國慶節漁村門口大堵車保安不讓進，要很大聲的和他説訂了住宿才給進
星空露台房在3樓，還有個大落地窗的房型是2樓
去了2晚，第一天天氣好，夕陽絕美，晚上星星看的超清楚！看星星的移動甚至能感受到地球的轉動！
第二天雲比較多，景色沒第一天驚艷，更讓人感覺安安靜靜的好舒服😌
早餐是三明治，每天都是一樣的，挺大一個，管飽好吃，見P1
比較可惜的是國慶吧枱的酒都點不了
總體感覺價格稍貴，但是可以自駕反覆去的地方～
然後看沒人上傳衞浴的圖，P9補一張
淋雨和馬桶比較普通，落地窗前浴缸非常大，非常值得泡一次！
一次性備品還挺不錯的，牙膏給的是一中條（比一大條小一點），挺給力的，牙刷也用着很舒服！
飲用水每天2瓶750ml的PANNA玻璃瓶，好評～
美中不足的是房間內沒熱水壺，要特地跑1樓去燒水
總體感覺還是挺不錯的，國慶2k出頭的房價，如果能訂到1K多還是挺值得去的～

民宿離香雪海和光福老街都是步行可到，民宿旁邊就是鄧尉山登山步道，地理位置很不錯。民宿的庭院精心設計過的，是縮小版的蘇州園林，很有江南風韻，門口還有個小小童樂園。民宿老闆人超級好，不僅熱情介紹民宿的情況，主動溝通，第二天小朋友去香雪海跑步，看下雨天還送我們過去。大大的推薦去入住哦！！

不得不説蘇州文旅真的是用心了。乘船20分鐘左右上島，客房是設計酒店的裝修風格，散落在島上各個角落，每一間都有驚喜。
很喜歡這裏的服務人員，都很友好令人感到舒服親切。
姚記餐廳水平在線，味道好，量足。
島上植物繁茂，步行即可環島，看得出沒有破壞原有建築風格，而是依舊做舊保留了建築原貌。有田野，還有一片鳥類棲息的灘塗，夕陽下超美。
每天安靜的衹有鳥叫聲，陰雨天像水墨畫，晴天就是一幅水彩畫，世外桃源般迷人。
本來是衹打算住一天的，實在捨不得離開…

This hotel is located in a scenic area with a great view of the lake. The sunrise greets you in the morning and the drivers take you to where you want to go. Breakfast is buffet style with a mix of eastern and western dishes. My friend and i really enjoyed being surrounded by fall foliage. It's great for taking photos. The rooms were nice as well, a japanese style dining area, an adequately sized bedroom, a balcony, and a bathroom with conjoined tub and shower. Everything was great. Looking forward to my second trip there.

I enjoyed my stay. The hotel was very hospitable to families and had many opportunities to have fun! We had fine dining, outdoor activities, and indoor activities. The hotel even had a bowling alley, chess room and pool room. The room was beautiful and comfortable. I will return. I especially hope to meet Arthur again. He went out of his way to make our trip special. Well recommended!

This is a recently renovated hotel located on a hillside on the border of Suzhou that is Lamborghini themed, without being overbearing. Service, cleanliness and environment are excellent. This also applies to the restaurant from a Suzhou chain that is connected to it, which serves fantastic Suzhou style food, sometimes accompanied by life Suzhou song and music. High end stuff with a matching service and decoration which is almost alone worth going here. Also available are bikes that can be rented to see the environment, a trip to Taihu lake is recommended. The bikes are excellent maintained.

HHwee LengIf I could give more than 5/5 for this place, I would. Cleanliness, service and cultural vibes are unparalleled. I have been to more than 25 countries and never have I felt so much at home away from home. This is a gem I would highly recommend anyone seeking to get away from the hustle and bustle of life. The host and her staff gave us home made bread, breakfast, cakes, tea and artisanal coffee. My 12 year old daughter loved it so much she just wanted to stay indoors! Amazing!!

