Hotel 4-Star di Macau, China

The first room we checked in got leakage problem around the bowl in bathroom. Then we reported this problem to the front desk. The staffs told us they will arrange room change for us immediately. Really thanks for their prompt action. Very good services standard!

It was our anniversary and Gary at reception offered us a lte check out since we arrived at the hotel quite late. We were also upgraded together with a free red wine as our gift and we were thrilled and we were further offered 2 complimentary breakfast althought we didn't use att the end. I found out that I didn't take my airpods with me at the time when I checked out and we went to lunch. I came back and then 2 receptionists helped me out and called the room to bring it back down even after checkout, I m so pleased by the services Ascott provided me and to us. Thank you very much and I will for sure come again. Btw the room we stayed was really nice spacious and comfortable.

Location was the highlight of the hotel - near to a supermarket, about 10-min walk to a delicious halal restaurant (Indian Garden restaurant), about 15-min walk to Taipa village. Amenities were okay enough but there was limited time (two hours) to use the iron & ironing board. The iron was not working properly so it took a long time to iron just one piece of headscarf. Service wise - the front desk guy who accommodated us during check-in was quite good in English, so he answered our inquiries well enough. However when we were checking out, we wanted to leave our luggage and asked on how we can get a taxi to the high speed train station but the front desk lady only said “you ask there (pointing at where we should be leaving our luggage)” when we asked at the luggage counter the guy said “you ask there the reception”. So we just decided to look for our own taxi - we were lucky enough a taxi driver was kind enough to wait for us at the designated time. Overall, it was an okay experience staying at the hotel.

It was so good experience to stay, but the chair inside the room is looks didnt clean it was have rice on the chair and looks so old already.

Hotel ini terletak di lokasi yang baik, mudah untuk melancong, makan dan membeli-belah, dan mudah untuk mendaftar masuk di pelbagai tarikan. Hotel ini menjimatkan kos dan bilik-bilik adalah luas. Kedua-dua katil di dalam bilik berkembar adalah besar. Perkhidmatan meja depan adalah baik, biliknya agak bersih, dan tidak ada bau yang pelik Secara keseluruhan, saya sangat berpuas hati.

The free shuttle from Macau International Airport is very convenient to get to the hotel, and then to Taipa Ferry station on the way back when we had to leave. The room itself was spotless, zero complaints. When it comes to the breakfast, we have to choose between Angela's, Stanley's, and Signature Noodles. We didn't have the time to test out Angela's, but I would highly advise going for Stanley's and not Signature Noodles for breakfast, the latter I found a bit lackluster. Other than that, overall great value for money.

Spacious and very comfortable room like an apartment with dining area, living room, and a spacious bathroom with a walk-in closet area. The room was very clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. The location was fine but still very convenient. 房間很大，有一大一小兩個廳，一個大更衣室，獨立廁所、獨立的淋浴間跟浴缸。飯店服務很好，酒店地點雖較偏，不過還是很方便。

Very friendly and helpful staffs. Resolved my issues during the stay right away.  Unexpectedly fruitful breakfast at a surprisingly low price.  Facilities are a bit old but fully functional.  Definitely a good valued choice.

excellent location with 5-minute walk to Senado Square (city centre) and tourist attractions nearby. I can also walk along the NamVan Lake sidewalk after dinner. Bell service is excellent as the captain helped to bring my luggage all the way from the hotel to the car and ensure a perfect loading. Breakfast was good with a variety of western and Chinese options. I particularly liked the snack, soft drinks and beer in the room prepared for hotel guest. Express checkout made my life much easier. This was my second visit and the good service standard is well kept after 10 years.

Shops and restaurants have a lot of choices and are effortable. Play options are adequate and family oriented. Hotel is new, clean and cutie. Room decoration is kids driven and adorable. Youngsters love it too. Ambience and atmosphere are great!
