Hotel Munich dengan Kolam Renang

One of the best hotel experiences I had in the past years. Top class service. Excellent food and facilities. The best breakfast I had in a long time. An amazing GYM with top equipment. The location couldn’t be better in the Munich city center. Definitely the best hotel in Munich by far. Highly recommended.

於12.24日平安夜入住慕尼黑的查爾斯酒店，位置很方便就在市中心旁，停車有服務人員幫忙停車拿行李進房間。前台人員奉上了歡迎的聖誕飲料，以及全程很溫暖貼心的服務。酒店是有歷史氣息的，房間比較現代化，小陽台可以看到公園景色，清晨陽光照進來房間時心情也超級好。提前定了酒店內的餐廳Sophia's 的聖誕晚餐，食物中規中矩吧 不好吃也不難吃。早餐種類蠻多的，除了歐洲能見到的自助餐外還有巴伐利亞套餐可以嘗試。總體來講性價比蠻高 且不會踩雷的酒店。Rocco forte也是個蠻大的酒店集團。

還是給個五星好評吧，一是地理位置極佳，地鐵口出來就是酒店，而且離景點很近，二是服務態度非常好，三是給免費提供飲用水，歐洲酒店不常見，雖然房間不太大但畢竟是歐洲酒店，正常。

The hotel's location is excellent because it is in an important area in Munich, two steps from the famous Maximilian Street. The hotel staff and workers are very friendly, the place is comfortable and quiet, and the service is excellent.

Great hotel, staff is really friendly and the indoor pool and gym facilities are good. Great breakfast, they even have fried rice and porridge. VIP lounge is small but have basic things you need.

The hotel's location is pretty good. It's closed by most tourist spots in Munich. The staff is quite nice & helpful. The spa and gym is quite nice, and breakfast is good too. However, my mom found a little dirty stuff in the shower when she first got into her room. That's a minus. Overall, the hotel is quite good.

Service at Bayerischer Hof starts outside, when arriving by car: They take care of your luggage and take the keys to park your car. Reception is very friendly, helpful and effectively under the Corona-Regulations, to provide a good room for you. Breakfast is still good, but before Corona-Times it was definitely better. I only managed a Dinner at Trader Vic's, which is quite nice for tourists, but not the original food I know from Asia myself. The four days at the Bayerischer Hof were the most comfortable time I had this year. And now I plan to be back there in December - same hotel.

Reception的態度平淡，不熱帎。預訂飯店時曾在特殊要求上列出须要乳膠枕及額外的行李架，結果入住時什麼都沒有準備，concierge的服務態度較好，check out時曾提前要求frontdesk 派人來協助搬運行李，結果完全沒人來幫忙，晚上在飯店餐廳用餐，服務態度平平，不熱帎也不關心，也許是生意太好，無法分身顧及，食物品質普通，與網站上所稱慕尼黑美食飯店第一名實不相符。我們在網站上預訂的至尊豪華房註明房間大小35-38平方米，實際入住發房間根本沒有預期大小。總而言之，除了地理位置，其他都名不符實，只能給予中等評價，但以後大概不會再去入住，也不會推薦朋友去，也許期望值太高，所以失望也較大吧！

Room is clean and modern designed. There is sauna and swimming pool. Though size of swimming pool is small, only one people can swim, the area is very relaxing. Hotel is not close to the subway station (15min walk, but very close to a tram stop (50meters or so). There are free candies in the lobby. Overall the experience is good.
