The hotel is very nice and clean. The location is very convenient, nit far from Suzhou train station. There are two subway stations nearby, line 6 and kine 8. The hotel is very neat and tidy. When areiving to the hotel, Ms. Xiaochen (小陈） received us with joy and provided a free room upgrade. Later, she often send some everything snacks to our room. She is very professional and kind. Upon checking out, the fornt desk did not understand how to issue a receipt for foreign APP, but after contacting Xiaochen, she solved it shortly. I highly recommend this hotel, and definitely book in it again when visiting Suzhou.

房間環境都挺好，入住送了小朋友小國旗，還有三碗銀耳湯，新鮮可口。退房送了文創紙扇和絲巾。最意外的是，入住第一晚，阿姨打掃衞生的時候，居然給小朋友的便攜小馬桶也換了垃圾袋，特別暖心！

第一次來蘇州玩，我們是過了暑假後面來的，訂了一個相對來説性價比更方便都還不錯的酒店，靠近高鐵北站近蠡口傢俱附件的一個酒店，入住前，有工作人員給我們打電話，問我們什麼時候到店，還有當天的天氣，後添加我們微信給發了定位，這點我覺得很棒，很少有工作人工做到這麼細緻，我們到店了，前台服務員幫我們升級的房型，因為現在不是暑假了，房間相對於比較空餘，工作人員給我們介紹了周邊超市、飯店，以及旅遊景點，大廳是有一個出行指南的海報的，上面有每個景點的介紹以及怎麼過去都有説明的，像書簽一樣，一條一條的，還有一個工作人員帶我們去了房間，並告知我們空調及電視的使用方法，客房衞生整個也很乾凈整潔，像電視櫃這種死角地方也是乾乾淨淨，清清爽爽，一塵不染，床單被套比較新，我們從頭檢查到尾，還有一點被子的清香味[煙花]，總體是比較乾淨的，浴室玻璃衞生也特別乾淨，沒有一司毛絮，客用品也特別乾淨，我們很喜歡[愛心]，客房阿姨也很客氣，還會問我們每天要不要打掃衞生，不過我們都跟她講不需要，因為我們行李有點多[調皮]，外賣服務員幫我們送上來的，比較玩一天也比較累，這點還是蠻好的，退房的時候工作人員贈送了我們礦泉水，可以帶着路上喝，整個蘇州行還是蠻開心的，有機會下次再來。

🔺和頤酒店不會讓人失望！這家酒店從蘇州站下高鐵，不用出站直接坐地鐵2站路到達，出站後吸一口氣還沒呼出就到酒店大堂了。
🔺酒店服務很到位，入住接待的是一位漂亮的小姑娘實習生，漂亮大方還細膩，幫我們安排在推窗見湖的房間，甚是合心意，對於我們的疑問都仔細解答並給解決。
🔺酒店的裝修品質沉穩大氣，設備也新，衞生乾淨，儘管旁邊有大馬路，卻也沒有噪音入耳。
🔺街對面就是萬達，斜對面是蘇州城市生活中心和陽光薈，這兩個地方聚集了好幾家當地口碑美食店“鑫震源煎包”“萬福興”“老阿爸江浙土菜”等等！

HHwee LengIf I could give more than 5/5 for this place, I would. Cleanliness, service and cultural vibes are unparalleled. I have been to more than 25 countries and never have I felt so much at home away from home. This is a gem I would highly recommend anyone seeking to get away from the hustle and bustle of life. The host and her staff gave us home made bread, breakfast, cakes, tea and artisanal coffee. My 12 year old daughter loved it so much she just wanted to stay indoors! Amazing!!

店家態度很不錯，自己很難找到地方，左拐右拐的，還好店家派了管家去大門口接待，管家是越南人，稍微🈶點聽不懂我們的話，不過後來還是能溝通好，到達客棧位置，還主動幫我拿行李🧳。

古色古香之餘加入了舊時代用的傢俱等，讓你進入年代的錯感，不過挺休閑的，不錯不錯，乾淨衞生

RRuthWe were happy with our stay here. The room was nicer than it looked online, and the hotel was really clean. There are playrooms for young children that are free (3 rooms with some different toys in each room). The rooms are a bit old and tired, but my 2 year old enjoyed playing there and requested UK hi back lots of times. For parents it is just great to have somewhere for your kid to play and have fun, especially as the weather was very cold when we went! Outside there is a play area and sand digging pit. Location is walking distance from Tongli old town. Restaurant does evening buffet, and buffet breakfast. The food is fine, more Chinese than western, my husband really liked it and my favourite part was the Beijing roast duck at dinner. The pool is warm, with floats and rubber rings to borrow. There is a little land train, it takes a 10 minute trip around the hotel grounds and the cost is 20RMB for one adult and child. For me it was very boring but my son loved it 😂
The staff are very warm and friendly, everyone is very professional. Each guest is connected to a butler on wechat before they arrive so you can easily send a message and get some help. Our butler is Yu Ting and she helped us very professionally.
For me, the things the hotel can improve are (1) the animal petting zoo - by western standard the facilities for the animals are not very good, just concrete enclosure with hut. For foreigners, we do not really like this. (2) We had a problem with the other guests smoking in the hotel, eg in the coffee bar. When I complained to the staff they tried to stop the guests, but even though they repeatedly reminded them to stop, the other guests continued. In the end they arranged for me to move to a private room near the bar where I could avoid the smoking. I was very grateful that they found a solution for me and my baby, but I am speechless there are such guests who flagrantly break the rules and the hotel cannot stop them. We smelled smoke in some different public areas, so maybe this is a problem with several guests 🙁
Overall we are happy with our stay and it is a good place to spend a few days with kids.

