Hotel Seoul dengan Kolam Renang

If taking subway you can head to exit 10 of jamsil station and you can go through the lotte world mall before street level, head straight, take the escalator next to the aquarium up, exit the main doors and cross the road to the left for the hotel. (It it not sheltered/ connected directly between the mall/ station and hotel). We took the side entrance lift up to the reception but if you go further down you’ll see the main car drop off and concierge. The staff service was really friendly, although at the check in reception we were given a list of rules and asked if we had any questions, so the hotel vibe felt quite formal and stiff. Was concerned about the rules on the swimming pool booking and bringing outside food in, but the staff around were kind and welcoming so we soon felt at ease. Was able to rent the required swim cap free of charge. Room was classy, spacious and bed and bath comfortable. We booked the lake view room but one can only see it at the side when nearer to the windows. We had indicated we were celebrating our wedding anniversary but there were no special greetings in the room or wishes at reception, which normally hotels would as part of their hospitality. The lake view from breakfast and the pool was beautiful! Heard it would be even more beautiful in spring! We enjoyed walking around the lake and exploring the restaurants on the other side. Great shopping location next to the lotte mall The swimming pool is small with one lane for laps and others for relaxing. There’s a heated jacuzzi outside and within the beautiful changing area was also has a hot bath and another neat amenities. The gym was huge and had so many machines! All in all a great and beautiful stay! Wish we stayed longer than one night! The only con is that you have the transfer lifts at the reception level each time you go out or in so you’ll just have to meet and greet a lot of people along the way.

Lovely modern hotel, cosy and comfortable room, nicely decorated with coffee maker. Excellent location, couple of minutes from metro, and one stop from Seoul station. There’s a convenient store in the hotel where I purchased my SIM card. Plus a nice restaurant. Big thank to Kyle from concierge who helped to book my facial at a local salon. Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that. Gym was small, but ok, pool area was nice. 10 minutes walk from the main shopping district. Recommend this hotel.

Good location, nice renovation, but the facilities are very bad. We booked 2 rooms and changed rooms 4 times, first the AC was broken, then the shower couldn't be turned off and a pile of water flooded out from the ceiling. After the room was changed, we had a broken coffee machine and ther room's toilet was clogged and all the poo flooded out. There were no more rooms to be swapped to that night so we didn't let our 2 years old go into the bathroom the whole night. Ended up swapping room and got a bottle of red wine and late check-out as compensation. But I think the facilities can really be better.

Disebabkan tindakan kakak membersihkan, saya sangat ingin memberikan ulasan yang baik kepada hotel ini. Lokasi hotel tidak terlalu jauh Ia bersebelahan dengan Stesen Longshan dan sangat dekat dengan stesen kereta api bawah tanah. Kemudahan di dalam bilik adalah lengkap dan kering dan basah diasingkan. Tetapi perlu disebutkan bahawa pintu tandas dan pancuran mandian menghadap ke katil. Ia juga lut sinar dan tidak ada tempat untuk menyidai pakaian. Jika ia dihayati oleh orang yang tidak terlalu rapat antara satu sama lain, tahap privasi akan menjadi rendah. Tapi sebenarnya ada langsir yang boleh ditarik ke bawah untuk mengasingkan katil dan tandas, jadi ia tidak menjadi masalah besar. Saya menginap selama 4 malam secara keseluruhan Bilik itu dibersihkan setiap hari dan dijaga dengan baik. Lepas tu apa yang aku nak cakap, tengah hari hari keempat sebab aku sakit dan belum keluar lagi, aku bercadang nak keluar bilik dan minta tolong kakak pembersih kemaskan tong sampah dalam bilik, dan itu sahaja. Tanpa disangka, selain mengutip sampah, dia turut membantu mengelap meja sinki, menyedut dan mengemop lantai. Saya sangat gembira dengan proses itu kerana saya fikir dia hanya akan membersihkannya untuk saya semasa saya berada di dalam bilik. Pada waktu petang, saya ingin melihat sama ada hotel mempunyai termometer untuk menguji sama ada saya demam Walaupun termometer itu pada akhirnya, kakitangan meja depan bersedia membantu saya dan membuatkan saya rasa dihormati. Saya tidak tahu sama ada saya akan datang ke Seoul lain kali, tetapi hotel ini akan menjadi pilihan bijak saya.

Saya biasanya tinggal di Myeong-dong atau Gangnam, jadi kali ini saya memilih Novotel Suite Ambassador Seoul untuk memberi *****ran kepada diri saya sendiri untuk hujung tahun dan akhir tahun dengan sebuah hotel yang menghadap ke Sungai Han. Dari Stesen Yongsan, anda boleh sampai ke hotel dari Exit 3 melalui laluan khusus yang menghubungkan ke Dragon City. Jika anda mempunyai bagasi yang besar, anda boleh pergi ke lobi tingkat 1 dengan menaiki eskalator di sebelah kanan selepas melalui laluan khusus atau lif tidak jauh dari sini. (Jika anda terus menuruni lorong, anda perlu menaiki tangga ke tingkat 2, jadi berhati-hati.) Selepas mendaftar masuk di lobi, Novotel Suite Ambassadors menggunakan lif hitam. (Berhati-hati dengan lif kerana ia bersebelahan dengan Novotel Ambassador 😣) Kali ini saya menempah suite junior dengan katil king, dan bilik itu mempunyai sofa ruang tamu, kaunter dapur dan sofa. Terdapat juga mesin basuh yang dipasang di dalam ketuhar gelombang mikro. Bilik mandi hanya ada pancuran, tetapi tandas dan tandas berasingan, dan dari pintu masuk ada almari ➡mesin basuh ➡tandas/mandi/tandas➡katil➡ruang tamu➡dapur➡almari Ia direka untuk berjalan-jalan, dan terdapat pintu berasingan untuk bahagian tandas, bilik mandi dan tandas. Teksi: Kira-kira 1 jam dari Lapangan Terbang Incheon (kira-kira 50,000 won). Ia bersambung terus ke Stesen Yongsan dan pusat beli-belah ”I'Park Mall”, jadi anda boleh bergerak tanpa kebasahan walaupun pada hari hujan. Terdapat kedai roti dan restoran di pusat membeli-belah yang dibuka dari awal pagi, menjadikannya sangat mudah semasa penginapan anda. Upon completing the third stay at Naru hotel, the services and hospitality provided were positively unwavering. Noticeably the staff were continuously welcoming and attentive for making a memorable stay. As the views provided are truly satisfactory enough, the services go beyond expectations. One must experience the services and facilities provided at Naru Hotel. The Lounge & Deck, Restaurant Voisin, and Mapo Eight are a must try and will not disappoint. Lastly the bedroom and bathroom provided are much more spacious than other hotels in Seoul which make for a comfortable stay.

The hotel is centrally located, which allowed for easy movement around the city. The staff have been extremely helpful and the service was of the highest quality, always smiling and eager to help. The rooms were consistently cleaned up daily and the hotel staff even assisted in setting us up with SIM cards to make navigation easy. The Plaza should be the number 1 option to stay in your travels to Seoul and quite possibly the best hotel we ever stayed in the world!!!

fantastic stay, great big and clean room. nice view of the city and even the N Seoul Tower. service was good but have to call concierge regarding clening up of room. location is slightly far from the nearest Yongsan train station (about 10mins walk). Yongsan station is connected to I'park mall which have many of the big shopping brands. overall it's worth the price that we paid for.

Well situated near Gangnam station. There are lots of restaurants around the area and you are 3 stations away from Coex mall.  The staffs are nice.
