Hotel Osaka dengan Kolam Renang

We got a great deal with Trip and stayed on the Club floor for 2 nights. The hotel entrance was a bit hard to find when you are walking through the mall. Checked in at the Club floor and it was very efficient. Room was very spacious and very clean. Club floor experience was excellent with breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktails. We had particularly good experience with the afternoon cocktails as they made lots of different ones for us that was not the standard menu.

Conclusion I will never stay at ANA Crowne Plaza Osaka again. The room was the smallest I have ever been at and part of the window was blocked by a wall outside the room. The check in and check out was chaos with a huge queue. The hotel is outdated too. The only positive thing regarding this hotel is the club lounge. Review I arrived with the Shinkassen at Osaka station and the hotel is in walking distance from station. The train station is huge, and I was difficult to find the right exit. The hotel is located in a business area, but there are a lot of restaurants, bars and shops in the neighborhood. Not the right area, if you are a turist. I arrived at 2 pm, where I could not get me room even I am an IHG diamond member. Came back after a couple of hours, where there was a huge queue. Check-in took between 45-60 min. It was the same situation, when I should check out. It is not possible to check out in the IHG app. Even I have the highest status in the IHG program, I got the smallest room in the hotel. It was not possible to open my suitcase in the room - i don’t want it on the bed. The window was partly blocked by wall outside the window. The room is very outdated. I had access to the club lounge, where I had a couple of drinks during the evening and breakfast in the morning. The lounges was ok but it was busy.

Stayed at Swissôtel Nankai Osaka and couldn’t be happier with the location. It's a 5-minute walk to Namba Osaka Station via the underground, and Namba Nankai Station is right beneath the hotel—super convenient for getting around! The water pressure in the rooms is excellent, making showers refreshing after a long day. Plus, the Japanese bath on level 11 is a wonderful perk for relaxation. Recommended for a comfortable and convenient stay in Osaka!

Service from housekeeping staff is good as frequent request of ice always comes within 5min. However such a big hotel yet there isn’t any gift provided as compare to all other hotel that we stay where they provide gift cards or chocolate for our honeymoon. And the breakfast wasn’t that great. Thankfully did not request for other days. Such a let down on a big hotel.

所有評價基於我住的32樓房間以及我自己的體驗。 先説重點，酒店太新，房間有味道有味道有味道，尤其是步入式衣帽間！我想碰一碰，結果被現實教育了，如果您帶着孩子或介意裝修味道，起碼過3-6個月再來光顧 優點：夜景不錯。拖鞋比較軟。設施比較新。步入式衣帽間非常大。冰箱製冷很好，產品也全，半夜想喝點什麼都有，咖啡壺是fellow的，房間配的果仁挺好吃。酒店電視投屏順利。淋浴設備乾淨。 還有待提升的空間： 位置不算好找，沒有一個出租車司機能迅速認到位置，都要在路邊查很久，好像是因為太新所以的士上的導航沒有錄入到這條地址。 前台假裝不懂中文，表示説一點中文不會，都辦完入住了，我突然看到他名牌後直接用中文問您不是姓陳嗎，他馬上對我比🤫，麪露尷尬訕笑悄聲説規定不讓講中文，我問他是不是台灣人，他含混嗯嗯點頭，大家自行體會🤷。 迎賓服務是兩瓶礦泉水和一次性毛巾。 房費提前給付的情況下，收取了6w日幣按金。 沒有送上樓並進行房間介紹的服務，不知道為什麼這麼基礎的服務這間四季沒有。 有提前跟酒店溝通帶孩子，需要小童用品在房間，溝通三次，酒店説會準備好，但是房間裏任何小童用品都沒有準備。 歡迎水果沒有，給了兩個杯子蛋糕diy糖霜和棉花糖，也許他們覺得這個是小童用品吧。 拿到的是一間32樓的角房，因為可能剛裝修不久，打開門就有裝修味，衣帽間因為完全密閉味道更大，門上還貼着標號便利貼，直到退房也沒有服務人員取下。 枕頭非常不舒服，記得要跟客房服務要求一個硬一點的枕頭。 電視歡迎詞稱呼guest，並沒有姓氏。 夜床第一天開的比較好，後面幾天完全沒有挪開枕頭掖起被子，拖鞋也沒有拿出來，可能這間四季的規定如此。 浴缸是正方形，不算長，淋浴的位置也有點奇怪，給我自己的感覺使用起來不是很舒適。 特別希望客房負責人自己用一用那個吹風機，聲音巨大！而且吹乾頭髮之後手都麻了，咖啡壺都用那麼好了，吹風機可以再提升一下吧。 毛巾的質感不好，很硬，浴衣也皺巴巴，有一天拿到的腰帶都飛邊兒了，真不拿我當外人。 空調匪夷所思，不能自己調是加熱還是製冷，是通過客人調節的温度由空調自行判斷，在關閉風量auto的情況下，20度以下是冷風，以上直接出熱風，這事我不理解。 房間夜裡能聽到馬路過車的聲音，還總有一個白噪音在響，不知道是冰箱還是馬桶，嗡嗡的。哦對，房間裏的筆都是壞的。 還有林林總總一些就不贅述了，總之這次體驗不算愉快，一下把之前四季給我留下的好印象磨沒了。三天一萬二的房費來看，還有很多其他選擇。可能好長一段時間不會再光顧這個品牌

