Hotel 4-Star di Macau, China

I really like this hotel. It has excellent facilities, spacious rooms, and is very clean. The environment is great, and the soundproofing in the rooms is excellent. Although the facilities seem a bit dated, they still maintain the grand style of the hotel. It's very convenient to get around from here. The free shuttle bus to the Grand Lisboa casino makes everything easy. You can walk to Grand Lisboa, Sands, and Oceanus casinos in just about ten minutes.

This hotel is quite old, with a very vintage feel and a strong sense of history.~~ Facilities: Average, generally quite old. I was particularly unhappy with the hairdryer; it was stuck in a drawer, couldn't be pulled out, and was tethered by a cord, making it incredibly difficult to use. It's not like I'm going to steal a hairdryer, it's not even valuable... Hygiene: Decent. Environment: Close to Fisherman's Wharf, overall pretty good. Service: The front desk staff were quite cold, making me wait until well after 3 PM for check-in. I don't think I'll be returning.

The hotel boasts an excellent location and is very quiet on a high floor, offering great value for money. The service was attentive. Right outside, there are plenty of options for quick bites and local snacks. Getting a taxi to the ferry terminal is quick and convenient. For those traveling from Macau to West Kowloon (High-Speed Rail Station) or Harbour City, taking a ferry to the appropriate passenger terminal is the most convenient option. However, if you arrive at the Hong Kong-Macau Ferry Terminal, it's best to go to Sheung Wan MTR station to connect to the subway. Do be prepared for a fair bit of walking in Hong Kong!

The hotel is very close to Sands Macao. You can take a taxi to Sands, then walk about 7-8 minutes to the hotel. Behind the hotel, there's a Polytechnic University, and next to it is the Grand Prix Museum. It's a quiet location despite being in a busy area. There's a bus stop right in front of the hotel, and you can walk to the Ruins of St. Paul's in about half an hour. The rooms are very clean, and the facilities are well-maintained and feel new. I'll definitely book this hotel again next time I'm in Macau.

This hotel is right next to the Jai  Alai Hotel. From Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal, it only takes a few minutes to walk here, so not having a good view isn't a big deal—it's really convenient. Although they're currently renovating the exterior, and it can be a bit noisy during the day because they’re working next door, it’s not a problem if you’re out exploring during the day. Also, this hotel has an indoor pool. It's not huge, but you don't have to worry about the weather affecting it, which is a nice bonus! Another thing is that this hotel is very close to the Racing Museum, making it super convenient to visit. It's suitable for both adults and kids, so it's definitely worth a trip!

Regal Hotel is definitely the top choice when visiting Macau. It's conveniently located and has a great atmosphere. I booked two consecutive nights this time because the stay experience was excellent, and I had good quality sleep. The hotel's memory foam pillow design is very user-friendly, offering good support, and perfectly molds to the head and neck.

My stay here was incredibly satisfying! The front desk staff were warm and professional, and check-in was quick and efficient. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, allowing me to sleep soundly until I woke up naturally. The soundproofing was excellent; I couldn't hear any noise from the hallway at all. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, with both Chinese and Western choices, and I particularly enjoyed the freshly made noodles. The location is superb, within easy walking distance to both the subway station and shopping areas. It offers fantastic value for money, with quality evident in every detail, such as the complimentary minibar and turndown service. I will definitely choose this hotel again for future business trips or vacations, and I'll be recommending it to my friends!

Hotel is old and tired, need renovation badly. However room is clean and tidy. Reception service was so-so and not welcoming. Check-in was good though, just the night time when approached another receptionist for my own room number but was given a cold and not welcoming reply. It was normal for guest to forget their own room numbers as they don’t stay permanently. However a simple way to verify was guest able to give his identity numbers and name. Or hotel can always accompany the guest to the room to verify. However this guy was so unpleasant and blunt in his replied. Will not stay again in this hotel.

We loved everything about this hotel. Its quiet atmosphere, thoughtful details and beautiful decorations. We felt like in a movie. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was kind and helpful. Amazing views from a rooftop, our reservation included a complimentary cocktail or mocktail on the last floor. It was marvelous. Room was tasteful, including all the amenities and even a bottle of wine! Hotel's location is also prime, easy to find it and easy to roam around the old part of Macau. Loads of great restaurants around, we recommend Yan Tang Dessert for dinner and a sweet something afterwards! We travelled for 2 weeks and the best sleep and service we received in this hotel. Don't hesitate!

Took my family to Macau and chose this hotel. Overall, we were very satisfied. We tried the light rail several times, and the night views are definitely worth seeing from it! The room was clean, and since it's surrounded by residential areas, finding places to eat was convenient.
