Had a pleasant stay , clean environment, good breakfast and good room , helpful staff specially Mr.Alan thanks a lot

The hotel is very nice. We are lucky to be upgraded to a suite with extra space. Staff are friendly and helpful. If I have to be picky, it’s not too close to the attractions of Suzhou. But with the excellent coverage of their online can order app, everywhere can be reached within 20mins under or around 20RMB, so it didn’t bother us too much. And just one thing, the live TV is weirdly with lagging as if the signals are from the internet. But if u don’t watch tv or do a smart device casting, it’s fine. (Just we were watching the French Open final so the picture lags were a bit disturbing lol) Overall it was very very nice :)

Basic standard international hotel

Good location. Suzhou peoples and the hotel staff are very friendly.

Great hotel. Room is big and clean. Booked for twin bed. The bed is super wide and comfortable. Breakfast is okay. Hotel is very near to metro station, less than 5 min walking. So convenient to visit any places. Small shopping mall is near for dinner as the hotel did not provide ala carte/buffet dinner.

Hotel was so good and we extended one more night in order to fully enjoy the stay.

We stayed at Hampton’s for 2 nights in Suzhou and we had a great time, the service was amazing and very thoughtful, the breakfast was also very good. We were upgraded to a bigger bedroom and also provided several free amenities. Another great benefit was being able to wash and dry clothes, which is always a plus when we are traveling for tourism with a small amount of clothes :) 酒店服务特别好，早餐也很好吃，谢谢希尔顿的服务～

Nice and clean hotel. We reserved a family room which a was a pleasant for us. Very near to subway station.

This hotel is really good. Great amenities and really helpful staff. Clean, with all modern facilities. Great breakfast and very nice restaurant. A two minute walk to the nearest subway station. It's not close to the major tourist attractions but a 5 minute walk to the Grand Canal and the lovely parks along it. The subway will take you to all the places you need to see and the hotel is located in a quite area.

Very nice staff. Able to check in at 10am with no issues. On check out date left luggage with hotel. Modern hotel. Breakfast had Chinese and western food.

Beautiful hotel, clean and has friendly prompt staff. Beautiful interior and comfortable beds. Situated close to convenience stores.
