One of the best hotels we’ve stayed so far in China.
The services are super good and professional. 小贺was the girl who checked us in and she was really friendly and helpful.
Breakfast is great! If you have never been in a Chinese hotel breakfast, it’s not like anything in the US. YANNIAN has literally all options for you - Chinese traditional, western style, and even Hunan authentic style.
We had the family room and our 4 years old loved it! Everything is just perfect for us!
The afternoon tea is super nice, quiet and relaxing. You can sit on the couch and watch the entire city on the 26th floor.
Also, the gym, my husband checked out the gym and it was good too!
Highly recommend this hotel.
But if you want to go to Wuyi Square, this place is pretty far.
YANNIAN is close to the Changsha South train station. They have free train station pickup/drop off services. The driver was also really professional and good.

The hotel itself is very modern and well kept, the rooms are spacious. Staff service is excellent. Location is not so bad either.
There's a lot of options for breakfast but unfortunately, none of them tasted good. While I was there in Apr, they also shut off the air conditioning during the day (they state that they do this in their fine print). I complained and they did turn it on for me for the last day I was there.

真心很喜歡的一家酒店，入住體驗感非常好，本來衹住一晚的，馬上就續了一天，前台零零六小姐姐還有給我們做房間升級，樓層高也很安靜，房間有穿衣鏡還有大的化粧鏡這些很貼心，因為入住比較晚沒有約到當天的下午茶，小姐姐也貼心幫我們早早約第二天的，酒店還有提供免費的洗衣烘乾服務，酒店的洗沐是很好聞，出行的話也是很方便的，地鐵口就在旁邊去景區玩都比較快，下次還會選擇入住的！

Didn't really make use of the hotel's amenities, but I checked them out, and they seemed to be as advertised. The location was pretty good; not super close to anything, but also not particularly far. Staff are welcoming and enthusiastic. Honestly, at the price point, it's actually a bit of a steal.

CCameo19I stayed for 3 nights over Christmas at the W Hotel and it went above and beyond all expectations! From the sleek, modern design to the impeccably clean facilities.
It felt very festive as windows and tables were adorned with delightful Christmas decorations, the highlight was the lovely pink tree on the first floor, it was super cute!
The entire staff's commitment to ensuring my stay was exceptional deserves high praise. They catered to every need with a level of care and attentiveness that exceeded all expectations. Day 1: Lovely plate of fruit. Day 2: Cute knitted pouch with candy. Day 3: Xmas-plate of fruit and chocolate log.
Plus a big shout out to Eric, who was super attentive and assisted in organising my Christmas Eve afternoon tea and the delicious 5-course Christmas Day meal. (It was pricey at 1288, but included the regular buffet, and a gorgeous red basket with gifts plus an oversized bag! So was worth it.)
The bar/chill out area seems to be the hangout place.
The energetic atmosphere on Christmas Eve was super cool. There was a runway showcasing several models and a cool DJ. It added an exciting vibe to the festivities, making the evening memorable.
Furthermore, the huge swimming pool and changing room facilities felt luxurious, only thing missing was a jacuzzi, although sauna and steam room were great.
Additional info: hotel is connected to the mall, line 2 metro is accessible via the mall which made is super convenient to travel around the city.
Definitely recommend staying here!

HHans_TKFirst of all, my comment is that this hotel was much better than our expectations, in fact it was very good from everything we expected.
First, for a location very close to the subway (chaoyangcun), take exit 5 or 9.
Second, the check in process was very fast and professional.
Third, the bed and all amenities are in good condition and clean, even the pillows are provided in 2 types, medium hard and soft.
Next to the hotel entrance there is a very delicious and cheap place to eat.
Our family is really satisfied and happy to choose this hotel on our tour with trips.com.Thank You

SSilvanoThis is a really excellent hotel ! I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. The location is great and within easy reach of all main sites and the underground system. The rooms are spacious and very clean. I had dinner twice in the Chinese restaurant on 5th floor and both times this was excellent.
However, the greatest asset of this hotel is definitely its staff. All staff members are all really efficient with a great attitude and also a nice smile. From the moment I entered until I left, it was right through an excellent experience with all the staff I came across, be it in reception, housekeeping, restaurant or concierge.
I have to especially mention Jack, who I believe is the Head Concierge. I asked him how can I buy tickets for the river night cruise, and he arranged everything for me. He called the boat cruise company, bought the tickets for me, sent me the QR code, sent me very detailed on how to arrive at the pier, and sent me messages later in the evening to see whether I had arrived and whether I took the boat. He also gave me his contact details and asked me to call him if I encounter any issues or need any translations. This service attitude of this person is unbelievable and I really want to thank him for all his great support.
I really recommend this hotel to whoever visits Changsha.

