We traveled to Bordeaux from Paris, and thought the property was beautiful and the rooms were updated and spacious. It was a nice change from Paris. The staff was very welcoming and I had an exceptional experience with concierge that helped to secure dining reservations, set up Chateaux tastings with transportation, and recommend a boat rental in Arcachon. The local recommendations really made it a fantastic experience. The pool was nice, but we didn't get an opportunity to dine in the restaurant. We will return to Mondrian the next time we are in Bordeaux.

Supernice and supergood hotel, marvelous room and central downtown location.
Normally i book rooms in the 100-150E range. I decided to go a bit more luxurious and i tremendously enjoyed it. Im an easy going traveler, i was i Bordeaux to assess architecture and urbanism projects. I rented a bike to go around the city.
The hotel staff is very naturel an friendly, no rush to empty your wallet but rather making sure you have a great time...
Best hotel experience i had i a lon time travelling the globe. Wholeheartedly recommended!!

The hotel is outrageous in historical layout. Super location in city center close to all the best place. Lots of shopping options and best restaurants. near all the night activities. No need for taxi just walk along the main road for sightseeing. Close to convenient public transportation. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They have lots of information about activities to do. Breakfast is wonderful and tasty! I recommend to any one visiting Bordeaux. I will return!

We had an overnight stay here on our way back to Luxembourg. The location is great as you have the Cite du Vin and a huge food court right at your doorstep. The tram brings you downtown in a few minutes. The hotel has an appealing, slightly funky design, comfortable beds and a great view. Only drawback is the noise level from the foodcourt where large groups of partying youngsters hung out until the early morning. In addition, a night club is down the road with the music still going at 4am in the morning. We had a room on the 7th floor and closing the windows and putting on the AC took care of the problem and we slept well. The two front desk attendants were very professional and friendly. Reasonable pricing. I just didnt like that I had booked a deal with parking included, got a QR which didnt work, eventually we got a ticket though and at the front desk we were told our parking fee is 15EUR. The front desk attendant called the parking facility company to get them to amend the ticket but as we checked out at 4am in the morning, I am not sure whether I did get billed for this or not. I will see. Such smaller issues simply should come up if you offer a parking included deal in your pricing. Anyway, great hotel. Next time we are in Bordeaux, we will stay here again. But 7th floor or up to deal with the noise level.

Nice and comfortable place - We had view on the lake. Very conveniently situated within a walking distance from conference center and within a short tramway ride to the city center - Tramway in front of the hotel. Good and rich breakfast with all what you need/want.

Location beside the train station, but 10 min walk from it, not really close. Room is very small, no place for sitting. Also the hotel is quite new and clean. Pillows were very uncomfortable.

Paid for a 4* hotel but had a room of a 3*! I was given a room in a floor where some building works were going on. Floor of the corridor leading to the room was covered in plastic and tape! Room was quite small and dark, no water in the room provided or anything in the mini fridge. Beds were badly made. With bed sheets hanging out of mattresses. Receptionist looked like was making you a favour instead of being proud of his job. Breakfast was OK but for a 4* I would expect better selection. No toaster available! Running out of coffee all the time due to only have 2 machines. Definitely not a 4* hotel for the room provided and service! Quite expensive for the service you have! Needs load of improvement if wants to be rated as such! I travel quite often so I can compare with other hotels I have been with same rating!

This hotel was in a great location. The staff were very friendly, especially the manager, Mohammed K., who helped us a lot during our stay. All their rooms were nice and comfortable, but we didn't like that our first room had the toilet on one end and the sink with the shower on the other, plus the sink was very small. We spoke to the staff, and the manager helped us get another room that was much better for us. It had a separate toilet closer to the bathroom, which was an improvement, and a larger sink area. We ordered room service, and the food was great. The AC wasn't strong enough for us, but the staff provided us with powerful fans that made the room nice and cold, just as we wanted! We also hoped that there would be a menu for the breakfast because we didn’t want to eat from the buffet but that was the only option.

I have just checked out of Adiago Access today after a 4 night stay with my girlfriend. Overall the room was tidy and the bed was cosy. The shower was a good pressure and good temperatures however, it was quite small and the bathtub clogged up with water whilst showering. In terms of staff, they were helpful, however they didn’t approach you if you didn’t approach them. We had to ask for extra toilet roll. Also note that unless your stay is longer than 8 nights, you will not get an extra towel, or your room will not be cleaned. A major downfall of the hotel was the pool. On arrival, we were told that no men’s shorts were allowed in the pool, only speedos. We were not aware of this through the apartments advertisements online. The owner / manager of the pool was quite rude also. All in all, this was a fine hotel to stay at, however don’t expect too much!

