Staffs was friendly and amicable at the reception which made a good start to the stay.  Room was clean and tidy and everything is in good order.

I really enjoyed my stay here, it was very convenient and also very cheap. I am quite enraptured by this hotel. There were also a lot of amenities like automatic curtain, gym available, delivery to the room, etc. The bathroom design was quite reasonable.

I recently stayed at Pullman Yantai Center Hotel, and overall the experience was excellent. The hotel truly feels deserving of its 5-star rating, with outstanding service, facilities, and atmosphere. However, there were a few maintenance issues that affected the stay experience. The SONY TV in the room had very poor pixel resolution and display quality. In addition, the bathtub drain plug was difficult to operate and had to be manually removed by hand, and the windows leaked during the rain. There was also an overcharge issue at the front desk during my stay, but the receptionist handled it professionally and promptly corrected the problem by issuing a refund. Their service was outstanding. In addition, I did not receive the wine factory coupons that were supposed to be included during my stay. I hope the hotel can improve these details, as the rest of the stay was otherwise very enjoyable.

Really nice hotel, good location, very clean and friendly staff. Was surprised to see there wasn't a door to the bathroom, but a curtain. However, view and location made up for it greatly!!

Excellent stay experience. A hotel brand stands true for its reputation. My request for early check in was considered without any hassle. Was pleasantly surprised especially after a long journey. Could not use other services such as spa, gym etc. breakfast varied and really delicious ! Loved the design of room balcony and the view very much ! In room dining was quick and pleasant.

Dongying Wanda Realm hotel is very comfortable and the best I have stayed in Dongying. Spacious, quality rooms, very clean with excellent facilities, particularly the pool and gym, and with very attentive, pleasant and helpful staff, especially Andrew who has provided excellent assistance over my many stays. Highly recommended for short or long stays as the go-to hotel in Dongying.

1)Location: about 8 minutes walk to Hongmen , a starting point to walk up Taishan Mountains. But there is a shorter way about 5 minutes walk from the hotel that led one up Taishan. Many local shops and eateries around the area. 2) A value for money at this hotel ; spacious room and clean environment and they provide breakfast on request. 3) The service by the owner and parent were excellent. Providing interesting information around the area.

Our stay was pleasant, per our rooms. One caveat though was that the breakfast was unbelievably crowded. The wait for the noodles and fish dumplings were ridiculously long. It took me 10 minutes just to get the dumplings. The hotel should have got another pan for another crew member to cook the dumplings. The layout of the breakfast area was absurd. The bakery line was aweful. We could not get a table for 6 of us to sit together at the peak hours. Marriott elsewhere was better than this location, in terms of breakfast. We have always stayed at Marriott around the world. The best one was in Taipei.

Fantastic location next to the main attractions and shopping areas. Due to low season, there were no crowds and we had the breakfast buffet pretty much to ourselves. The buffet had a selection of local and international dishes. The staff were courteous and assisted wherever possible despite possible despite the language barrier. The rooms were massive and very clean. Our only complaint was the hot water in the shower of our room was not hot enough. We had it to the max and still the water was lukewarm. Not really good after a long day out in the cold!

For quite some time, I’ve had the pleasure of staying at the Kempinski in Jinan, and it continues to exceed my expectations. Without a doubt, this is the premier hotel in Jinan, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone. Book a stay here—you won’t regret it!
