warm enough. An R2D2 robot delivers requested food or water bottles to rooms. There is no fitness center or spa. Hotel is walkable to restarauants (10-15 min) but no convenience stores or supermarkets nearby. However, the lobby has a small convenience store room that is open sometimes.

Hot spring is very cool, there are indoor and outdoor facilities. The spring water feels like the real volcano water flowing down from the sky lake. Room master Yin Ling is in charge of our rooms and she is very helpful. We decided to make a last minute decision to extend our stay and contacted her at ungodly 12am. She is more than happy to assist us with this request and also arranged us to stay in the same room. The hotel is also well situated, right in front of the changbaishan national park main entrance.

I wasn't expecting this caliber of hotel in a smaller town such as Jilin. It is better than some 5 star hotels I've stayed at in other larger cities in China. Our room was extremely large, as we were able to accommodate two additional friends in our room for lunch with plenty of space to spare. Speaking of lunch, the delivery to the room was delivered via robot, much to our son's delight. The room and bathroom were both clean and well appointed. Nothing felt run down or low rent. The generously sized bath tub was put to good use for bathing our son, as well as soaking in a relaxing bath. The staff was extremely professional and catered to our special needs, including a crib and extra care for our son. Would also like to mention the busboy (礼宾部田静润) who was extremely helpful in loading/unloading of our extra large luggage into the taxi.

服務很細心，對接我們的是3號經理，提前打電話和我們確定房間，因為提早定了特色榻榻米房間，怕我們南方人住不慣，還給我們升級房型，到了酒店又耐心帶我們去看兩種房間，早餐很豐富，各方面設施也很智能，榻榻米孩子特別喜歡，就是洗澡水温有點低，還有下水有點慢，其他都很棒，忘記拍房間的整體了，放張酒店門前的布爾哈通河吧😄對了，酒店旁邊不遠就是萬達，離朝陽川機場，西站都非常近，，很方便！

There are couple of things that I love about this hotel and some things that they can be improve. 1. Hotel is nice, bed is comfy as expected 2 . Very near to the mall, where there are tons of delicious food/ restaurants there 3. There is subway just beside the hotel which is very convenient if you choose to take subway 4. Breakfast is varies from Chinese to western which is great. I usually have omelette, toasted bread, coffee and juices. We had issue with the air purifier, and asked for someone to fix it then seems it couldn’t be fixed, then they keep coming back coz after 5 mins of use it’s broken again. We asked to change to another one, at first they keep saying that no way that it’s broken, but it is broken. Finally they changed, but they wasted our time, we wanted to sleep early instead having them in the room with us. This kind service should be improved. They should just take it away and fixed it somewhere else and not to disturb guests.

性價比非常低！ 整體裝修略陳舊，電梯按鍵每次摸到都有觸電的感覺，配套的温泉簡直就是敗筆（下面細説）！！！ 所謂的室外温泉，建在中間樓層的小露台上，總共三個池子（太冷了，我甚至來不及掏手機拍照）。圖2是未開放區，這一段都沒有暖氣。去室外池需要通過這裏走到外面的露台。酒店不提供浴袍，衹披着一條浴巾，大冬天的，不敢想泡濕了怎麼走這麼長的距離。 室內池大部分設施不開放。留下開放的地方場地小，設備簡陋，還不提供免費水，想喝需要自己掏錢買，實在下頭。 淋浴間沒有乾的置物區，只有兩張搓澡床，大家的浴巾都堆放在哪兒。保潔兼衞生阿姨接到活兒了，就把大家的東西挪開騰位置，潑水什麼的直接弄濕客人衣物。 最後説一下，雖然酒店早餐挺用心，客服態度很好。但是旁邊就是璞悦，如果不需要温泉，附近還有很多品牌快捷酒店，房費可以省下一大筆。

The stay at Crowne has been perfect. View from the hotel is beautiful. It’s an all in one location, the kids refused to leave the hotel. Both Xiaodu and Ying Ying has been superb in assisting with our needs. Service is impeccable. Thank you for the awesome stay. We’ll definitely be back!

A wonderful hotel with a very comfortable check-in experience. The cleanliness is impeccable, and the front desk service, provided by Liu Wei (刘薇), was exceptionally thoughtful. We were given a room with a beautiful view of the ski slopes, which was a lovely touch. The breakfast selection was also diverse and satisfying. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to try skiing or snowboarding and just have a relaxing getaway. I liked the location, it was not right next to the slopes so it was very quiet and peaceful, and the hotel provided the transfer to the slopes or helped getting the taxi (it’s about 15 mins drive). The hotel staff was amazing! Very friendly and helpful. Big thank you to Anna who was very kind and helped with everything I needed!

