ZZuodeqifeijimaibuqichongdianbaoThis is a relatively new hotel in Macau with excellent and modern facilities. However, the location is a bit out of the way. It's about a ten-minute walk to the Light Rail station, and the MT4 bus to the old town stops right in front of the hotel. For trips to the airport, I'd recommend taking a taxi.
Pros: The service was great, and the room facilities and decor were very nice. The desk had a standard Chinese power outlet, and the bedside outlets even came with international adapters. All the bath products were L'Occitane.
However, even in this room, I couldn't escape the typical southern humidity. The pleasant scent of the L'Occitane toiletries couldn't quite mask the damp smell. So, I'd advise setting your expectations accordingly; L'Occitane products won't solve the issue of a musty odor in the room.

GGuest UserThe location is key, with a nice surrounding area and a bus stop nearby offering routes to various places. It's an established star-rated hotel; the grand and luxurious lobby clearly shows its former glory. The price was acceptable for the summer holiday period. Room facilities and amenities were well-maintained, the bedding was clean and tidy, and the service was good. The breakfast area was also pleasant, with a sufficient variety of Chinese and Western options, and the food was decent. Staff frequently patrolled, promptly refilling items when they ran low. Staying for two nights, it was a satisfying holiday experience.

DDerrickChong0613The hotel is within walking distance of the Macau Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal, which takes around 15–20 minutes even with luggage. There’s also a nearby public bus stop that provides convenient access to the Cotai area. The housekeeping staff were friendly as well.
Overall, the stay was good, although the design feels a bit old-school. The in-house casino has also ceased operations since November 2025.

Everything very clean!
No glasses in the room, just 2 in the bathroom. Slippers and bathrobes are provided. The towels are new and white.
Service is practically not existent other than cleaning the room. I asked before arriving the schedule of the shuttle bus through an email but didn’t get any response. I asked for wine glasses but they said they do not provide the service.
There is a shuttle bus to the next hotel which is at 5 minutes walking and the shuttle from MGM is also coming to Lisboeta.
Lisboeta is at the edge of Macau close to the airport but far from the strip. Between Studio City and Lisboeta are about 30-40 minutes walking outside.
Beautiful view towards the Studio City, Paris and MGM.
At the ground floor is a mall like where you can find manu cafes and some restaurants .

AAnonymous UserI was genuinely impressed by the hotel and its overall ambiance. The property has a charming, coastal elegance that gave me beautiful Brighton vibes, making the stay feel both relaxing and memorable.
The room was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped, with a bathtub that added an extra touch of luxury. The staff also provided everything I needed throughout my stay. While I found the service to be somewhat reserved and less accommodating than I had expected, I understand that this may simply be a difference in culture and hospitality style.
Aside from that, I had a wonderful experience. The hotel itself was beautifully maintained, peaceful, and comfortable. One of the highlights of my stay was having the pool almost entirely to myself, which made the experience feel especially private and relaxing.
Overall, it was a lovely stay, and I would happily consider returning in the future.

MMuhuotujinshui-zishengThe hotel staff are very service-oriented, especially Ms. Suki at the front desk, who is highly professional and provides excellent, thoughtful service. The location is very convenient, with many restaurants nearby. It's within a ten-minute walk of StarWorld, Wynn, MGM, and Grand Lisboa. You can also take the 25B bus directly to the hotel from Hengqin Port.

Stepping into the lobby, I was immediately struck by how spacious it was, with high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows providing excellent natural light during the day. The room was even more impressive; I could fully open my suitcase and still walk around it comfortably. In the evening, I could work on emails from the sofa without feeling cramped. The shower had consistent water pressure, and the soundproofing was good, allowing me to sleep soundly in such a large space. It really helped alleviate a good portion of my work travel fatigue 🏨

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is located on a slope, so getting up and down is very steep and would be quite difficult for anyone with mobility issues. The bus stop is close to the hotel, but again, the climb is challenging. The room was spacious, and I was pleased to find an iron and ironing board. The hotel has a cozy, Portuguese style. There's a small pool, which the kids enjoyed. Breakfast was modest, with coffee in a thermos, but you won't go hungry. We walked to the sea to swim but decided against going in. The water was very murky, and there were dead fish floating around. Only a couple of Chinese tourists were on the beach. Housekeeping was very poor; all the towels and bedding should be replaced. Everything was old and worn out, and the duvet covers were synthetic. There was mold in the bathroom. And the icing on the cake – a huge, 5cm cockroach ran in and scared the children.

XXiangshounilingAttending a conference at Galaxy Arena in Macau. It's very convenient to get around, and there's a 24-hour San Miu Supermarket nearby. They also offer a shuttle service to Hengqin Port, which is super handy. The price was great too, and breakfast was decent with fruits and vegetables. Cunha Street is also close by.

SShiyueyuThe hotel's location is excellent, it's definitely my first choice when I come to Macau, and I'll stay here again next time. The room was clean and tidied promptly. There are lots of local eateries nearby, and it's close to the attractions. You can wander through the streets during the day, and in the evening, you can enjoy different views from the hotel's top floor. The hotel breakfast offers both Chinese and Western options; I personally preferred the Western style, as the Chinese breakfast leaned more towards Cantonese cuisine, which I'm not used to.
