One of the best hotel experiences I had in the past years. Top class service. Excellent food and facilities. The best breakfast I had in a long time. An amazing GYM with top equipment. The location couldn’t be better in the Munich city center. Definitely the best hotel in Munich by far. Highly recommended.

Location of the hotel is not strategic. Never take tram to the hotel if you are coming with luggages. There is a long flight of stairs at the tram station and climbing up with luggages is insane. It’s better to take buses that stop nearby the hotel. It’s looks more like a 3 stars hotel instead of 4 stars. The route to my assigned room is like a maze. Room amenities is by request and need to ask at front desk. Overall the room is clean and staff are polite. Cozy stays.

We booked this hotel to be on the U6 line so we could be in between Munich city centre (Marienplatz) and Allianz Arena (Fröttmaning). This was perfect although it is a good 10 minute walk with suitcases. The room was clean, comfortable and compact. The breakfast had a small variety of options especially the hot section compared to other Marriott hotels.

The hotel's location is excellent because it is in an important area in Munich, two steps from the famous Maximilian Street. The hotel staff and workers are very friendly, the place is comfortable and quiet, and the service is excellent.

My stay in Am Moosfeld Hotel was amazing, free water upon checkin, free flowing water at the lobby, coffee available all day (at a cost), with indoor swimming pool and sauna available until 11pm. Hotel is about 10-15mins away from the nearest station which is great, and easy to navigate once you got used to it. Staff were very friendly.

First, I would not recommend this hotel to travelers with young children or elderly family members. The surrounding area is highly mixed and felt unsafe during our stay. Within just three nights in Munich, we personally witnessed incidents including fighting and shop theft. This created a strong sense of insecurity for us as a family traveling with young children. Second, the bathroom design is extremely inconsiderate and poses safety risks. The raised bathroom floor becomes very slippery after the first person showers, yet no grab bars or safety features are provided. This is unacceptable for a hotel of such a well-known brand, and it is shocking that guest safety was clearly not considered during the design stage. Third, the housekeeping service was disappointing. Despite being out since morning, our room was not cleaned when we returned in the evening. When we requested assistance just to empty the rubbish bin, the cleaner refused, claiming our room was not within their assigned work area—even though it was on the same floor. Cleaning was only carried out after we called the housekeeping hotline, which left us very disappointed with the service standard. Overall, the experience fell far below expectations for a branded hotel, particularly in terms of safety, design consideration, and service quality.

Service at Bayerischer Hof starts outside, when arriving by car: They take care of your luggage and take the keys to park your car. Reception is very friendly, helpful and effectively under the Corona-Regulations, to provide a good room for you. Breakfast is still good, but before Corona-Times it was definitely better. I only managed a Dinner at Trader Vic's, which is quite nice for tourists, but not the original food I know from Asia myself. The four days at the Bayerischer Hof were the most comfortable time I had this year. And now I plan to be back there in December - same hotel.

The convenience of being able to stroll through the historic city center or simply step outside to admire the beauty of Maximilianstrasse made my stay even more enjoyable. It's a testament to the hotel's commitment to offering guests the best of Munich right at their doorstep. The overall experience at Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski was nothing short of exceptional. The luxurious accommodations, attentive staff, and attention to detail throughout the property were all factors that contributed to a memorable stay. The blend of classic elegance and modern amenities created an inviting and sophisticated atmosphere, which I found to be both comfortable and inspiring. Room is clean and modern designed. There is sauna and swimming pool. Though size of swimming pool is small, only one people can swim, the area is very relaxing. Hotel is not close to the subway station (15min walk, but very close to a tram stop (50meters or so). There are free candies in the lobby. Overall the experience is good.
