Hotel Dengan Bar di Taiwan, China

Everything was very good. Staffs are kind and warm welcoming. There is free shuttle bus service from kaoshung to hotel, it’s very convenient. A bar located on the beach. Grab some beer at night with good vibe. It’s perfect!

Tempat letak kereta menyusahkan dan anda perlu pergi ke tempat lain, tetapi kakitangan perkhidmatan menjelaskan dengan sabar dan anda boleh meletakkan bagasi anda terlebih dahulu! Tanah adalah sangat mahal di Taipei, jadi tempat letak kereta dilakukan oleh tempat letak kereta mekanikal dengan gesper magnet! Kakitangan perkhidmatan juga membantu saya mendaftar masuk. Saya tinggal di tingkat 25. Terdapat dispenser air di atas lantai, yang sangat mudah. Bilik itu sangat bersih. Tingkat tinggi itu dilengkapi dengan tingkap kaca yang besar, jadi saya dapat melihat dengan jelas pemandangan yang indah. Walau bagaimanapun, bunyi hujan di tengah malam sangat jelas! Terdapat banyak ***a bufet sarapan pagi, dan kanak-kanak sangat menyukai kawasan permainan kanak-kanak, tetapi tidak ramai yang menggunakannya! Kolam renang luaran agak kecil, jadi saya tidak menggunakannya! Daftar keluar juga pantas, tetapi jangan lupa untuk menyahmagnetkan gancu magnet tempat letak kereta untuk mengelak daripada membuat perjalanan lain!

Good sized room with comfortable King sized bed. Room and bathroom were very clean, however the glass windows were super dirty (way overdue for an external facade cleaning). Check out was smooth just need to drop room key into drop box at the lobby but the pre-arranged hotel airport shuttle was disappointing. The shuttle ran out of seats even with pre-booking with no staff to check if others had made a booking before boarding. I and another guest whom had prebooked the shuttle had to wait for another driver to bring his car around to send us to the airport. We had to unload our suitcase from the first shuttle too.

Located next to Pier 2 making the harbour walk easy & nice, however, it is in a terribly noisy location where buses, coaches dropping tourists, garbage trucks working in the early mornings and people walking towards the pier talking and laughing loudly etc It is about 15 mins taxi ride to Central Park etc The city and water view were nice. However the facilities and the hotel itself were dated. Balcony lock was not working in either room we stayed in. The water pressure in the bathroom was not strong at level 5. Thr bathroom set up is uncomfortable. Beds were not quality ones. The slippers were really cheap quality. Amenities were pretty limited. Breakfast buffet finishes at 9:30 not 10:00. The staff when we checked in was cold. Performed her job but not welcoming.

免費定時定點接駁車（要先預約）這個真的很吸引我，一打一不會騎車帶小小孩超需要，會在入住前一天晚上撥電話再次確認航班船班時間然後告知幫忙安排的接駁時刻（跟網站不一定一樣），入住當天飯店也會留意航班船班資訊，比原本預定的還要早搭上接駁車，多了好多漫遊的時間 飯店七樓的遊戲室空間蠻大，而且每天都有不同的活動安排可以報名參加（分免費跟付費），會有工作人員帶領一起完成作品或者遊戲 七樓有櫃檯可以借更衣室鑰匙跟置物櫃（可上鎖）也有提供大浴巾，有一個比較深的泳池跟一個水柱spa +戲水區，泳池有工作人員（救生員）在旁邊留意狀況，但休息放東西的椅子數量不太多，一下子就滿了沒地方放毛巾浴衣，如果有帶泳圈可以跟泳池旁的工作人員借用打氣機就好 飯店正對面就是南海遊客中心，過馬路就到超方便，遊客中心裡面有711營業到晚上11點，有提款機（很重要），因為七美望安的便利商店好像沒有提款機🤣，飯店還連接著另一個商場可以走走逛逛，也有餐廳、美食街，連全聯都很近（走路五分鐘左右） 工作人員對小朋友都很友善，也很願意提供協助，有澡盆、板凳、嬰兒床、床圍可以借用，訂房備註後就會準備好放在房間了，還有小朋友的拖鞋喔（適合中大童） 因為有換房型，但隔天剛好有參加半日遊行程，入住時跟櫃台工作人員詢問，工作人員表示只要把行李收好放在房間裏就好，房務人員會協助幫忙把行李換房間不用一大早拿下樓放哦！真的超貼心~

Rooms were excellent, sparkling clean, although the A/C was a bit smelly in the winter. We asked for a dehumidifier. Breakfast was very good, although continental breakfast was a bit limited as is often the case in Taiwan. Staff didn’t really speak English, so for everything that wxceed the standard check-in your I’ll need to use your phone to translate. Washing machine was not free (we payed 50 NTD total), laundry detergent is free though.

Nice high end hotel with wow factor for the room, but that is where it ends sadly. Very smooth check-in with Alan, who is very friendly and helpful, and full credits to him for impeccable service. Unfortunately, the service standards of the rest are not the same. Reception appears rather nonchalant, and towel in the room was stained with brown substance. Request for delayed checkout by an hour as the child felt unwell was rejected followed by a request for additional charges. Grateful for 30min being granted eventually. Location of the hotel is good, with many nice restaurants nearby and other than the stained towel, room was really nice. In a nutshell, it carries the vibe of one of those big premium hotels where customers should just feel honoured to be staying and not expecting any quality service, which is a real pity and does not do the nice hotel any justice. Hopefully the service will improve going forward.

Everything was spot on! Great location to explore Taroko National Park and little walk around the hotel was also good. It’s also convenient that we could use the hotel’s facilities till 3pm even after checking out. Would love to come back to stay.

The hotel is located on the mountain, facing Pacific sea veiw and near the Ocean Park. The decoration is grand and very classy British style , e.g. the lobby and restaurants, . The room is above the average. The facilities are average.

The facilities were clean, and the location was excellent. One clear advantage was that the room itself was extremely clean, which was the biggest positive point of this stay. However, honestly, I paid $504 for one night, and early check-in was not available. I was also unable to use the complimentary drink coupons. Although I waited, the venue was not open for long hours, so I ultimately could not use the coupons at all. In addition, hotel guests were not given priority, and people with reservations stayed seated for a very long time. Even with a reservation, I had to wait nearly two hours. If that’s the case, I don’t understand why drink coupons are provided. I appreciate that complimentary food was offered, but the taste was just average. I stayed here only because there were no other hotel options available that day. While the room cleanliness was excellent, I feel that there are many hotels with similar cleanliness at a much lower price. If asked to stay again, I would not choose this hotel at this price, as the service did not meet expectations.
