Hotel Chengde dengan Kolam Renang

承德兆豐國際酒店比較高檔，設施也新。房間大，被子、枕頭等都使用比較好，休息得好。工作人員態度也好，由於感冒了吃葯後出汗，所以我打電話要求做衞生時把床上四件套換一下。沒想到過了一天，工作人員又再次換了。服務工作很認真、細心！兆豐國際的早餐也比較好，內容比較豐富的，那羊雜湯裏面的料也多、蠻好吃的。去避暑山莊、外八廟什麼的都𣎴遠，出行方便。唯一有點遺憾的是雙床房都不面對河。

Hotel is grand and new. Rooms are big and clean. Buffet breakfast has a lot of varieties and some menus change everyday. Staffs there are professional, nice and polite. Hotel also provide free entry couple to the spa wellness club adjoining to the hotel. We really enjoy the hotel services and facilities during the 4 days stay. We definitely will stay st this hotel if coming to chengde again. Strongly recommended!

Great location in the center of interest of ChengDe. Easy to reach any places to visit. Rooms are clean and tidy. The staff is very kind and the food is great too

説實話智選的酒店還可以 沒給五點零分是因為 廁所不是乾濕分離 很不方便 環境什麼的倒是沒得挑 挺乾淨整潔的 就是早餐時間有點短 九點半就關了 別的酒店一般都是到十點半才截止 不過總的來説還是很不錯的

知道普寧寺臘八當天有每年一次的施粥，所以提前一天到的承德。這家酒店價格合適，大品牌房間乾淨暖和環境好停車免費，前台知道我們從外地來的，還把我們三口的早餐給升級了，早餐的羊湯味道好，當地特色值得品嚐。有想到承德去除班味兒，體驗慢生活的，推薦。

酒店服務特別好特別好，感受到了劉經理和孫經理如家人一般都熱情，房間很大，非常乾淨。隔音效果特別特別好。熱水非常足，洗澡很舒服。附近吃東西特別方便 停車場也很大。早餐非常好吃。下次來承德還會入住。ps，離承德南站非常近 坐車很方便。

酒店是看康熙大典的不二之選，位置極為便利。服務非常周到，入住之前打電話諮詢前台演出訊息，值班前台小姜立刻給到座位圖，並及時安排好演出行程和優選座位。入住當天一早值班經理就打電話確認了到達訊息，聽説我們有大孩子立刻升級了家庭房並贈送了一份早餐。前台姑娘一對一辦理入住服務陪看房間，介紹當地的小吃特色餐廳細節。因為臨時有事要提前退房，值班楊經理立刻協調辦理，還寬慰客人理解突**況的需求。非常好的酒店，下次再來。

環境：開車方便，下高速五公里便是，道路平坦。周圍比較空曠。 設施：房間很大，乾淨。空調舒適。温泉水超級贊，水温適中水量大。可在房間內泡，也可去公共温泉和泳池。但公共區域在2號樓，需要在外行走一段時間，天寒地凍時不方便。 餐飲：飯菜物美價廉，強烈推薦莜麪窩窩！麪皮薄軟，比那個連鎖西北飯館X貝做的好吃！ 服務：差評！其實大部分人都還好。但是我們辦理入住時前台沒有給我們温泉券，告訴我們出示房卡即可。但是到了公共温泉那邊，服務人員向我們索要温泉券，並懷疑我們根本沒有購買。最後我們出示了攜程訂房記錄才作罷。為什麼同一家酒店沒有統一説法，還要逼迫遊客自證清白？硬件條件這麼好的酒店，服務意識卻慘不忍睹，實在令人惋惜。

Absolutely loving this place! The vibes is totally awesome and a nice place to chill with lots of activities to do, though unfortunately we only had one night here as we only planned to hike Jin Shan Ling, but we will definitely be back for more next round! Service and hospitality is top notch and absolutely grateful to have such a nice bunch of staff who were super friendly and warm. The hotel was near Jin Shan Ling (about 5 mins drive) and they even offered to drive and pick us to and fro the hotel and Jin Shan Ling. Within the hotel, they were concerned with us feeling cold so they ferried us to our room as our room was a few mins walk away, and fetched us from our room to the lobby when we wanted to hang out at their chill areas there which turned out to be really relaxing. They served super sumptuous meals including a hot pot set which was great for winter and even offered us complimentary dishes as part of winter solstice. One of the staff named Henry Zhang gave us a tour at their exhibition centre showing the various scenic areas in 四季山, 金山岭 and 北京城! We enjoyed the experience sharing from him and the explanation to the various attraction sites, appreciate the sweet gesture as he didn’t actually had to do that but he did so! Room was absolutely great and spacious, extremely clean and comfortable with heaters inside the restrooms which was super nice. It was a good night rest for us. Breakfast was their local dishes which was great too and super filling (buns, eggs, porridge, dough sticks, specialty cold dishes). All in all, we had no complains from the time we checked in, super loved the experience and it definitely make us want to book another trip here again soon! 特别喜欢这里的服务，在这里住的很舒服也非常开心。好美的地方和人，令我都马上想在订下一趟旅程来这里了！好可惜我们只住了一晚因为我们本来只是想爬金山岭，如果能待多几天那该多好。。简直完美! ❤️

我們住的二期，房間不大，但非常乾淨，設施有點舊。優點在於穿着泳衣浴泡下到一樓可以游泳泡温泉，用房卡可以多次泡。有汗蒸，所以超值。早餐到大樓吃還不錯