I was very Impressed and overwhelmed by the Service and the friendly hospitality of this place. I was picked up by staff at the train Station, welcomed with a warm cookie, and a Snack in a beautiful bag. Dinner was great, breakfast delicious. Rainy helfen us with the app to book Tickets for the Changbaishan and never tired to answer questions. Particularly wonderful were the Hot springs, relaxen and soothing. I will most definitiv return! 入住體驗非常好！ 酒店提前一天打電話預約高鐵站接站，司機王巖非常熱情幫忙提行李，去酒店路上還特意帶我們穿過雲頂市集和秋沙鴨公園，提前給我們介紹了這兩個景點，讓我們連攻略都省得做了！接下來幾天我們説要去雪絨花樂園，他還免費送我們去；我們説要去冰釣，他也是免費接送，去雪嶺，他熱情地幫我們約好車！ 到了酒店，不管是開門的禮賓還是辦理入住的前台都彬彬有禮！ 房間很大，浴室和廁所分離，有小孩喜歡的浴缸！還有超大的落地玻璃窗，窗外的雪人軍團一覽無遺！酒店有一個很大的後花園，雪很多，堆得很高，小孩足不出户就可以玩雪。早上還有三三兩兩的羊駝在雪地裏蹦躂，可以到前台免費領取胡蘿蔔來餵它們！二道白河從酒店穿越而過，通過連廊到河對面是酒店的温泉區，大大小小好幾個温泉，還有網紅鐵鍋燉自己，風格真是別具一格！ 酒店早餐偏粵式，有燒賣，小籠包，蒸排骨，蒸鳳爪，炒米粉等，品種不算多，但對我們廣東人來説非常友好！中晚餐在酒店的燒酒管就可以解決，出品非常好，特色燒雞，特色燜蝶魚，東北殺豬菜，人森鴿子湯，新鮮羊肉串等選擇很多。我們住了四晚，每晚都是在這裏吃的晚餐，每晚我們點的菜都不重樣，而且味道非常棒！廚師覃師傅人特別好，每晚都有送我們一些額外免費菜，大到長白山野菜小到下酒花生，隨手就送！ 住過很多五星級酒店，到目前為止二道白河在之禾是我最滿意的一家！

親子間房間很大，有大陽台。客房樓為回字形，我們住的親子間對着樓內花園。酒店位置在鎮中心，樓頂是免費温泉會所，出行購物吃飯很方便，走兩步就到河邊公園，兩三公裡外有美人松公園和濕地公園，早晚在二道白河鎮的河邊及公園散步，空氣清新景色優美，很愜意。價格小貴。

The Villas was really beautiful and huge! The receptionist on the day we checked in was far from friendly. But I don't think its fair to give bad rating based on 1 person as the other staff I came across was nice. We fell in love with how beautiful the Villas are, wish we stayed more.

長白山君瀾書院酒店真是一次難忘的入住體驗！酒店環境優雅，充滿書香氣息，彷彿置身於寧靜的山水畫卷中。房間寬敞舒適，設施齊全，尤其是窗外的長夜景令人心曠神怡。管家小何、田野熱情周到，細緻入微，讓人倍感温馨。酒店的餐飲也非常出色，既有本地特色，又有精緻佳餚。無論是度假還是商務出行，這裏都是絕佳選擇，強烈推薦！

I stayed in this hotel to celebrate my wedding anniversary and all I can say is wow wow. what a amazing stay I had here. if anyone is going to this hotel I recommend you to find Sophie from the reception counter. She knows what customers like and can make your stay money worth. the hotel and rooms are very clean big and all staff are so kind and helpful first time I got the feeling of a hotel stay in Changchun. Amazing stay. I like to praise the management for the awesome job but just one thing I didn’t like is the restaurant staff is very immature running and tickling each other looks a little unprofessional in a high establishment there. Thank you 我住在这家酒店是为了庆祝我的结婚周年纪念日，我只能说哇。我在这里度过了多么美妙的一段时光。如果有人要去这家酒店，我建议你到前台找索菲。她知道顾客喜欢什么，可以让你的住宿费物有所值。酒店和房间都很干净，所有的工作人员都很友善，乐于助人。我第一次感觉到在长春住酒店的感觉。令人惊叹的住宿。我喜欢称赞管理层的出色工作，但有一件事我不喜欢，那就是餐厅的员工们非常不成熟，在那里的高级餐厅里互相挠痒痒看起来有点不专业。非常感谢。

Clean room, great custom service, delicious breakfast, safe neighborhood, and very convenient location. There are 3 different big malls around and many small stores near there. Will recommend it to my family and friends for sure and come back here next visit.

