The hotel is very nice. We are lucky to be upgraded to a suite with extra space. Staff are friendly and helpful. If I have to be picky, it’s not too close to the attractions of Suzhou. But with the excellent coverage of their online can order app, everywhere can be reached within 20mins under or around 20RMB, so it didn’t bother us too much. And just one thing, the live TV is weirdly with lagging as if the signals are from the internet. But if u don’t watch tv or do a smart device casting, it’s fine. (Just we were watching the French Open final so the picture lags were a bit disturbing lol) Overall it was very very nice :)

Stayed at this lovely apartment for 2 nights whilst visiting Suzhou. Really loved the service provided by the team at the front desk! They were so warm and friendly and helpful, even helping us with storing our bags when we arrived early and also when we asked for extra pillows! They were also really helpful in helping to keep some travel documents for us when we forgot to take them with us when we went out firing the day! Very trustworthy :) The front entrance is really small but the whole look and feel of the place is very cosy once you enter. It's also very convenient to get to shops and eateries! The place is super clean and beds are comfy. Very worth it for the price paid for the 2 bedroom suite which allowed our family to stay together. The 2 bathrooms was also a plus so that everyone could wash up faster at the end of the day. The boss of the place was also very helpful on proving suggestions and warnings of what we should avoid when we went out in the morning. He also gave us some local mochi (which was very yummy) and a couple of boxes of local snacks when we left! Overall would definitely stay here again if we ever visit suzhou again!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Anshe Hotel during my trip to Suzhou, and I can confidently say it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service at the front desk. The staff went out of their way to ensure I felt welcome and assisted with every request. Check-in was smooth. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated with modern amenities that made my stay comfortable. I especially loved the AI feature in the room. Additionally, the location of Anshe Hotel is perfect. It’s conveniently situated near the metro station and pingjiang lu, making it easy to explore. Overall, my stay at Anshe Hotel exceeded my expectations. I left feeling rejuvenated and satisfied, and I cannot wait for my next visit. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful stay in Suzhou! Thank you, Anshe Hotel, for a memorable experience!

Excellent. Location is good, breakfast is good and the people serving us are very polite and friendly. Toilet is clean and the hotel forbids smoking. But I caught one guy smoking at the lift once at level 5 😔. The street is busy and quite noisy. For light sleeper, I don't recommend this hotel but I will choose this hotel again even though I'm a light sleeper.

Hotel room spacious and clean. Staff is very helpful and friendly. We were caught by typhoon and got to to stay in hotel whole day, as we’re not local so we not sure how to order food delivery and hotel staff aware of our situation and provided us with free food. We are deeply touched by their kind gesture. Will definitely come back again.

The hotel is very nice and clean. The location is very convenient, nit far from Suzhou train station. There are two subway stations nearby, line 6 and kine 8. The hotel is very neat and tidy. When areiving to the hotel, Ms. Xiaochen (小陈） received us with joy and provided a free room upgrade. Later, she often send some everything snacks to our room. She is very professional and kind. Upon checking out, the fornt desk did not understand how to issue a receipt for foreign APP, but after contacting Xiaochen, she solved it shortly. I highly recommend this hotel, and definitely book in it again when visiting Suzhou. 这家酒店很漂亮和干净。位置很方便，离苏州火车站不远。附近有两个地铁站，6号线和8号线。这家酒店非常整洁。入住酒店时，小陈热情接待了我们，并为我们提供了免费客房升级。后来，她经常把一些小吃送到我们的房间。她非常专业和善良。退房时，前台不知道如何为外国APP开具收据，但在联系了小陈后，她很快就解决了。我强烈推荐这家酒店，以后回苏州时一定会再次预订。

An established hotel with great service from all staff, with special mention to Kobe. We were given the room on the 38th floor with an amazing lake view 😍 Love the use of technology. The toilet seat is automatic which makes it more hygienic. Some things are also delivered by a robot. My girl had fun in the bathtub and loved the free soft toys. Gym is huge. Hotel breakfast also has a wide variety. There was even free fruit platter and green bean soup for supper 👍🏻 A lovely stay and highly recommended!

Modern and clean room. Some small disappointment is a view that can’t see much thing even I’m on higher floor because it faced to the other side, while I booked this hotel with expectation to see Pants Tower. (Suzhou Center) The location is not very close to public transportation. I walked from metro, quite far. So when I return, I took Didi to train station instead. Surrounded with construction. So not sure when those construction will be completed in the future. Oh! And one worst thing is the air conditioning in autumn. Even though it’s cold outside the building, but in the room, without air conditioning and ventilation, it’s too hot and difficult to breathe. I asked for some help so I received a small fan that can help a bit. But still not comfortable to sleep. At least if I can open the window a bit, it will be much better. What I like most here is the lobby decoration that’s full of books. Breakfast is various and nice, too.
