"This residence hotel located on the outskirts of Cebu City. The building itself is aging, and the room had a slight musty smell unless well ventilated.
But, the room was spacious and comfortable.
All the staff were pleasant and created a welcoming atmosphere. Considering the price, it was well worth it."

"The room is very clean and cozy but for me for the first time visiting Cebu so the room a bit far for me and the grab will take around 500 local money for each tour to the city and that a bit expensive to stay there for me, but the stuff are very friendly and helpful, I can recommend for someone driving maybe."

PPengguna TetamuThe rooms at Seda Central Bloc were new and inviting. However, our room's airconditioning had a tendency to just turn off on its own. A/C settings would also be changed every time we would go in the room. The hallways are also quite warm and stifling at times. The breakfast buffet was very satisfactory, with so many food choices. We were also able to use the gym facilities.

My family and I had a great time staying there for a few days.
Lovely was truly lovely—it really suited her name. She was the most accommodating from the very start. We wanted to thank her again during check-out, but unfortunately, we didn’t get the chance to see her. She went above and beyond in hospitality, and you’re lucky to have her. Keep up the great work.
As for breakfast—OMG, we loved it! Special mention to the one who makes the coffee. Just a small note: it would be nice to improve or change the chafing dishes so the food stays hot. Other than that, the food and service were great.
I will definitely choose this hotel from now on, as we always stay in the city for a few days before heading to our rest house.

уборка, обслуживание и проч. на уровне.
есть свой небольшой но очень красивый риф с кучей живущих там черепах (правда заход в воду не супер, но там везде так)
надо и минусы упомянуть:
1. в душе в номере на 2 этаже ну совсем слабый напор воды, ну просто тонкая струйка (и холодной и горячей)
2. далеко от аэропорта (но хорошие места на Себу всегда так :( )

PPengguna TetamuI booked for a room with pool view which is more expensive than the rest of the rooms but i was greatly disappointed. We were placed in a room with a roof view and the view of another building! It was a waste of money! We only get to see the roof of something! Never again would i be paying extra money for a pool view when the hotel will not give us such kind of room as advertised. They said they will transfer us to a room with a pool view but it did not happen. We kept on waiting but it did not happen until we gave up.
The receptionist was a little disrespectful and impatient.
Worse still, they do not allow guests who have checked in the hotel to use the pool with inflatable play set and slides. I was mislead into thinking that guests can use the pool with inflatable play set for free. The hotel guests have to pay P600 per person in order for one to be able to use such pool and slides. I guess families with children have been more disappointed than me knowing that they and their kids could not use such pool for free.
So those who will try to book this hotel hoping their kids can enjoy the pool with inflatable play set and slides for free, think again. You will be greatly disappointed because you will only be able to use the ordinary pools.

JJesse AcasoI'm kinda disappointed in my stay here because the fact that I compared this branch with Panglao branch, so i was expecting the same amenities. The service were the same all smiles to all the customers but I'm disappointed for the amenities because my room doesn't have hot shower and the building needs for detailed upgrade. I booked on this building as I was hoping it's newly renovated the place was new however some furniture way outdated and needs a more thorough upgrade. Love the earth restaurant still 🩷🧡💛

PPengguna TetamuMy fiancé and I had a wonderful stay at the Blue Orchid, and it truly exceeded our expectations in every way. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had a view of the ocean over the treetops. It felt peaceful and private — exactly the atmosphere we were hoping for.
The staff were exceptional — so friendly, kind, and accommodating. They helped me plan a surprise proposal for my fiancé, offering suggestions for the perfect location and ultimately arranging for us to use their private rooftop. They also coordinated a romantic dinner there just for us, ensuring we had complete privacy. It was an unforgettable evening, and I’m so grateful for the care they put into making it so special.
The resort arranged our transportation both from our previous hotel in Mactan and later to Cebu Pier 1, which made travel stress-free. We also booked canyoneering and an introductory scuba dive through them. The instructors were fantastic — very patient and reassuring, especially when I became nervous underwater and couldn’t finish the dive.
While the resort is a bit removed from the busier Panagsama Beach area, that was a huge plus for us. We wanted somewhere quiet, scenic, and romantic, and Blue Orchid delivered exactly that.
The restaurant doesn’t have a massive menu, but the food was consistently delicious, portions were perfect, and prices were very fair. Even though there wasn’t a kettle in the room, hot water, coffee and tea was readily available and it was never an inconvenience since everything was close by.
We also appreciated the mosquito net over the bed — it added to the tropical charm, though we didn’t need it because insects were never an issue. We even spotted a tiny gecko in our room upon arrival, but it was harmless and quickly disappeared — just part of the island’s character!
Overall, the Blue Orchid was everything we hoped for: quiet, romantic, and welcoming. The staff helped make one of the most meaningful moments of our lives absolutely perfect. I would highly recommend it, especially to LGBTQ+ travelers looking for a peaceful and genuinely inclusive place to stay in Moalboal. When we do a return trip to the area, we will stay here again.

VVladislavIsaevWe were there with my daughter just for some days and spent to receive PADIS diving certification due to the coach Lin and Head of diving center John, see the Mallball paintful food market and see the local life in seaside. The seawater is clear like glass, plenty of sealife under the leg even close to the beach, awesome surrounding - mountains, tropical vegetation and fancy restaurants and hotels along the beach and of course local boats looking rustic and gorgeous. The food was delicious, staff was friendly. Everything was the best!

PPengguna TetamuWe were looking forward to use their pool and was so excited about it however when we stayed there, their pool was so dirty and even staying in the pool for just a few minutes made our skin itch so bad and we had rashes in our face and body. Thats when we knew that their pool was very very dirty. Theres a lot of debris in the pools as well, we used all of their pool and all of them were bad. To think that their rates are so high and this is the experience we get. Their rooms need maintenance as well specially the bathroom.