Bblackcupcake999Good location close to both the international convention and exhibition centre and the train station. The hotel is also located in a new, clean and beautiful area: looking across a green scenery and sport field but in a seperate lot to ensure a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The facility is modern and very clean so it gives you an impression of high-end hotel but the price is surprisingly a bargain compared to others. It may be a little away from Changsha city centre but the price makes up for it. Furthermore it’s close to the airport, train station and also very easy to book taxi to go every where.
The room is spacious, clean and tidy with all the amenities and convenience you will need. The king bed is comfortable and the atmosphere is quiet and nice so I had plenty of good night sleeps. There is also an option of converting the sofa into an extra bed at no fee but I didn’t need it.
On the 1st floor there is a small supermarket where you can find most of the common stuff and snacks. Next door there are a few restaurants if you are too lazy to go out.
Moreover, amazing customer services, the staff were polite, helpful and the checking in was quick and easy!
Changsha was stormy the day of my flight and there was difficulty getting a taxi to go to the airport because some roads were flooded. The hotel staff just noticed me sitting and waiting then offered to help getting me to the airport. Luckily if it wasn’t for the assistance of the hotel staff and the relatively closeness of the hotel to Changsha airport, I would not have made it to the airport in time for my flight.
All in all, 5/5 ratings and compliments from me to this hotel and the staff!!

You can literally walk to all the main shopping streets nearby for access to shopping and food (eg bakeries, famous fermented bean curd, bubble tea shops, Chinese food chains, many food streets/food courts). Just around the corner there’s also a small quaint alley which is quieter than the main shopping streets, that also has nice local options or coffee shops. The staff was very sweet when I checked in and she offered a room upgrade for me. I also needed their help to book a car because my overseas phone can’t do so on the Didi app, and they helped me with that :) The pickup / drop off location is however not at the hotel itself. It’s across the street right at the traffic light (outside Zegna of IFS). Orange Hotel is directly opposite IFS if you’d like access to higher end shopping. Don’t expect 5 star hotel cleanliness, the room did smell a little musky (someone definitely smoked in there before at some point), but it was livable and the good location trumps it all. There are some lighting options in this room as well that are pretty amusing - props to the hotel for wanting to spice things up. There’s a small ramp to help you roll your luggage up at the lift landing, and if you need anything eg an extra bottle of water, a robot helps to bring it to your room :)

LLauren 红月The location is excellent — right in the middle of historic Duzheng Jie. For me, this was the perfect blend of local / touristy. The area is essentially one cobblestone street with some restaurants and shops, plus some hidden ones in the connecting alleys. It’s accessible to other key points of interest and two metro stations (both along Line 1) by foot which is also convenient.
Note: The location probably isn’t suitable for light sleepers however. There is a live house directly downstairs and the hotel is small, so it can be a bit noisy. On my final night, someone set off multiple rounds of firecrackers all through the night which led to smoke billowing up to my balcony. This is not the hotels fault, but just something to note for future guests. It might be an infrequent weekend occurrence due to the upcoming Spring Festival.
The room was fine for me. Large, comfortable bed. Spacious balcony. Many free movies available on the TV.
Note: The rooms are only cleaned upon prior request.
Except for the exact moment that I checked in, and probably only because there was a family checking in then too, I never saw any staff downstairs. They can be reached through the hotel’s WeChat, but don’t expect any warm good mornings, how is your stay, etc. when exiting or returning each day.

DDesmond D.My wife and I have been staying at Changsha Muyi H Hotel for our past three visits to Changsha, and it has consistently been our first choice. The hotel is always clean and comfortable, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful.
We were particularly impressed with the front desk staff, Miss Mini Jian. When we first checked in during our most recent stay, my wife was disappointed with the size of the bathroom. Without hesitation, Miss Mini Jian went above and beyond to find us a room with a larger bathroom. Additionally, due to our late-night flight, Miss Mini Jian kindly extended our check-out time to 6 PM without any additional cost. Her exceptional service made our stay even more enjoyable.
We highly recommend Changsha Muyi H Hotel for its comfortable accommodations and excellent customer service. We would also like to commend Miss Mini Jian for her outstanding work and suggest that the management consider giving her a pat on the shoulder for her exceptional service.
