It’s a new but safe area, only takes 10 minutes walk to the famous Fengchia night market, the market by the way is so vibrant until almost midnight and shops open till quite late. The hotel has a bar zone at the lobby with different cocktails and drinks, it’s good to énjoy drinks there and enclosing your travelling trip after a late night stroll at the nearby night market for food and snacks, a bit of shopping, etc. The hotel room has simple and minimalist design, toilet is clean with good quality shampoo and shower gel. The room rate is reasonable and will recommend friends to stay here.

Tempat letak kereta menyusahkan dan anda perlu pergi ke tempat lain, tetapi kakitangan perkhidmatan menjelaskan dengan sabar dan anda boleh meletakkan bagasi anda terlebih dahulu! Tanah adalah sangat mahal di Taipei, jadi tempat letak kereta dilakukan oleh tempat letak kereta mekanikal dengan gesper magnet! Kakitangan perkhidmatan juga membantu saya mendaftar masuk. Good sized room with comfortable King sized bed. Room and bathroom were very clean, however the glass windows were super dirty (way overdue for an external facade cleaning). Check out was smooth just need to drop room key into drop box at the lobby but the pre-arranged hotel airport shuttle was disappointing. The shuttle ran out of seats even with pre-booking with no staff to check if others had made a booking before boarding. I and another guest whom had prebooked the shuttle had to wait for another driver to bring his car around to send us to the airport. We had to unload our suitcase from the first shuttle too.

Bed is comfortable. Only downside is nearby not too much eateries or places to shop around. Otherwise is a nice hotel.

location was pretty convenient had many breakfast options, convenient stores and bus stops within walking distances only down side would be that due to the garden in the center there were a lot of mosqitoes and other bugs in the room? i had clusters of insect bites on my legs but my family who were in another room did not face this issue so rather hit or miss

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Nicely renovated, spacious, and right next to a mall. Kids club is so good - my kids don’t want to go anywhere else. Definitely would revisit next time!

Lokasi hotel adalah hebat! Ia berhampiran sekurang-kurangnya 2 stesen kereta api (dan perhentian bas), banyak kafe dan resto serta kawasan membeli-belah. Harganya juga hebat! Ia cukup untuk menikmati bilik dan kemudahan yang disediakan serta terdapat cip unli dan kopi di lobi. Untuk penampilan hotel, ia bagus, reka bentuk vintaj adalah straight to the point❤️ Satu-satunya komen saya ialah tilam yang sangat kukuh memerlukan kusyen tambahan dan kadang-kadang terdapat bau lembap yang berlarutan di lorong, mungkin kerana karpet lama di atas lantai. Secara keseluruhannya, hotel yang hebat dan perkhidmatan yang hebat! Sangat disyorkan untuk keluarga atau rakan!

For the location, it's quite far out from the center of Hualien. So you will need to hail a taxi or call the reception desk to book a shuttle bus to pick you up from the station and to the station. Another thing to know is that Uber doesn't work here so you will need to download another app or just physically hail a taxi. However, this is the best hotel I've stayed so far in Taiwan. The room & toilet are extremely spacious and clean. There is a lot of facilities in this hotel that includes a free pool table, ping pong table and swimming pool for you to enjoy. The breakfast buffet is also quite good with a lot of selection as well.