My wife and I each had a room as we were traveling with friends. As Diamond, one of the rooms was upgraded to a huge suite, and the other to a castle view. The front desk and lounge staff were both extremely helpful. Every request was attended to promptly and with a positive attitude. Hotel is easy walking distance from a subway line. The lounge offerings are good, and the views up there are great. We loved hanging out there after our day as it was quite hot outside. Would definitely stay again as it is a good value.

The hilton hotel is very conveniently located. It is closely located to the main train station and a number of shopping malls, all connected underground . There are a lot of restautants within walking distance to choose from for meals. A lot of shops and big department stores in the viccinty for shopping. Will visit again. Although they have mistakenly taken my pyjamas from my closet as it was hung together with the hotel robe, they tried their best to locate it before my departure on the next day ( I was told it was retrived from the laundry area ) and offered compensations such as free breakfast ( which I have not taken as I would prefer to spend my last morning in Osaka on exploring the surroundings)

We stayed 6 nights at Sheraton , first 3 nights were upgraded to premium room but the other 3 nights after we back from Kyoto was to normal room , however they have provided everything we need eg like shower chair fir elderly . Very good and thoughtful services , central location and can go everywhere easily . Many eateries n Kintetsu departmental stores n Hihi town n Newly yufura shopping ctr all around the hotel .

I've stayed at luxury to mid-range properties around the world including recent stays at the Prince Gallery Tokyo, Ritz-Carlton Tokyo, Ritz-Carlton Toronto, JW Marriott Hong Kong. This review also follows a recent stay at the Prince Gallery Tokyo where the standards were exceptionally high. I haven't reviewed them yet but will do so shortly. Japan is known for its warm hospitality and careful attention to detail. At high-end hotels, they go over the top particularly to make your experience a unique one, so when you're paying $700+/night for the Ritz you expect high standards. Especially when every luxury hotelier in Tokyo has said the RC Osaka was just recently awarded its 5* My guest journey starts off rocky and torpedoes downhill. Check-In 1 - it's been raining in Osaka all day and we walked into the hotel from the outside. No one to greet us or take our luggage. Not a single person to be found. 2 - I'm soaking wet and struggling to find the check-in lobby. I must've seen 3 staff members look at me and not offer help or ask if I need any assistance. 3 - I finally find the check-in lobby where it's a giant zoo and RC staff directing traffic like its 5pm at Shibuya crossing. An absolute loud mess. I'm still soaking wet with my glasses and both pieces of luggage, and a staff member asks me if I'm checking in or checking out. What??? 0 attention to detail right there. Anyway, she directs me to wait in line. 4 - At the RC Tokyo & Prince Gallery Tokyo and any luxury hotel that operates like one (e.g., Four Seasons), takes your luggage and ask for your name. By the time you make it to check-in, they greet you by name and help you get settled in. If you book a room on the club floor, they ask if you'd like to check-in there privately. Yes I booked a Club Room, and so I waited about 10 minutes dripping wet before asking someone if I could please check-in via the Club Lounge. 5 - We're making our way to the Club Lounge, with the attendant dragging our luggage along the way which makes lots of noise. 6 - Finally check-in with no problems. The Room 7 - I understand that this is a Victorian-style property and some of the room and structure might be dated. But I can't believe that the bathtub is something from a Residence Inn or Courtyard Marriott. The shower is equally not up to par with the RC brand. 8 - Toiletries. I'm not sure if this is RC making a push for sustainability, but soap, shampoo, and conditioner are given to guests in large bottle format, again like at a Residence Inn or Courtyard Marriott, instead of small individual bottles. Not a big deal, but just not up to par with other luxury hotels or RC standards across Japan. What if someone spit in there? Back to the lounge

The location is quite good. Next to the Umeda Sky Building so it’s easy to find. However it’s a 5-10 min walk to the big department store, but the walk is okay. There is a shuttle bus service which makes it very nice also. The room is quite big and of course everything was nice and clean. The breakfast was amazing! I love the hotel and would stay again!
