Don't book here very dirty. Had to use sheets to cover sofas to sit on. Dust thick everywhere not good for asthma sufferers. Bring your own toilet paper and supplies. No housekeeping. Dirty bathroom. Terrible uncomfortable beds . Rusty kettle. Only nice thing is the view.

We enjoyed our 9 day stay. We arrived late due to some air travel delays and the team were so helpful. Convient location, on-site parking, easily assessible amenities. The apartment we had is starting to look a bit tired, but had everything we needed for a family of five, including plenty of space to spread out. We would definitely chose to stay at the Breakfree Moroccan again.

i loved the apartment, good price, loved being in the middle of the city and overall great view. staff was nice and friendly had a lovely welcome by the staff, beds and towels were clean and the beds were comfy. overall could not complain about our stay.

We’ve stayed at Moroccan multiple times primarily due to the location, cost and facilities it provides. It is a bit dated from a decore perspective, and large rooms means that not everything is squeaky clean, but these are mor than overcome by the location. Staff are really friendly too

We stayed in unit 50 of the Elkhorn tower. Linens were clean. Unit is dated and showing wear and tear but tidy. There was a used shower cap left in the bathroom but other than that the units overall cleanliness was livable. If you plan on staying Friday-Sunday nights be aware the Cali Beach Club roof top club/bar is adjacent to this unit and you can CLEARLY hear the music and base of the music from within the unit. The club is open from 12noon to 1am and the loud music is going that whole time. This truly ruins the environment of staying close to the beach as you can’t hear the waves at all with the music but in the off hours can hear the ocean in the distance. Even WITH earplugs in I could hear the music. Surfers is known for the clubs and parties, but this rooftop truly disrupts all the accommodation above the business. Better soundproofing of the rooms are needed if these neighbouring units want to keep customers returning. I saw no warning of this noise in any other reviews or statements. Being under the ALL Accor group of hotels I had higher expectations of not only the state of the unit but also the quality of the environment created by the hotel which is very lacking at this property. If we return to this area, we will stay as far away from these properties as possible.

The apartment was perfectly located, what a view, and we got an excellent price. The kids loved the indoor pool, and the view was breathtaking. The apartment exceeded all my expectations. The staff were wonderful, and the brochure stand was very helpful. It was also convenient to buy park tickets directly from the staff. We’ll definitely be coming back soon!

Lovely 6 nights in a very roomy 2 bedroom apartment. Good amenities with everything you need and so close to all Surfers and the Gold Coast has to offer, very short walk to tram station and bus stops, coffee shops, restaurants etc. Comfy bed too

This hotel is in a fabulous location, with wonderful views. It is right on the beach and a block from Cavill Ave - close to Coles, BWS, Crazy Cat Cafe, Holey Moley, Escape Rooms, Theatres, and dozens of restaurants. 2 of the 3 spa's were heated, however the indoor one is missing some tiles. The outdoor pool area is well landscaped and has good outdoor furniture. Unit 318 is very large and has 3 bedrooms (will comfortable sleep 6) 2 bathrooms, including 1 with a bath and 3 balconies (so there is sun nearly all day). Unfortunately it is quite run down & needs some love. The bathrooms are in desperate need of new fittings, a number of drawers and cupboards either don't open easily or close. The curtains have holes in and are falling down in places. The window winder in the main bedroom has completely rusted through and fallen off, which means the window won't close. This was a problem, as we were there in winter & when the cold westerly blew in, we couldn't shut the window !! When we told the staff they said they thought they had been told about it before. I guess the owner of the apartment doesn't care!

Great location, staff were excellent and very friendly they went out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect. We stayed 10 days with 6 people and the 3 bedroom apartment was perfect, just what we needed. Rooms were clean, beds were excellent, kitchen perfect with everything we needed. This place really made our holiday 100% recommend Breakfree Moroccan for your stay. Thanks to staff and management
