Double Tree Hilton is awesome hotel with professional service from the ground staffs. Friendly front desk staffs, attentive housekeeping team Wonderful buffet breakfast and dinner at the ”LUSH” ALL DAY DINING team. Double Tree signature biscuit is always our favorite and thanks for the free Valcano onsen and free ride back and forth to the ski activities. Will definitely stay here again for our further visits

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and were very impressed with both the service and overall experience. A special thank you to Shengjing, the Room Service Manager, for the outstanding service. Everything was well organized, prompt, and delivered with great care, which made our stay very comfortable. We would also like to commend Manager Gaoand Lili at the buffet restaurant. The food selection was excellent, the dining area was clean and well managed, and the service was attentive and professional. At the front desk, Taozi, Damai, and Huasheng provided exceptional service. They were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay, always ready to assist with a smile and great efficiency. Overall, the hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would highly recommend this hotel to others. We look forward to staying here again.

The level of service here is world-class, particularly the housekeeping team. When I found my room a bit too warm and realized the windows were fixed, the staff proactively provided a fan to improve airflow. This, combined with the in-room humidifier, ensured a perfect night’s sleep. The room amenities were also incredibly thoughtful and comprehensive. The hotel facilities are a major highlight. The hot springs offer an impressive variety of both indoor and outdoor pools. Furthermore, the logistics are handled seamlessly; the shuttle service to and from the High-Speed Rail station was very convenient. For those visiting Changbaishan, the hotel offers a direct bus service (provided you have a ticket), which made my trip stress-free. I want to extend my sincere gratitude to Da Ling and Yin Ling. Their attentive care and constant check-ins throughout my stay made me feel truly valued and were the highlights of my trip. The dining experience was equally impressive. The breakfast buffet featured a wide variety of delicious options, and the on-site restaurant served a diverse menu where every dish was flavorful. Overall, I am thoroughly impressed. I will certainly choose to stay here again on my next visit.

Our stay at Park Kairos was amazing! The staff are very friendly especially the VIP manager’s service. Location of the hotel is also excellent and most importantly, it is well decorated and clean. Enjoyed our stay in the Korean style room. The staff even prepared a fruit platter for a birthday celebration. Highly recommend!

Needs in-house training to serve international clients. We ordered a bottle of wine on each of the two nights we stayed there. The wine was good. One waitress didn’t know how to open a twist top; the other waiter didn’t know the ice bucket for the white wine, neither offered us any opportunity to taste the wine before pouring out. We didn’t mind. It just assured us that Changchun has not been spoilt by the international tourists,but Shangri-La is usually synonymous with high quality service elsewhere.

I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Our family of 4 had a wonderful 2 nights stay in mid December. The great service started even prior to our stay as we had 2 personal concierge 小张 & 莹莹 assigned to us. We had requested for connecting rooms via Trip and 小张 & 莹莹 contacted us directly via WeChat. They not only helped us get connecting rooms, they also gave advice and helped to arrange for our luggages to be sent to the hotel while a private driver (additional cost) picked us from the train station to start our tour of Changbaishan immediately so that we do not have to waste time traveling. All the staff at the hotel were wonderful as well. Our room package included 3hr ski tickets and access to the natural hot spring. It was our family’s first time trying to ski and we asked our personal concierge to arrange for private coach (additional cost). Immediately upon arriving at the ski lodge the coach was waiting and led us through the entire chaotic process of collecting and wearing the gears. The hotel has direct unlimited access to the hot spring and it was also a great experience not to be missed (Don’t forget to pack your swim wear!) It even has a fish pool where we dip our whole body. There’s also a Cute Pet Paradise with different animals you can feed. Overall there’s plenty of activities for everyone and we will definitely highly recommend the hotel to everyone coming to Changbaishan.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Location is near the Wanda mall. It’s also 10mins short drive to 网红墙. It’s a “smart” hotel with robots delivering your ordered food from Mei Tuan. Room is also controlled by AI assistant “Xiao Du”. Hotel manager very helpful. He provides local information as well as facilitates guests queries effectively. Hotel provides free self service laundry on the 11th floor. You do need to understand Chinese to use it. We were there in December and room central heating is too warm to our liking and cannot be controlled effectively within the room even with “Xiao Du”help. Housekeeping between the 2 days can be improve as well. However I will still recommend this hotel if you are in YanJi.

Xinxin at the front desk provided exceptional service. They upgraded our room for us, fearing that we might not be comfortable with the heating system. They assigned us a room on a higher floor, which was also very quiet. Xinxin was genuinely friendly and the room was clean and tidy. Experiencing the local customs and culture in Northeast China was very warm. The hotel’s location, with a mountain to the left and the Changying Film Museum across the street, is excellent. The breakfast was also quite good. We would definitely come back if given the opportunity.
