This Hotel claims to be 4 star but misses this rating significantly. On the PLUS side - Lovely traditional building in great shaded garden with two swimming pools. Good location to access the walled city via an escalator. Reception staff helpful & multi-lingual. The NEGATIVES - Hotel appears to be seriously under-staffed and poorly trained customer facing staff. Given the multinational guests staying there the customer facing waiting staff can only understand/communicate in Spanish. Breakfast was chaotic - have to seek out a staff member to take your order & on one occasion not arriving until challenged then delivered cold. Not able to get a drink of coffee/beer at 12.00 noon - told bar didn't open until 1.00pm. No bar service at pool, having to go down 3 flights of stairs to get a drink - but not until 1.00pm earliest! despite 28 degrees of heat. Ask to see their drinks list & you get a blank stare back or the word ”drinks?” Full menu in restaurant only available Thurs to Saturdays! Rest of week is every limited menu (same menu at dinner & lunch) will no other options for food outside of lunchtime at 1.00pm or dinner at 8.30pm. In 4 days we saw no evidence on any effective management of staff or processes to ensure staff control, direction or to deliver effective or good customer service. The customer service falls well short of accepted 4 star standards with limited availability of food/times and drinks when required during Toledo hot days. Apart from the property itself & gardens the overall experience would barely achieve a 2 or 3 star rating internationally. Our 3 star hotel in Segovia was more satisfying.

This hotel is simply magnificent! The entire stay was faultless, from the checkin to check out, the staff couldn’t have made our stay any better. We enjoyed all the facilities of the hotel from the breakfast through to dinner with a trip to the spa in between! My wife is vegan and quite often finds it difficult to be accommodated in northern Spain, but whilst the menu was limited for her, the staff went out of their way to help. Can’t wait to come back!!

I wouldn't consider this a 5 star hotel, the views and surroundings are great, but that's about it. The hotel needs a proper renovation, the furniture is outdated and with clear marks of usage, musty and dust covering a lot of areas. The entire place gives a 70s vibe, and not in the good way. The worse bit for me is how poorly sound proofed the rooms are. The corridors' floors are tiled but there's a wide gap between tiles, so when people walk around carrying luggage, it sounds like a freight train just passing outside the room. Not great when that happens early in the morning. The breakfast and restaurant are ok, and most of the staff are nice.

Pues le robaron el bolso a mi mujer en un salón privado en la 2° planta y con un camarero controlando el acceso al bufet, el ladrón o ladrones paso por recepción fue al salón del bufet estuvo hablando con el camarero q controlaba el acceso (porque yo lo vi y el me lo confirmo) y sin embargo no se porque razón le dejaron permanecer el el salón (a mi me preguntaron por la habitación para pasar) y en un despiste nos robaron el bolso.
Creo q habría q ser muchísimo más cuidadoso con el acceso, ya veremos como termina esto
Entre los 3000€ q sacaron de la tarjeta y los más de 1000€ de perdidas por efectivo, movil, gafas, llaves coches, etc, la estancia me salió por un pico.
OJO NO DEJEIS NADA DESATENDIDO
En principio el hotel rechaza cualquier responsabilidad y me dicen q no tienen seguro para responder del robo, ya veremos si la consejería de sanidad puede mediar en el asunto.

On the positive side, the rooms are spacious as are the bathrooms - could do with an update, but bigger than average; Housekeeping was efficient. However, with almost 300 rooms,be aware that this hotel caters for tourist parties/conferences/events with all that that implies i.e. 2 sittings for breakfast. There was a huge choice for the buffet breakfast, but not a place for a romantic breakfast, or indeed dinner, as the noise level in the cafeteria is very loud; I hesitate to call it a restaurent as there is another in the complex which we didn't try. The hotel is also about 2kms from the historical centre of Toledo, which could be one of the reasons for your visit. Apparently it is possible to walk there (uphill after a flat approach, and in the heat?), but it is difficult to navigate and the receptionists weren't able to be much help. As a consequence in order to visit you need to take a taxi (approximately 10 euros each way) which adds to the cost. And if you don't wish to eat at the hotel you also need to book a taxi. In this respect, the receptionists were very helpful. If your reason for visiting Toledo is for a conference, then this could be for you, otherwise as a simple tourist, I would look elsewhere in town.

Petite escale à Tolède, nous avons fait étape dans ce lieu incroyable. La vue sur Tolède est imprenable, la literie est très confortable. La chambre dispose de son petit balcon terrasse. En s'endormant la porte fenêtre grande ouverte, le réveil est assuré au lever du jour par le chant des oiseaux venus se poser sur le balcon. La salle de bain est correctement équipée. Le papier hygiénique est le seul élément irritant de cette étape.