PPengguna TetamuNow, I can sit here and tell you that we’re staying in an eco-friendly hotel that even though you’re inside its high glass windows gives you an outdoor vibe. I can even sit and talk about the saline pool, its state-of-the-art gym and list all the amenities; and I can even talk about the number of rooms and the fact that as we speak there’s an international summit going on here.
Somehow that won’t speak about my experience here at this hotel. Elements (by Westin) Suzhou Science & Technology Town does have all of the above BUT what I love about this hotel is its Staff. I love the fact that they seem to be always be here. I somehow believe that they live onsite because they’re always around.
In the morning, even before I enter the Salon I hear, “Nǐ hǎo Marsha” from the Breakfast Host, followed up by the nice lady in the Salon, smiling at me and ushering me to the coffee machine, while handing me my 2 brown sugar packs. She knows my morning habits so quickly. Not only that, because they knew Peter was missing from my breakfast table for a few mornings, they now signal to me with take away containers for Peter, to have his breakfast in the room.
When we need to go anywhere the young ladies at the Front Desk (no matter which Shift) are always either asking us where we need to go so that they can call a CASH taxi to get us to our destination. One of them even came with me one day to the Bank of China’s ATM and sat in the taxi while I went in and conducted my business and accompanied me to the Campus to visit Jon-Marc. Yesterday, one of them even used her own Didi account to get us transportation back to the hotel and we reimbursed her (and walked away while she was trying to give us back our change because we knew she wouldn’t have taken the Tip as is their custom). How else could we have shown her how grateful we were for her kind gesture?
Then there is Simon Jiang, the General Manager, who speaks perfect English and is always there to assist and offer suggestions of things to do and places to go. Simon was the one who actually explained to me that you can’t just walk into a pharmacy and get anything without a prescription. What I can tell you is that even though he is the GM he is always on hand assisting the staff with their work. Even though there is a clear hierarchy here, he takes off his jacket and assists in the kitchen, you can sometimes see him helping the older ladies bring out the heavy equipment (if needed) when they’re cleaning the floors, clear tables, etc.
Or Alex Ju, the Assistant General Manager, who accompanied Peter and I to the hospital and stayed and spoke with the doctor and the international insurance department on our behalf (in Mandarin) to make everything a little easier for us.
These people are the ones who have made my stay here memorable and I can honestly say that its because of them that I would recommend Elements by Westin in Suzhou to ANYONE who wanted a place to stay without hassle and with a host of helpful, courteous, friendly staff. It has been my pleasure having encountered such warm, friendly, delightful and gentle human beings.

店家態度很不錯，自己很難找到地方，左拐右拐的，還好店家派了管家去大門口接待，管家是越南人，稍微🈶點聽不懂我們的話，不過後來還是能溝通好，到達客棧位置，還主動幫我拿行李🧳。

古色古香之餘加入了舊時代用的傢俱等，讓你進入年代的錯感，不過挺休閑的，不錯不錯，乾淨衞生

RRuthWe were happy with our stay here. The room was nicer than it looked online, and the hotel was really clean. There are playrooms for young children that are free (3 rooms with some different toys in each room). The rooms are a bit old and tired, but my 2 year old enjoyed playing there and requested UK hi back lots of times. For parents it is just great to have somewhere for your kid to play and have fun, especially as the weather was very cold when we went! Outside there is a play area and sand digging pit. Location is walking distance from Tongli old town. Restaurant does evening buffet, and buffet breakfast. The food is fine, more Chinese than western, my husband really liked it and my favourite part was the Beijing roast duck at dinner. The pool is warm, with floats and rubber rings to borrow. There is a little land train, it takes a 10 minute trip around the hotel grounds and the cost is 20RMB for one adult and child. For me it was very boring but my son loved it 😂
The staff are very warm and friendly, everyone is very professional. Each guest is connected to a butler on wechat before they arrive so you can easily send a message and get some help. Our butler is Yu Ting and she helped us very professionally.
For me, the things the hotel can improve are (1) the animal petting zoo - by western standard the facilities for the animals are not very good, just concrete enclosure with hut. For foreigners, we do not really like this. (2) We had a problem with the other guests smoking in the hotel, eg in the coffee bar. When I complained to the staff they tried to stop the guests, but even though they repeatedly reminded them to stop, the other guests continued. In the end they arranged for me to move to a private room near the bar where I could avoid the smoking. I was very grateful that they found a solution for me and my baby, but I am speechless there are such guests who flagrantly break the rules and the hotel cannot stop them. We smelled smoke in some different public areas, so maybe this is a problem with several guests 🙁
Overall we are happy with our stay and it is a good place to spend a few days with kids.

Hotel ini terletak di Jalan Pingjiang yang bagusnya ada restoran di tingkat bawah dan anda boleh membeli cenderahati di Internet berhampiran Taman Pentadbir yang Humble. Kelemahannya ialah pengangkutan menyusahkan, dan ia tidak begitu mudah untuk masuk dan keluar jika anda mempunyai terlalu banyak bagasi. Jika hotel mempunyai tandas pintar, sekurang-kurangnya anda tidak perlu risau tentang cuaca sejuk yang tidak begitu baik, dan isipadu udara mesti dinaikkan untuk berasa selesa di hotel; ia terasa kotor, dan tiada pengering Saya rasa tuala dan tuala mandi hotel ini bersih. Mungkin tidak lebih baik, jadi saya rasa hotel ini lebih sesuai untuk penginapan jangka pendek. Saya pada dasarnya tidak berkomunikasi dengan kakitangan perkhidmatan, dan saya tidak membeli sarapan pagi tanpa membuat sebarang komen. PPo LingOur twin room is very spacious and cozy. We loved how the staff speedily gave us an air purifier when we said we smelled some cigarettes smell. It helped refreshing the room fairly quickly. The fixtures and fittings are very useful, from good size of wardrobes, suitcase space, sofa, desk, bed and pillow are reasonably comfortable and not too soft. Housekeeping is very neat and tidy as well. We particularly like the open view from window facing the shopping arcade (traditional low rise houses). DDRAGANLocations was convinient , 15 mins walk to the downtown. It's clean but if I compare with their hotel Citadines in Shanghai this one is a little bit older so I will rate with 3.5/4 stars only. Breakfast was nice tho , we had a chance to eat until 10:30am which was amazing since we wanted to sleep a little bit longer.
