Nice hotel to stay, in on the center in Sutton very easy by walk to going. Have a park to pay but very cheap price

這家酒店沒有洗漱用品，牙刷和拖鞋都沒有提供，要另外購買。最後我們外出走10分鐘去外賣。
床單上有不知名的體毛，但並不屬於我們的，我們還沒有躺上去掀開被子就發現了，真的是很影響入住的感受，這應該是目前為止住過體驗感最差的酒店了。
This hotel does not provide toiletries, toothbrushes, and slippers. This hotel has unknown body hair on the sheets, which makes me feel very sick. But these body hairs don't belong to us. I really don't recommend you to stay. And this hotel is far from central London🥲

Stayed last Friday in London Sutton with my family and had great stay, the room was very clean, team in reception very helpful and had lovely breakfast, it was first time in this London Sutton and we will come back again,its close to shops and the train station not far.

Bathrooms need a good clean. Meldue and dust and hairs everywhere, shower head rusty, bed not good Lifts need a lot of attention as well as the overall cleanliness of the place, did not see staff that often unless they were on their phones watching videos

We had a lovely stay at Premier Inn in Sutton. The room was spotless, and the bathroom was very clean, which made for a very comfy experience. The reception team was incredibly helpful and welcoming, always ready to assist with any queries. The check-in process was smooth, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing. The bed was very comfortable; we got a great night’s sleep! Would definitely stay again! 😊
