There was a mildew smell in the bathrobes, soaps, and room. Unfortunately even when we called for new robes, the new ones smelled just as bad. Also, the Trip rating of the hotel is 4 stars, but the actual hotel is only a 3 star hotel. Unfortunately, I would not recommend staying here because of the mildew smells in the robes and toiletry products.

The receptionist is very accommodating. The room is clean, we had a comfortable stay and enjoyed the stay. Keep it up Silkroad Hotel.

The room had underfloor heating, effective air conditioning, and a decent TV. The bathroom was relatively clean. Breakfast was just okay. However, the red carpet in the hallway somewhat cheapened the overall vibe.

I ended up arriving early and was willing to wait for my room to be ready, but my room was ready, and I was able to go in. Everything was very clean, and the service was top-notch. It was pretty easy to get around and not too bad if you had to take a taxi. The area wasn't noisy. There were plenty of places to eat, including a healthy sandwich shop around the corner. I wish I could remember the name, but the ingredients were fresh, and there was English available, so no guessing. The place is like a Salady, but for sandwiches. Anyway, I had a great stay and would definitely stay there again.

Wow! This was a really nice place. The parking lot is in a separate building, which is a hassle. The air conditioner remote control is out of order and doesn't work properly. The towels are 10 years old, so I asked for extra towels. They even handed them over with one hand. The staff were rude.

The cleanliness is a bit poor! The same old stuff as other customers! I called, but they didn't check and kept calling to ask which amenities weren't refillable. There's mold in the bathtub, and the toilet area smells a bit. The location is good. The service is good in the restaurant. The food is surprisingly delicious and decent. The lobby desk staff can't speak properly! I wonder if they're ignoring me because I look young! The facilities are poor. The remote control is old and slow, and the room is quite dusty!