AAlinPertama sekali, terima kasih kepada pihak hotel kerana telah menaik taraf bilik saya secara percuma. Hotel ini terletak di Jalan Pingjiang yang bagusnya ada restoran di tingkat bawah dan anda boleh membeli cenderahati di Internet berhampiran Taman Pentadbir yang Humble. Kelemahannya ialah pengangkutan menyusahkan, dan ia tidak begitu mudah untuk masuk dan keluar jika anda mempunyai terlalu banyak bagasi. Jika hotel mempunyai tandas pintar, sekurang-kurangnya anda tidak perlu risau tentang cuaca sejuk yang tidak begitu baik, dan isipadu udara mesti dinaikkan untuk berasa selesa di hotel; ia terasa kotor, dan tiada pengering Saya rasa tuala dan tuala mandi hotel ini bersih. Mungkin tidak lebih baik, jadi saya rasa hotel ini lebih sesuai untuk penginapan jangka pendek. Saya pada dasarnya tidak berkomunikasi dengan kakitangan perkhidmatan, dan saya tidak membeli sarapan pagi tanpa membuat sebarang komen. Tiada lubang intip di pintu, dan terdapat tangga yang menghala terus ke ruang tamu tanpa melalui meja depan Sila beri perhatian kepada keselamatan anda sendiri! Peranti pintar juga tidak berfungsi dengan baik, dan Moda tidak dapat disambungkan. Tekan butang suis untuk menghidupkan atau mematikannya Siapa tahu sama ada mod pencahayaan pemandangan yang tidak berguna. Mengapa anda tidak memasang lebih banyak soket di sisi katil? untuk menggunakan lampu meja, kemudian mengapa anda meletakkan lampu meja di sana? PPengguna TetamuNow, I can sit here and tell you that we’re staying in an eco-friendly hotel that even though you’re inside its high glass windows gives you an outdoor vibe. I can even sit and talk about the saline pool, its state-of-the-art gym and list all the amenities; and I can even talk about the number of rooms and the fact that as we speak there’s an international summit going on here.
Somehow that won’t speak about my experience here at this hotel. Elements (by Westin) Suzhou Science & Technology Town does have all of the above BUT what I love about this hotel is its Staff. I love the fact that they seem to be always be here. I somehow believe that they live onsite because they’re always around.
In the morning, even before I enter the Salon I hear, “Nǐ hǎo Marsha” from the Breakfast Host, followed up by the nice lady in the Salon, smiling at me and ushering me to the coffee machine, while handing me my 2 brown sugar packs. She knows my morning habits so quickly. Not only that, because they knew Peter was missing from my breakfast table for a few mornings, they now signal to me with take away containers for Peter, to have his breakfast in the room.
When we need to go anywhere the young ladies at the Front Desk (no matter which Shift) are always either asking us where we need to go so that they can call a CASH taxi to get us to our destination. One of them even came with me one day to the Bank of China’s ATM and sat in the taxi while I went in and conducted my business and accompanied me to the Campus to visit Jon-Marc. Yesterday, one of them even used her own Didi account to get us transportation back to the hotel and we reimbursed her (and walked away while she was trying to give us back our change because we knew she wouldn’t have taken the Tip as is their custom). How else could we have shown her how grateful we were for her kind gesture?
Then there is Simon Jiang, the General Manager, who speaks perfect English and is always there to assist and offer suggestions of things to do and places to go. Simon was the one who actually explained to me that you can’t just walk into a pharmacy and get anything without a prescription. What I can tell you is that even though he is the GM he is always on hand assisting the staff with their work. Even though there is a clear hierarchy here, he takes off his jacket and assists in the kitchen, you can sometimes see him helping the older ladies bring out the heavy equipment (if needed) when they’re cleaning the floors, clear tables, etc.
Or Alex Ju, the Assistant General Manager, who accompanied Peter and I to the hospital and stayed and spoke with the doctor and the international insurance department on our behalf (in Mandarin) to make everything a little easier for us.
These people are the ones who have made my stay here memorable and I can honestly say that its because of them that I would recommend Elements by Westin in Suzhou to ANYONE who wanted a place to stay without hassle and with a host of helpful, courteous, friendly staff. It has been my pleasure having encountered such warm, friendly, delightful and gentle human beings.

PPo LingOur twin room is very spacious and cozy. We loved how the staff speedily gave us an air purifier when we said we smelled some cigarettes smell. It helped refreshing the room fairly quickly. The fixtures and fittings are very useful, from good size of wardrobes, suitcase space, sofa, desk, bed and pillow are reasonably comfortable and not too soft. Housekeeping is very neat and tidy as well. We particularly like the open view from window facing the shopping arcade (traditional low rise houses). Last but not least, we wanna thank Hailey Song for going an extra mile and helped us return a parcel to SF upon check-out. Will recommend others upon their visit to Suzhou :)

DDRAGANLocations was convinient , 15 mins walk to the downtown. It's clean but if I compare with their hotel Citadines in Shanghai this one is a little bit older so I will rate with 3.5/4 stars only. Breakfast was nice tho , we had a chance to eat until 10:30am which was amazing since we wanted to sleep a little bit longer.
