Penginapan Pullman di Suzhou

Nice location , great room , big … I will be back - great price for all we got . Just breakfast buffet is for my point view too local ( no pastries ) no enough fruits but I do understand most of clients are locals so perhaps for them is ok . Also food has lots of MSG .  Also dinner menu a la carte is poor … no many selections but tasty . Great to go from Shanghai …

I had another great stay at Pullman Suzhou — this is my third time staying at this hotel. The service at the front desk is consistently excellent, with staff who are friendly, professional, and very efficient. The overall experience continues to meet my expectations, which is why I keep coming back. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Suzhou.

I booked this hotel by mistake. My Chinese colleague had recommended a hotel near Wanda Mall, which is more centrally located and offers better accessibility to the places I needed to go, but I don’t read Chinese well enough to notice the difference when booking. Although the location is not ideal, the hotel is close to a shopping mall if you some time to relax and shopping. For a business traveler, it was still very convenient to get a car—DiDi service was always available within five minutes. The room was spotlessly clean, which truly made my day. After long workdays, coming back to a room that was neatly and thoroughly cleaned was very comforting. Staffs were also friendly and such a great help, they will help anything I asked for them. Overall, I would still recommend this hotel.

Once entering the Hotel the Greeting was excellent from the hotel team. At reception the ladies and gentlemen made us feel totally welcome and were very courteous. Checking in was very efficient and it only took a few minutes to complete the whole process. In the evening we decide to go to the hotel bar to play pool and relax ourselves before the marathon, we were guided to the hotel bar directly by hotel staff that again was extremely polite and helpful, entering the bar the bar tender took our order within a few minutes. again was very polite. The room on the executive floor was to a medium size and very clean. Note: Executive Lounge was not available due to maintenance, this was not an issue and look forward to using the Executive Lounge again. Note: Television could do with updating but would not be a concern for us to stop at the hotel again just a slight comment. Also milk was brought to our room without be asked again showing clearly customer care. Breakfast was presented well and also some variety, restaurant staff were also very helpful. Checkout was also efficient. In a few words Excellent Hospitality from the entire Team, will be coming back and also would have no hesitation in recommending the Hotel to my colleagues and friends.
