Hotel Zhangjiakou dengan Kolam Renang

5/5 stars! Our stay at this hotel was truly unforgettable, thanks to the exceptional service from Jason Wen and Tom - their warm hospitality made us feel right at home! We were even treated to a complimentary room upgrade, complete with a stunning balcony view! The hotel's convenient location, just a 10-minute drive from the town center, made exploring a breeze. While shopping options nearby are limited, the HU WA restaurant on the hotel's first floor is a must-try, serving delicious dishes at affordable prices! Breakfast at the hotel was impressive, with a wide variety of options and top-notch service. We highly recommend this hotel for its excellent staff, comfortable stay, and great location! A special tip for snow ski/board beginners: this resort is an excellent place to start! However, consider renting equipment in town, as prices are nearly half compared to other ski resorts. Although the rental fees are higher here, the equipment and clothing are relatively new, less than a year old.

We received a very warm welcome when we arrived in the morning. We are allowed to check into our room early despite the check in time is 12pm, and we received free movie tickets too. There is a range of Chinese tea to choose from for the afternoon tea. The breakfast is yummy, and the service is fantastic, the lady manager arrange to send us to the train station when we leave . I Will definitely recommend This hotel to all my friends.

入住前因為更名有點擔心，實際情況超預期。硬件仍然保留洲際系酒店的風格和細節，早餐也算豐富。最大的亮點是前台這兩個姑娘，待人都很温和熱情，而且推薦了適合家庭親子的荷里活大床房。因為我們高鐵時間比較晚，我原本是想再開一個鐘點房，但是前台姑娘直接幫忙免費續了一個小時。

提醒大家，這家酒店是攜程所謂的五鑽酒店，不是五星酒店，不提供五星級的服務，雖然打電話給他們確認，他們自己説自己是五星級標準。但是並不是，五星級酒店會提供健身房和游泳池的免費使用。但是他們家是收費的。其次，他們家早餐很差，偌大的早餐廳裏三個服務員，連廚師都看不到，涼菜不新鮮，我有圖片，花了五星級酒店的錢，最後卻是消費了個快捷酒店的服務。攜程再打插邊球，酒店再打插邊球。就是忽悠消費者，出了問題不解決。找理由搪塞。

Excellent all around! The hotel provides for your every need, from free transport to and from the station and two of the nearby ski resorts (Thaiwoo and Genting) to the sumptuous breakfast every morning. Even laundry was free! Room service is prompt and the whole place is clean, modern and welcoming. The staff is friendly and efficient. In the winter, the well-insulated rooms are a godsend. The shower works well, and there is a bathtub. We couldn't believe the value for money was so amazing, and we would definitely stay here again.

That's not international by any means, it doesn't even have a TV channel in English. Renovation is very cosmetic. Breakfasts are not bad though

The hotel location is very good, inside the Thaiwoo Ski resort. Room is clean, and big. Staff are very helpful except the chef during breakfast. We ask politely for omelette for our kid, but chef was refuse & respond it with improper manner. However, the other chef during lunch on our first day was nice. Overall Hyatt Chongli is a great place to stay for ski trip in Thaiwoo!

This was a fantastic stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful and really made the trip enjoyable. The rooms and amenities were all modern, clean, and comfortable. All my future stays in Zhangjiakou will be here!

There were good things and bad things for this weekend trip. The bad things did not ruin the trip and we still have a great time. First, the parking here is so horrible. We drove around a few times to find a spot to oark. We couldn’t drive up to check-in. The parking garage was full and asking the guard about where to park he said the lot and garage were at capacity. We arrived well after the checkin time but our room was not ready and were still being cleaned. It took 4 people to check us in but they eventually got it sorted but this was an issue that was not in their control. They made the process very smooth and stored our luggage as we waited in the lobby. They have Starbucks” in the lobby and we waited for the rooms. The rooms were amazing and had that old world few feel to them. The beds were comfortable and the suites were very spacious. We had both a 1 bedroom suite and an executive suite. The breakfast did not live up to expectations they were slow to refill juices and left with a feeling of being mediocre. Steamed buns were soggy. We ordered food from Delivery and ate dinner out.

The hotel is amazing!!! The most friendly personal i ever seen!!! Thank Candice for help and explanation all!!! Very good English of most hotel staff. Restaurant and breakfast high level and delicious!!! Very good room for children and if you want, you can walk with dogs, it’s so lovely! My son wants already returned here! I chose hotel long time, and it’s the best my choice of hotel, it situation between two ski resorts in beautiful aria near lake.
