Hotel Dengan Bar di Taiwan, China

There is room for improvement in the service of staff. The hotel has a laundry room. We were told that if required (we couldn't meet the operating hour of the laundry room), we could seek assistance from the front desk in the morning. But, when morning came and shift changed, the front desk was unaware of this and we were told to come back during operation hours. So, we chose to wash our clothes in the evening when the staff who advised us that she could keep the laundry room open for us is there. As we are travelling with kids, there is lots of luggages we have to bring. With 4 luggages and 1 stroller. The space for a family room becomes small - limited space to move. Other than that, everything is fine.

Friendly staffs. Hassle free check-in. Variety of breakfast. Beach an countryside cycling, night market, nature walk, sea breeze, light house and comfortable shuttle service and many more form an unforgettable experience.

Tempat letak kereta menyusahkan dan anda perlu pergi ke tempat lain, tetapi kakitangan perkhidmatan menjelaskan dengan sabar dan anda boleh meletakkan bagasi anda terlebih dahulu! Tanah adalah sangat mahal di Taipei, jadi tempat letak kereta dilakukan oleh tempat letak kereta mekanikal dengan gesper magnet! Kakitangan perkhidmatan juga membantu saya mendaftar masuk. Saya tinggal di tingkat 25. Terdapat dispenser air di atas lantai, yang sangat mudah. Bilik itu sangat bersih. Tingkat tinggi itu dilengkapi dengan tingkap kaca yang besar, jadi saya dapat melihat dengan jelas pemandangan yang indah. Walau bagaimanapun, bunyi hujan di tengah malam sangat jelas! Terdapat banyak ***a bufet sarapan pagi, dan kanak-kanak sangat menyukai kawasan permainan kanak-kanak, tetapi tidak ramai yang menggunakannya! Kolam renang luaran agak kecil, jadi saya tidak menggunakannya! Daftar keluar juga pantas, tetapi jangan lupa untuk menyahmagnetkan gancu magnet tempat letak kereta untuk mengelak daripada membuat perjalanan lain!

Bilik Bilik 928 ialah bilik paling teras. Jika anda membeli katil double Elite Skyline, bilik 928 ialah pilihan pertama anda. Ia adalah bilik paling tengah di tingkat atas tingkat sembilan bawah (di bawah atap), terletak di paksi tengah hotel. Hidang Standard yang perlu ada pada hotel lima bintang antarabangsa. Sarapan pagi yang berpengalaman, pelbagai jenis dan berkualiti tinggi ciri Pastikan anda melakukan lawatan berpandu ke West Midway. Hiasan dan susun atur hotel sangat khusus, dan anda benar-benar perlu mendengar penjelasan pakar. Harga Ctrip sangat berfaedah berbanding dengan saluran lain!

Good sized room with comfortable King sized bed. Room and bathroom were very clean, however the glass windows were super dirty (way overdue for an external facade cleaning). Check out was smooth just need to drop room key into drop box at the lobby but the pre-arranged hotel airport shuttle was disappointing. The shuttle ran out of seats even with pre-booking with no staff to check if others had made a booking before boarding. I and another guest whom had prebooked the shuttle had to wait for another driver to bring his car around to send us to the airport. We had to unload our suitcase from the first shuttle too.

Bed is comfortable. Only downside is nearby not too much eateries or places to shop around. Otherwise is a nice hotel.

I love the whole vibe of the hotel where it give off this rustic industrial look but the interior of the room is really nice. Front desk was super accommodating when we wanted to upgrade our room but the initial upgraded room was not to our liking and they kindly suggested another room for us to have a look first before we decide on it. we were able to check in an hour earlier as well and was able to keep our luggage at the front desk after check out and return back later to collect. overall an amazing experience with SOF hotel and would definitely come back to stay when im in taichung again

This is a WOW hotel. Clean spacious rooms. Great location. Impeccable staff: Check-in, room attendant, ride hailing staff and especially their Concierge-Willy-!!!.All above par. And you gotta love their robot delivery:) They also include a free walking tour and it was wonderful!

I stayed at Vagus for 10 days and loved it. It stood out from other 3-star hotels with its retro charm and character. The small warm lights around the room created a cosy vibe (yet it was still bright enough when I wanted to read). The bedroom and bathroom were both very clean, everything was in great working condition, and there were no issues with security. The air-con was straightforward and performed well - the strong mode was really cold and the 'weak' mode was cold enough. The key was like a normal house key that I dropped off at the front desk every time I went out so I didn't have to worry about losing it. All the staff (from the receptionists to the cleaners) were very kind, helpful and responsible. I enjoyed the breakfast buns, teas and cereal drinks, and I appreciated that they provided fruit-infused water on hot days. The location was fantastic - so many great food options around, so near to both Zhongshan MRT and Taipei Main Station MRT, and just slightly less crowded and noisy than the opposite side, making it a soothing refuge from the hustle and bustle of Taipei. You need to be prepared though that the hotel bed is firm and hard (common in Taiwan), but at least it's better than a mattress that sinks in.

For the location, it's quite far out from the center of Hualien. So you will need to hail a taxi or call the reception desk to book a shuttle bus to pick you up from the station and to the station. Another thing to know is that Uber doesn't work here so you will need to download another app or just physically hail a taxi. However, this is the best hotel I've stayed so far in Taiwan. The room & toilet are extremely spacious and clean. There is a lot of facilities in this hotel that includes a free pool table, ping pong table and swimming pool for you to enjoy. The breakfast buffet is also quite good with a lot of selection as well.