GGuyAu calme même au milieu des rues piétonnes tant pour les commerces que les restaurants, tous à foison et pour toutes les bourses mais avant tout au milieu des endroits historiques et tout près de la longue promenade le long de la Garonne avec sa place de la Bourse et le vieux pont de pierres de Bordeaux !
Buffet du petit déjeuner aux grands choix tant chaud que froid, pains et viennoiseries, brioche et gâteaux, eau d’orange ou de citron, jus de fruits multiples, et pour couronner cafés en cartouche, café en grain, thés…. et évidemment un plateau de cannelés tradition de l’hospitalité bordelaise !!!

KKara TaiThe hotel is situated in an ideal area close to many shops, restaurants and tourist attractions. Be aware that you cannot park outside the hotel. It is best to contact the hotel and ask for the name of the parking garage that you can get a discount to park in.
The room is a good size and our balcony had a decent view. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is well-appointed. Toothbrushes and other hygiene products are not available in the room.
The value for money is quite good, considering the location. The staff is very polite and helpful.

I hate to say it, but my stay at this hotel was a real letdown from start to finish. When I arrived, the reception desk didn't exactly roll out the red carpet. I felt like I was bothering them just by checking in, which isn't the warm welcome you hope for after a long journey. As I made my way to my room, I couldn't help but notice the hallways could use a good clean. Things didn't improve much when I got to my room. The bathroom had some cleanliness issues that made me pretty uncomfortable, and the kitchenette looked like it hadn't seen a good scrub in ages. There were stains on the tiles that I'm pretty sure weren't part of the original decor. Hoping to salvage my stay, I asked about switching rooms. They said they could do it, but only if I coughed up an extra 90€. Talk about adding insult to injury! I tried to speak with the manager to sort things out, but apparently, he was too busy to chat. Instead, I was told to email my complaints. Not exactly the personal touch I was looking for. At this point, I'd had enough and asked for a refund so I could find somewhere else to stay. No dice on that front either. Left with no other options, I packed up my bags and booked it to another hotel.

YyungwnI had a worst stay here. I arrived the hotel near 10:30pm, I saw there was a man using a piece of paper to block the door of entrance from locking before he left the premise. He was holding many beer bottles as well. We looked at him but he stared us back, since both of us are girls so we dared not to have eye contact with him anymore cuz we didnt want to get ourselves in trouble. When I arrived the room, the appearance of it is totally different from the website I booked it. They have two hotels around here and they used the photos of the nicer hotel to attract you to book the cheaper hotel!! IT IS A SCAM! Don’t believe the photos that the website provided you. If I have seen the actual photos of the room, I believe I wont book this hotel from the very first day. There were small cockroaches in my room too.. the cleanliness of the room is terrible too.. you can feel the oil from the handle of the fridge, and I cant help myself doubting if they had cleaned the room before letting residents in. Worst of all, I had to fear the man I saw earlier will come to trespass my room, since the lock seemed to be not stable as well.. I wanted to leave but after going through all these it was already midnight.. no chance to change to other hotels.. so I stayed up all night.. and the next day, i told the lady from reception I had to do early check out and I told her what happened, she denied any of it without checking the CCTV. Well fine, I wont come back anyway! For those who will come to Bordeaux, avoid this hotel!!

PPengguna TetamuWe had a pleasant stay in this hotel. Great location - close to the train station and few steps from the tram stop. Good neighbourhood, walking around the church Sainte Croix is recommended. The room was very comfortable. Bathroom was of a good size too. It seems to be normal that toilet and bathrooms are separated in France. The hotel bar offers a good selection of wines. The receptionists were kind and helpful. They require to block 80 EUR upon arrival but then any drinks from the bar and the city tax are set off from this amount. Overall a very good hotel. I would recommend it.

Great location walking distance of many attractions and by the metro and bus stops. Located by many cafes and shops. I didn't have to go too far to eat or drinks. Very friendly staff in the hotel. Breakfast options very limited. Only provide soya milk no other non dairy free mil options. The room was comfortable just one thing to add the plugs should be more accessible. I liked the idea that you can decline housekeeping for day or so. When they did come to clean room the cup was not replaced with new cup and no toilet paper. Overall I would stay here again as it's central and lovely staff.

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel is very dated with old furniture nearly falling apart. However the room is big, the bed is comfortable and the shower is powerful. The location is really good within walking distance to the center. Most important for us to book this hotel is its gated secured car park.

PPengguna TetamuValue for money place to stay especially if you are using Bordeaux as a stepping off point to go further south as just by the main station. Room compact and functional but very clean. Shower good and instant hot water. Bed a bit hard for my liking but my wife slept like a log and loved it. Only issue when we were there was only 1 lift working and if on a higher floor there was quite a wait to get up and down . Would recommend

Shower worked fine and the kitchen is a bonus for those who wish to self cater on a budget.