When I come back to Changchun, I will stay here again. The service is wonderful! The food in their buffet is diverse and tasty, and when I asked for some cheese at dinner, they found several varieties of it for me!

Had yet another fab experience at this great hotel! As always, this hotel offers a great escape from the city; with fab gardens, excellent food, and an endless array of activities to keep everyone happy. Beautifully appointed rooms with enormous beds and marbled bathrooms and lush toiletries. The staff here are so courteous and helpful-impeccable service. Throughout the entire facility you are greeted and guided around. A special mention goes to young Fairy for all her efforts; from check in through to check out. Our every wish was accommodated, even when I requested for a birthday cake (to surprise my friend) Fairy organised it and it was freshly prepared and delivered to the lounge, accompanied with fresh fruit! Wow! Thank you Fairy for all your hard work! This is my All time favourite now. Thank you all for looking after us so well!

設施：很新，而且房間很大 衞生：乾淨整潔，還上門幫忙整被子 環境：絕對ok，視野開闊 服務：很不錯，感謝叢經理，正月初二的對我接待 自助早餐:種類偏少，可能正月初三也有關係。所以總體還是不錯的。 400+的酒店，又離凈月潭很近，真的不錯。

I remember this place being guarded by armed soldiers back in the days when I grew up in Changchun. It hosted many top officials from China and many other countries. It was a surprise to see it open to the public now. We had a great experience staying there. This compound is unique in that it sits on a large piece of land with lakes, walking paths and bridges. This hotel is old but beautifully maintained over the years. It is quiet at night, a nice change from the busy city. The breakfast buffet doesn't have many Western options, but very good regardless. Friendly staff.

幾十年的老牌酒店，去年重新裝修過了。因為小時候就在這裏住過，所以這一次帶着幾家南方朋友果斷選擇了這裏。地理位置極佳，酒店對面就是南湖公園，桂林路、紅旗街商圈都是1.5公里左右。這有山、歐亞商都都在這個附近，非常的方便。 這一次訂了5間房間，前台的郭秋陽服務態度也非常好，給南方朋友們的印象也很不錯，也贈送了入住水果和客房升級。非常棒的體驗。 有一些意見也提一下: 1.因為是入住後房間的温度設定就是28度29度很熱。晚上睡覺體感非常不舒服。嘗試開啟製冷但是並不奏效，並且打過電話後才知道中央空調控制不能開啟製冷。 客服中心給出建議關閉空調。再熱就開窗户，晚上因為酒店位置的原因，開窗特別吵，冬天晚上開窗睡覺也不太好。建議要麼追加個靜風風扇或者提前告知。 2. 房間裏的吧枱重新裝修後，有自動感應的燈帶，半夜在無人走動的時候會重複自動開啟關閉，並且沒有智能控制強行關閉，半夜不得不打電話給客服移動吧枱拔掉電源才能解決。 3.廁所間感應燈太亮，建議可以在水池櫃增加燈帶。 4.窗簾遮光性稍微差一些，有漏光。洗漱用品可以再增加一些刮鬍刀、棉簽等等。 整體入住體驗還是非常好的。以後如果回來長春還住酒店的話，還是會選擇這裏的。從小到大看着成長的酒店，祝越來越好。

聽朋友推薦這家酒店早餐時間應該是全長春酒店最長營業時間了，餐食果然很豐盛，房間乾淨整潔温馨無異味，前台夢蝶幫忙升級房型贈送早餐，入住還熱情的送上一杯熱熱的咖啡，這項服務太貼心了，以後來長春遊玩首選這家了，點贊！👍🏻

The stay at the hotel was an amazing experience! The service was exceptional, with courteous and attentive staff who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The housekeeping team was particularly thoughtful, providing us with an extra heat pad to stay warm and even a small box to organize our accessories after noticing we had several. These small but meaningful gestures truly set the hotel apart. Every detail of our stay was handled with care and professionalism, making it a place I highly recommend to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming, and memorable experience.