We had booked two nights at the hotel but really considered checking out after the first nigh as a car is required to visit the city and the restaurant was closed. I showed the receptionist their web page and it said that the restaurant was open. A few hours later we were told that a meal would be coked for us and could we choose what we wanted. It appeared that one chef was ill and the other chef came in and cooked just for us, this was a piece of great customer service which we appreciated. I believe that due to covid the hotel was not getting many guests and therefore revenue was down, this also showed in the garden not been kept tidy, although the pool was in good repair. The room required a little tender loving but had a fridge and AC but no safe. The public areas in the hotel were clean and tidy. The panoramic view of the city was spectacular. I feel for the hotel owners as with reduced revenue they did not have enough money to spend on the outside areas, but I think that as the number of guest increase the hotel will shine once again.

We had a great stay at Hotel Los Cigarrales just outside Toledo. The hotel is located across the Tajo River and up the hill across the city. There are several viewpoints of Toledo nearby, which are in within walking distance. You will need to drive or take a bus to access the historical center. I was in a triple room with my wife and daughter. The room was spacious, although the walls were a little thin (we could hear noise coming in from the hallway). The person at the reception desk was very helpful and spoke good English. Free parking is available, and breakfast is available in the morning (for a surcharge). We would definitely stay again the next time we are in the area.

EElena DengaevaLa ubicación es excelente. El diseño del hotel y las vistas de la terraza son espectaculares. El personal muy amable. Las camas muy comodas y buenas almohadas. La habitación es pequeña, pero comoda y calentita. Quisiera destacar la limpieza, es de 10. El desayuno es completo y rico.
Fue una gran estancia:) Gracias a todo el personal!

MMirian Miras AragonBuen hotel situado dentro de las murallas de Toledo, con acceso en coche muy fácil, parking que puedes reservar al llegar (sujeto a disponibilidad). La habitación que nos dieron era amplia y la limpieza un 10. Camas muy cómodas. Sin duda alguna repetiremos.

PPengguna TetamuStayed 3 nights on a Leger Holidays tour. Room was ok. Had a safe (but it wasn't secured to the wall which makes it a bit pointless really) Mini bar/Fridge and hairdryer. Free air con that packed up on our last morning. Good spread at breakfast and although the restaurant gets crowded there is also an overflow room. The bad points: 1/. The cafe style bar area isn't really big enough for the size of the hotel, although there is a large lounge area adjacent to the Reception desk and entrance I always feel you lose a bit of atmosphere in these such areas. 2/. We couldn't get cold water out of the basin mixer tap or the shower. It was hot water or nothing. 3/. There was an Iron available on request but there appeared to be only one. So if a guest held onto it you had to go without.

Good service with helpful reception staff.
Could be improved with better cleaning in the room and a fresher smell.
Prices become indecent around summer, same as every big city in Spain. However it’s certainly not worth the price paid.

PPengguna TetamuGreat Hotel in the city centre. Top location. Spacious rooms with great beds. Nice staff. Mini Bar. The free walking tour in. English starts in the front of the hotel. The sightseeing busses ar with 50 metres. Ideal for a two or three days stay in the old city of Toledo

My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights with our friends at the end of February . We found this family run boutique hotel which used to be a Blacksmith s very comfortable and in a great location. Nestled in the old city wall close to the Mosquita. Very good staff at all times of the day lovely friendly welcome and service . Our room was a superior double room at the back of the hotel, very comfortable although the bathroom was a little small . Self service buffet breakfast was excellent . Plenty of choice and local produce. Would definatley stay again

PPengguna TetamuElegimos 3 Habitaciones dobles con cama individuales, pues indicaros que nos encantaron, camas amplias y tanto colchones como almohadas muy cómodos, imprescindible para descansar después de patear Toledo. Baño completo con ducha muy limpio y bastante nuevo todo. Limpieza correcta . La señorita que nos atendió en la recepción muy amable y colaborativa. Si vuelves al hotel a horas tardías te dan un código de acceso para poder acceder. Situación del hotel bastante buena cerca de escaleras automáticas que van desde estación de autobuses hasta mirador arriba del todo.
Elegimos habitación con desayuno incluido, desayuno continental café, zumo , tostadas con tomate o mantequilla , cruasant caliente , yogures , cereales, todo servido en mesa por la amable señorita que atiende la cafetería, terraza mirador con buenas vistas.
Repetiría sin dudarl9 en futura visita a la ciudad.

WWushitianpin酒店位置不在古城裡。但是我覺得個人建議就住在城外更方便。古城很大。你無論住那個酒店在城裡都是要走很久。我把車開到城門邊上然後走進去更方便。還便宜。酒店比較老但是還是很乾淨。
