Hotel 4-Star di Macau, China

It’s my 4th times been staying in this hotel! I really like their service.The staff are really nice.Whatever I need they can provide very fast.But I choose the standard room no smoking,but when we entered the room the smell was like someone do the smoking.Anyway,I like the smell of their linen and pillows unlike other hotels the smell is not good.I like their buffet breakfast so yummy and lots of choices.And my favourite one was their jacuzzi and fool area.So relaxing!

Happy to get upgraded to a suite. Appreciate the customer service of their staff very much! They were proactive to offer help and reacted fast to solve any problems arise. They would also go an extra step to make their customers satisfied and happy. Overall cleanliness is good. Bed is comfy. Gym room and indoor swimming pool is nice too. The only drawback is the outdoor swimming pool not opened due to construction which we didn’t know ahead. But it was still a very pleasant stay. Big thanks to the staff:)

We had an amazing 5 year anniversary at the grand dragon hotel. The staff was amazing! Thanks so much for the very thoughtful surprise, very much appreciated! The staff also helped with ordering a taxi and our further travel.The location is superb, we highly recommend!

Bas ulang-alik percuma disediakan. Tetapi kami terlepas masa apabila tiba dari Hong Kong. Kami menaiki teksi ke Grandview sebaliknya. Terdapat Porter Filipina dengan nama bermula dengan D sangat membantu dan mesra. Dia secara proaktif membantu kami memunggah dua bagasi besar dan berat kami dari teksi kami. Selain itu, beliau mencadangkan ke mana hendak pergi dengan buku kecil dan peta yang disediakan. Pada hari daftar keluar, dia membantu kami mengaturkan bas ulang-alik.

Hotel ini terletak di lokasi yang baik, mudah untuk melancong, makan dan membeli-belah, dan mudah untuk mendaftar masuk di pelbagai tarikan. Hotel ini menjimatkan kos dan bilik-bilik adalah luas. Kedua-dua katil di dalam bilik berkembar adalah besar. Perkhidmatan meja depan adalah baik, biliknya agak bersih, dan tidak ada bau yang pelik Secara keseluruhan, saya sangat berpuas hati.

The free shuttle from Macau International Airport is very convenient to get to the hotel, and then to Taipa Ferry station on the way back when we had to leave. The room itself was spotless, zero complaints. When it comes to the breakfast, we have to choose between Angela's, Stanley's, and Signature Noodles. We didn't have the time to test out Angela's, but I would highly advise going for Stanley's and not Signature Noodles for breakfast, the latter I found a bit lackluster. Other than that, overall great value for money.

I could not recommend this hotel enough! Wow, I was inlove with the look of it. The service was excellent. On arrival we received coupons to use at the mall right behind the hotel, this made our stay so much easier. The staff could speak English and was super helpful in guiding us on what to do the evening and helping with transportation! Here you pay for quility and attention to detail!

This mid-range hotel is overall very good. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the towels are changed daily, making them very comfortable to use. Although the hotel's hardware facilities are somewhat outdated, the cost-performance ratio is quite reasonable, and the accommodation experience is satisfying. Additionally, the hotel's location is ideal, with convenient transportation and complete surrounding facilities. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next business trip.

We stayed at the Grand Emperor Hotel in the Queen Suite and found it very suitable for a family stay. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with enough space for both adults and children to move around without feeling cramped. The bed was large and comfortable, and the overall room layout worked well for family needs. The hotel is conveniently located, with easy access to nearby attractions, shops, and dining options, which made getting around with kids much easier. Housekeeping was reliable, and the staff were polite and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, the Queen Suite offered good comfort and space for a family trip.

Very cute room, room size is acceptable, the hotel provided free airport shuttle, there are free ****** shuttle to MGM and Wyns too, free express ticket for Wynns cable car, which is definitely a plus point, no need to que
